Swiss club hires Nigerian, Anthony Adedeji as head coach

FC Witikon of Switzerland has appointed Nigerian man, Adeyemi Anthony Adedeji as the club’s head coach.

The Nigerian gaffer, recently quit another Swiss club, FC Gossau on mutual consent to take up his new job in the same country.

However, FC Witikon of Switzerland currently plays in the third tier in the country’s football league.

The former Stationery Stores player previously had coaching stints with FC Dubendorf and FC Kloten Frauen.

The 37-year-old, who has a UEFA B coaching license, once represented Nigeria at the U-17 and U-2O level.

He won the 1998 FA Cup with Wikki Tourists of Bauchi.

Anthony will be looking forward to gaining promotion with his new club in Switzerland.
