An islamic cleric, Alfa Tiamiyu Abass, has been arrested by Atiba Police Division, Oyo State Police Command for allegedly butchering the body of a hairdresser whose name was given as Barakat. The unfortunate incident happened in Oyetoro community, in the Oyo West Local Government Area of the state few days ago.
