Coalition: Atiku supporters nationwide told to join ADC

The Nigerian Youths for Atiku (NYFA) has issued a directive to its members in all the 36 states of the federation and the Federal Capital Territory to join the African Democratic Congress (ADC) immediately.

Recall that the former Vice President Atiku Abubakar-led National Coalition of Political Opposition Movement, with some aggrieved APC leaders, have adopted the ADC as a platform to unseat Tinubu in 2027.

NYFA Founder and President, Prof. Gold Emmanuel, who gave the directive in a statement by the group’s Director- General, Mr Dare Dada, on Thursday in Lagos, said that the group remained a critical  part of Abubakar’s structure.

Emmanuel said that the directive followed the adoption of ADC by Abubakar, the 2023 Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

According to him,  the decision was made at an emergency meeting of the group in Lagos

Emmanuel said: “Members of NYFA must do the right thing by joining the ADC immediately.

“It is also important that the ADC aligns with the majority.,”she said

She said Nigerians were not happy with the APC administration and were yearning for change.

Emmanuel added that the group had been critical of the present administration’s policies such as interest rate hike, subsidy removal and electricity tariff hike.

She said the group strongly believe that Atiku and other political leaders in ADC would make a difference in 2027.

Emmanuel said that the NYFA’s unwavering support for Abubakar was rooted in the  group’s strong belief in his commitment to restructuring Nigeria into a more productive economic federation.

“We also trust in his vision to reform our electoral system—particularly by ensuring transparency and accountability at local government and state collation centers, where electoral malpractice is most prevalent,” she said.

Recall that ex-Senate President David Mark and ex-Governor Rauf Aregbesola were named ADC Interim Chairman and Secretary, respectively, on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, Mark officially launched the ADC as the platform for the National Coalition of Political Opposition Movement.

Prominent opposition figures present included Atiku Abubakar, a former Labour Party(LP)Presidential Candidate,Peter Obi; Datti Baba-Ahmed, and a former governor of Rivers and Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi.

Others included former Kaduna governor ,Nasir El-Rufai; former Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami; Former Sokoto governor ,Aminu Tambuwal, Ireti Kingibe, Liyel Imoke, and Bolaji Abdullahi.

Also in attendance were John Oyegun, Gabriel Suswam, Tunde Ogbeha, Mohammed Abubakar, Emeka Ihedioha, and Oserheimen Osunbor.

BREAKING: Peter Obi dumps Labour party, officially joins 2027 opposition coalition, ADC

The presidential candidate of the Labour party (LP) in the 2023 general elections, Peter Obi, has officially backed 2027 Opposition Coalition, African Democratic Congress (ADC) as his new platform, disclosing that the decision was not taken lightly.

TheNewsGuru reports that the coalition formerly took over the structure of the ADC at an event held at the Shehu Musa Yar’Adua centre in Abuja on Wednesday.

Former Senate President David Mark took over the ADC as it’s acting National Chairman, while former Interior Minister, Rauf Aregbesola, will act as it’s National Secretary.

Reacting in a statement on his 𝕏 handle on Thursday morning, Peter Obi said the coalition’s commitment is to sacrifice and work together towards the 2027 General Elections, ensuring that Nigeria gets a competent, capable, and compassionate leadership.

According to the former Anambra governor, the decision to adopt the ADC came from deep reflection on where we are as a country and what must be done to move forward.

His statement read: “Yesterday, the coalition members formally adopted the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for the 2027 Nigeria General Elections with Distinguished Senator David Mark serving as the National Chairman and H.E. Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola serving as the National Secretary.

“Our commitment is to sacrifice and work together towards the 2027 General Elections, ensuring that Nigeria gets a competent, capable, and compassionate leadership that will prioritise the nation’s future by putting the welfare of Nigerians first.

“This decision was not made lightly. It comes from deep reflection on where we are as a country and what must be done to move forward.

“No one group can change Nigeria alone. To dismantle the structures that keep our people in poverty and insecurity, we must build bridges, not walls even when those bridges are uneasy.”

  • Our party is not part of any coalition – ADC 2023 presidential candidate

Our party is not part of any coalition – ADC 2023 presidential candidate

Mr Dumebi Kachikwu, the 2023 presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) has said the party is not part of the coalition.

