A first class Kaduna traditional ruler, Danladi Gyet Maude, who was abducted in Nasarawa State, has finally regained freedom.
Recall that TheNewsGuru(TNG) had earlier reported how the monarch was abducted while visiting his farm around Panda in Nasarawa.
But a palace source told newsmen on Wednesday that the monarch was released around 9:30pm.
The source did not disclose if a ransom was paid.
The 83-year-old traditional ruler, who was released 48 hours after he was kidnapped, was seen with some of his subjects at his palace on Wednesday night.
Maude is one of the oldest traditional rulers in Kaduna.
