The Chief Whip of the House of Representatives, Hon Mohammed Monguno will on Wednesday showcase his vast legislative experience as he joins TNG/AITPIBConfab panel of discussants.
Monguno who is also the House of Representatives Committee Chairman on Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) will join other discussants in the second session of TNG/AITPIBConfab zoom confab entitled: ‘PIB: Finally getting it right and breaking the 20-year hiatus’.
The lawmaker, who represents Marte-Monguno-Ngazai Federal Constituency of Borno State, is a lawyer by profession.
He was a one time Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice of Borno State.
He is a fourth timer in the House, and an astute lawmaker, who had chaired several sensitive committees in previous assemblies.