This is coming after former Senate President David Mark, and former Osun governor, Rauf Aregbesola, were on Tuesday, announced as interim Chairman and Secretary, respectively, of the ADC.

The announcement was made by the coalition platform being positioned against President Bola Tinubu ahead of the 2027 presidential elections.

On Wednesday, Senator Mark officially unveiled ADC as the political platform for opposition politicians in the country ahead of the 2027 elections.

However, controversy has continued to trail the development, with some members insisting that the coalition cannot impose such leadership on the party.

Mr Kachikwu, said the Atiku Abubakar-led coalition is in some form of alliance with the former leadership of the party, led by Chief  Ralph Nwosu.

Kachikwu, who faulted the development, pointed out that the tenure of the Nwosu led executive lapsed on August 21, 2022.

He said that Nwosu’s continued parade of himself as chairman of the party had been the subject of various litigations in different courts across the country.

“Can you build something on nothing? Can you shave a man’s hair in his absence? Can you enter a man’s house through the back door and declare yourself the landlord?,” Kachikwu queried.

According to him, if members of the coalition seek to be part of the ADC,  they should do the proper thing and come through the front door.

“We are a party of decent and well-behaved people. Our brand of opposition is one that not only opposes but proposes, something that the coalition is not conversant with.

“The coalition claimed that  they are fighting for the rights of ordinary Nigerians and that they are on a rescue mission.

“What is confusing  is that these men made up of a former vice president, former governors, ministers and political office holders are the same people who have presided over the affairs of this nation for the past four decades.

“We have nothing to show for their decades of leadership other than being seen as a nation divided by tribe and religion and thriving in mediocrity.

“We are a nation lacking in the basics whose majority are poor but here we are,  watching those who set our nation on fire saying they are the fire brigade.”

Dumebi said the coalition is more for self interest than that of Nigeria, pointing out that political power is not their birthright.

According to him, Nigerians are tired of the same  generation and  yearn for fresh ideas and progressive ideals.

“We yearn for a new Nigeria that thrives on meritocracy and de-emphasises tribe and religion. We dream of a nation that works for all Nigerians irrespective of region or religion. We want a nation whose laws and opportunities are equal to all.

“We desire inclusiveness for all and social protections for the weak amongst us. Nigerians have never asked for much other than a leadership that truly cares. Most members of the coalition failed us.”

He advised the coalition to shop for another political platform as the current ADC leadership is not part of the coalition.

  • 2027: What we want to achieve with ADC – Mark, Nwosu open up

2027: What we want to achieve with ADC – Mark, Nwosu open up

Interim National Chairman of African Democratic Congress (ADC), Sen. David Mark, on Wednesday officially unveiled the party as the political platform for National Coalition of Political Opposition Movement.

Mark, while speaking at the occasion in Abuja, said that the coalition goes beyond gaining political power in 2027. According to him, the party is determined to offer Nigerians a path to security, prosperity, peace and progress.

The former senate president also said that the coalition was for all Nigerians, irrespective of their age, social and economic status.

He described the coalition as a concerted effort to rebuild the pillars of Nigeria’s democracy and prevent Nigeria’s descent into one-party state.

Mark stated that the coalition, after extensive deliberations and discussions over several months, decided to adopt ADC as the vehicle for what he described as a historic journey.

“Having adopted ADC, we commit ourselves to building and transforming it into a strong political party, not merely as another electoral vehicle but as a fortress and platform of our revived democracy.

“It will be the harbinger of democracy where members of the party will reign supreme; a party that obeys its rules and constitution in the best democratic traditions.

“It will be a party of equal stakeholders, equal joiners and equal owners. It is the great house into which all patriots are invited.

“It will be a party that recognises the experience of the old and the energy of the youth. To all Nigerians, we say here is the new big tent into which all patriots are invited,” he said.

Mark described the coalition arrangement as a bold and new path of unity over division, service over slogans, action over excuses, compassion over inhumanity, transparency over opacity, inclusion over nepotism, performance over empty promises, rule of law over impunity and justice over inequity.

“Our mission transcends any electoral calendar. It is a commitment to rebuild the guardrails of our democracy, to anchor power once again in the will of the people and to hand to our children a nation worthy of their talents and their dreams,” he added.

