    Few days to the expiration of the present administration the Federal Executive Council meeting chaired by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has approved the licensing of 37 new universities in the country. Adamu Adamu, Nigeria’s minister of Education made this known after the extra-ordinary Council meeting on Monday.
