The German giants are also offering Kane personal terms rising to £400,000-a-week.

Kane informed Spurs directors last week that he wants his future resolved by the weekend and will not contemplate a move once the Premier League season begins.

Bayern have now acted and Spurs chairman Daniel Levy is prepared to sell, climbing down from his latest £120m valuation.

Kane is inside the final year of his Spurs contract.

Tottenham open their Premier League campaign at Brentford on Sunday.