The former senate president said that the adoption of ADC marked the beginning of what they believed would be a long, difficult and tedious journey.

“However, it is a journey that we are prepared to undertake, united in our collective belief that no price or sacrifice is too high in the service of our fatherland,” he said.

He said that all of them remained firmly united under the ADC banner for the 2027 general elections and beyond.

Earlier in his remarks, the party’s immediate past National Chairman, Raph Nwosu, said that the event was not seeking power, but moving Nigeria to global reckoning.

“ADC has always been about building Nigeria and African continent,” he said.

Nwosu, who recalled that the journey had started about 18 months ago, said that the party’s NWC members decided to step down for Mark as the interim national chairman and Rauf Aregbesola as the protem National Secretary.

“With Mark, we all decided to resign so that he can take us to the villa. We also approved Aregbesola as the national secretary of the party.

“Look at the two of them; when you see their commitments to this country, you will see that it is a new beginning,” he said.

Nwosu assured Mark and the coalition leaders of his team’s support, maintaining that anyone speaking against the coalition arrangement was not part of ADC.

Highlight of the event was the presentation of ADC membership cards to Mark and Aregbesola.

Some of the opposition figures at the occasion included: former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar, the 2-23 Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, his running mate, Datti Baba-Ahmed and a former Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi.

Others were former Gov. Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State, former Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, former Gov. Aminu Tambuwa of Sokoto State, Sen. Ireti Kingibe, former Gov. Liyel Imoke of Cross River and former Minister of Sports, Bolaji Abdullahi.

Former APC National Chairman, John Oyegun, former Gov. Gabriel Suswam of Benue, Sen. Tunde Ogbeha, former Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar, former Gov. Emeka Ihedeoha (Imo) and former Gov. Oserheimen Osunbor (Edo) were also in attendance.

Others included former Chairman of APGA, Victor Umeh, Former Gov. Celestine Omehia (Rivers), former Gov. Abdulfatah Ahmed (Kwara), former Gov. Bindow Jibrilla (Adamawa), former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal, Sen. Aishatu Binani and Chief Dele Momodu.

Sen. Dino Melaiye, former Deputy Governor of Ekiti, Prof. Olushola Eleka and Sen. Ishaku Abbo also graced the occasion.

  • Tinubu support group dismisses ADC coalition

Tinubu support group dismisses ADC coalition

The Tinubu Media Force (TMF), a support group for President Bola Tinubu, says Nigerians will reject the opposition coalition and their new platform, the African Democratic Congress (ADC), in 2027.

Opposition figures and aggrieved APC leaders have adopted the ADC as a platform to unseat Tinubu in 2027.

Reacting, TMF National Coordinator, Mr Gbenga Abiola, said on Wednesday the coalition was born from desperation, not conviction or a genuine desire to serve Nigerians.

He said: “The resurrection of the ADC is not based on principle, but is a desperate coalition of displaced politicians seeking lost relevance.

“It is neither visionary nor purposeful — just a forced alliance of familiar faces trying to revive their political careers without real solutions.”

According to him, the ADC is not a third force, but a weak version of the second — driven by frustration, not direction or unity of purpose.

“It is a patchwork held together by shared grievances, not shared goals or national interest.

“Nigerians must reject alliances offering only recycled chaos, unrepentant ambitions, and no clear path to progress or stability,” he said.

He said the coalition consists of two camps — ex-PDP powerbrokers and displaced APC elites from the Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.

He said the latter failed to hijack President Tinubu’s focused governance and thus chose to align with their former rivals.

“These individuals once wielded enormous influence and power under Buhari, controlling patronage and amassing vast wealth.

“However, Tinubu’s refusal to serve old interests or maintain outdated political structures has unsettled them deeply.

“Now, these power seekers stand with their former PDP rivals — under the ADC banner, craving control again,” he said.

Abiola said the name ‘ADC’ is phonetically similar to ‘APC’, a deliberate attempt to confuse unsuspecting voters.

“It is a low-effort strategy aimed at deception, but Nigerians are now more politically aware and discerning.

“We can see through the mimicry. This is not a movement — it’s a recycling hub for failed political ambition,” he said.

