Presidential candidate of the Labour Party for the 2023 elections, Mr Peter Obi has said if elected president, he will work to change the country and not give excuses.

TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports Mr Obi stated this during the commissioning of the Nkpolu-Oroworukwo flyover in Port Harcourt, Rivers State at the invitation of the State Governor, Nyesom Wike.