He said Tinubu’s government continues to deliver calm, focused, and policy-driven leadership across key sectors.

“From economic stabilisation to structural reforms, this administration is pursuing accountability, innovation, and national recovery.

“While the opposition distracts with noise, Nigerians are beginning to notice the difference sound leadership can make,” Abiola said.

He reaffirmed support for Tinubu’s vision and urged citizens to focus on lasting progress, not political distractions.

“We need builders of the future, not looters of past influence,” he added.

Prominent opposition figures present included Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, Datti Baba-Ahmed, and Rotimi Amaechi.

Others included Nasir El-Rufai, Abubakar Malami, Aminu Tambuwal, Ireti Kingibe, Liyel Imoke, and Bolaji Abdullahi.

Also in attendance were John Oyegun, Gabriel Suswam, Tunde Ogbeha, Mohammed Abubakar, Emeka Ihedioha, and Oserheimen Osunbor.

Victor Umeh, Celestine Omehia, Abdulfatah Ahmed, Bindow Jibrilla, Babachir Lawal, Aishatu Binani, and Dele Momodu also attended.

Sen. Dino Melaye, Prof. Olushola Eleka, and Sen. Ishaku Abbo were likewise present at the event.

  • We won’t allow our party to be hijacked – ADC stakeholders

We won’t allow our party to be hijacked – ADC stakeholders

Some concerned stakeholders in African Democratic Congress (ADC) have faulted the appointment of a former Interior Minister, Alhaji Rauf Aregbesola, as the party’s Interim National Secretary.

The stakeholders made their position known in a statement issued by Dr Musa Matara, on Wednesday in Abuja.

Matara, who claimed to be the party’s National Publicity Secretary, insisted that ADC was not a private coalition platform to be hijacked by any elite group.

He faulted the emergence of Aregbesola as the party’s interim national secretary, saying that the appointment did not follow due process as well as the ADC’s guidelines.

According to Matara, the stakeholders’ group comprises the youth and women leaders, state party executives and ward coordinators across the country.

He said that while the stakeholders appreciated the enthusiasm with which Aregbesola delivered his acceptance speech as the interim national secretary of ADC, they, however, rejected the process of his appointment.

According to him, Aregbesola’s appointment lacks due process, transparency and the broad-based legitimacy expected in a democratic setting.

“ADC is not a private coalition platform to be hijacked by any elite group or individuals, regardless of how eloquent or ideologically-polished their speeches may sound.

“Our party has structures, leadership organs, youth and women wings and constitutional guidelines, none of which was consulted or respected in the announcement of this so-called appointment,” he said.

Matara wondered why Aregbesola was talking about internal democracy, ideological discipline and inclusiveness in his acceptance speech while the circumstances surrounding his emergence contradicted the process of internal democracy.

“Who appointed Aregbesola? Which organ of the ADC ratified this appointment? Was the National Executive Committee (NEC) involved? Were state chairmen, youth leaders and elected national officers consulted?

“If the answer is ‘No’, as it clearly is, then this “appointment” is null and void,” he said.

Matara also denied the claim that ADC had become the ‘platform of the National Opposition Coalition Group’, describing it as misleading.

He advised new members coming into ADC through coalition to tread carefully and be mindful that some few individuals were attempting to sell out the soul of the party for personal gains.

Matara maintained that ADC was not for sale, adding that it belonged to its members, not political merchants or elite dealmakers.

“Our millions of members have not been informed or carried along in this so-called coalition.

“If anyone is attempting to force an opposition merger without grassroots consent, they are trampling on democratic ethics and party sovereignty.

“Let it be known to those who are trooping into our party under this chaotic coalition arrangement that the ADC has been battling unresolved legal crises since the 2023 general elections.

“These matters remain in court and unresolved. Any coalition attempt built on such shaky legal ground is irresponsible and potentially self-destructive,” he said.

Matara further stated that the idea that “the party must be supreme” could not be used as a tool to silence dissents or sideline authentic party stakeholders.

According to him, party supremacy begins with consultations and consensus, not executive pronouncements disguising as patriotic rhetoric.

He expressed the stakeholders’ firm commitment to accountable leadership, transparent decision-making process and a people-powered party structure.

“Any process that excludes the very people it claims to serve is undemocratic and must be challenged.

“We call on all genuine stakeholders of the ADC across states, zones and demographic groups to reject this attempted takeover of our party.

“We are not opposed to coalitions. We are not opposed to reform. But we are opposed to hijack, to imposition and to speeches that sound revolutionary but hide elitist intentions beneath poetic language.

“Until a legitimate, constitutionally-backed ADC national convention or NEC confirms leadership changes, no one has the moral or legal right to speak for our party nationally,” he said.

However, in his reaction to the statement, the ADC National Chairman, Raph Nwosu, said that Matara was not known to the party.

“You have covered us for how many years now? The guy is unknown to ADC. He is a rabble rouser and a mercenary. It’s not unexpected.

“Mabel Oboh has been the national publicity secretary of our party. I don’t know who Matara is,” Nwosu said.

Former-AGF Malami officially dumps APC, joins ADC

Abubakar Malami (SAN), the former Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, has officially resigned from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

TheNewsGuru reports that Malami, a key member of former President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration, has defected to the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

The former minister of justice, announced his resignation in a statement to journalists on Wednesday, citing concerns over the country’s deteriorating security and economic conditions as reasons for his decision.

According to the Senior Advocate, his decision to dump the APC was motivated by “love for our nation and concern for the hardship our people are facing daily.”

The statement reads: “My Fellow Nigerians, and the Good People of Kebbi State.

“After wide consultations and deep personal reflection, I hereby announce my resignation from the All Progressives Congress (APC) and my decision to align with the African Democratic Congress (ADC), the party of choice for our coalition — a coalition driven by the urgent need to rescue our country from further decline.

“This is not a decision made out of anger or ambition, but one inspired by love for our nation and concern for the hardship our people are facing daily.

“Nigeria is bleeding. Insecurity has taken over our homes, especially in the North. Banditry, kidnappings, and terrorism have become part of our lives while the government prioritizes politics over the safety of its citizens.

“Our economy is in shambles. Prices of basic food items have tripled. The poor can no longer feed their families. Jobs are disappearing. Young people are hopeless. Instead of focusing on real solutions, the government is consumed by propaganda and political distractions.

“Governance has been abandoned. Appointments, projects, and policies are now guided by political loyalty and not national interest. I cannot remain part of a system that watches in silence as Nigerians suffer and die.

“This is why I am joining the ADC — a platform built on the values of justice, inclusion, competence, and national renewal. I believe that through this coalition and with the support of Nigerians, we can chart a new course for our beloved country.

“To the people of Kebbi State, I remain your son and servant. I will never abandon you. This move is to amplify your voice, protect your interests, and restore hope to our future.

“To every Nigerian, I urge you to join this movement. Let us rise above fear and reclaim our nation. Nigeria belongs to all of us.

“May God bless Kebbi State. May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.”

  • 2027: ADC to host coalition talks in Kano as opposition political realignment gathers momentum

2027: ADC to host coalition talks in Kano as opposition political realignment gathers momentum

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) is set to host a high-level political meeting in Kano on Tuesday as part of intensified efforts by opposition parties to form a united front ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The meeting, scheduled to hold at Mumbayyu House at 10:00 a.m., is being convened by the Kano State Chairman of the ADC, Alhaji Musa Shaibu Ungogo, and will bring together prominent defectors from multiple political blocs.

Sources within the party confirmed that the gathering will mark the formal launch of the ADC as a coalition platform, incorporating defectors from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) bloc within the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), and a faction of the Labour Party (LP).

The development follows a national directive issued to all ADC state chapters to facilitate the integration of coalition partners in preparation for the 2027 elections. Party insiders say the Kano meeting is expected to serve as a model for similar convergence efforts across the country.

“The key objective is to proclaim the formal merger of the coalition groups into the ADC and begin building a revitalized political force both in Kano State and nationally,” a party source told this reporter.

The move reflects growing disillusionment among Nigerians with the country’s two dominant political parties — the APC and PDP — amid worsening economic conditions, rising insecurity, and widespread governance concerns.

Observers say the emergence of a restructured ADC could significantly alter the dynamics of the 2027 polls, especially as more citizens seek viable alternatives to the traditional power blocs.

Further announcements and structural decisions are expected to emerge following the conclusion of Tuesday’s meeting.

  • ADC threatens court action against Anambra govt

ADC threatens court action against Anambra govt

The African Democratic Congress (ADC), has threatened to sue Anambra Government over its policy that governorship candidates for the Nov.8 election should pay N50 million campaign permit fee.

Recall that the Anambra State Signage and Advertising Agency (ANSAA), had on Wednesday stated that governorship  candidates for the Nov.8 election must pay N50 million campaign permit fee.

The advertisement permit, the agency stated would enable the candidates and their political parties to deploy campaign materials such as posters, branded vehicles, among others.

Sixteen contestants including the incumbent Governor, Chukwuma Soludo have been cleared for the Nov. 8 election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

But ADC in the state, argued said that the policy was targeted to weaken the opposition political parties.

Mr Patrick Obianyo, the state chairman of ADC, who disclosed he party’s unhappiness on the directive told newsmen on Thursday in Awka that they would challenge the action in court.

”If the state government refused to withdraw the plan, ADC  would institute a legal action against it.

“ADC governorship candidate will  not make the payment as it amounts to intimidation and act of stifling democracy and the oppositions.

“This is unheard of and unfortunately, a policy coming from the same Soludo who contested for governor in the year 2021 and never paid such money.

“How can a political party pay N50 million for ordinary T-shirt, cap and pamphlet? We are witnessing this for the first time in Anambra and one wouldn’t know why the governor decided to have himself associated with such policy.

“This is an indication that Gov. Soludo is afraid of the oppositions. We never heard of it. We are saying no to such. We are capable of paying, but it is wrong, unconstitutional and undemocratic, and we are rejecting it,” he said.

He said that no stakeholders meeting was held before the decision was reached and nobody knew how the state government came about such decision,” he said.

Obianyo said that the party had drawn the attention of the Inter-party Advisory Committee (IPAC), leadership on the issue.

He said that the party can’t be intimidated, adding that their governor candidate and his running mate are fully prepared for the contest.

  • Anambra 2025: ADC harps on credible election

Anambra 2025: ADC harps on credible election

African Democratic Congress (ADC) has called for a free, fair and transparent governorship election in Anambra on Nov. 8.

ADC National Chairman, Dr Ralph Nwosu, made the call during the presentation of the party flag and certificate of returns to Mr John Nwosu, the party’s governorship candidate for Anambra on Monday in Abuja.

Nwosu said that credibility of the elections, especially that of Anambra was very important as a demonstration of the President Bola Tinubu-led administration’s commitment to the 2027 general elections.

“Some of our young men are ready to contest, hence the need for a level playing field,” he said, adding that this would put the country’s democracy on the path of recovery.

Nwosu, who also urged the Federal Government not to play politics with nation’s monetary policy, stressed the need for transparency and truth in governance.

According to him, economic recovery is impossible without honest data and independent institutions.

On his governorship ambition, Nwosu, while expressing confidence in winning the Nov. 8 election, promised to run a government based on transparency, inclusivity and sustainable development.

“Now is the time to come together for the good of all, most especially for the good of Ndi Anambra. Today, the people of Anambra State have a credible alternative to the incumbent,” he said.

The governorship candidate pledged to run an administration rooted in transparency, accountability, inclusivity and sustainable development if elected governor.

He also assured that his administration would prioritise public engagement and uphold the rights of every citizen, saying the people of Anambra deserved a government that would truly listen and deliver.

He said that his administration would deliver on education, health, security and other dividends of democracy in the state.

“We are conscious of the needs and unmet needs of Ndi Anambra. As such, we are committed to building a government anchored on transparency, accountability, inclusivity and sustainable development.

“We are obligated to listen to your voices, uphold your rights and work tirelessly to deliver the dividends of democracy to every corner of our dear state,” he stated.

Nwosu, while expressing appreciation to his supporters, urged the people of the state to support his ambition, saying it was time to come together for the good of all.

Nwosu’s running mate, Geoffrey Ndubisi, described ADC as a better alternative for Anambra in the forthcoming election.

According to Ndubisi, the people of the state are earnestly waiting to cast their vote for the party.
