Popular skit maker, Amarachi Amusi, aka Ashmusy, has said she declined an offer of 20 million naira to endorse a particular politician in the coming elections.
The influencer, who was recently accused of having an affair with Dino Melaye, revealed this in a post on her Instagram page.
She confessed that she had been approached with an offer of 10 to 20 million naira to make a political advert endorsing a particular candidate that nobody likes.
Ashmusy revealed that the offer was indeed tempting but she realized that by taking such money, she’d be selling her soul and that of her family.
According to her, making the wrong decision about whom to vote for eventually affects everyone, including the rich.
TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports that Ashmusy is also a famous Nigerian actress, model, comedian, entrepreneur, and social media influencer. She rose to fame for her comedy skits which went viral on social media.
Ashmusy was born in the east and is a proud native of Obeagu Awkunanaw in Enugu, but grew up in Lagos State. She completed her secondary education at Federal Government College in Enugu State after attending Good Learning School in Gbagada, Lagos State.
She then continued on to Madonna University, where she earned her degree in 2016. One of the major brands she has worked with as a brand influencer is Jennyglownigeria.
The skit maker has collaborated with a number of well-known online content producers and comedians, including Sydney Talker, Zicsaloma, Twinz Love, and Brainjotter.
Ashmusy is a successful businessperson who has owned “Ashmusy Empire” and “Ashmusy Hairs.”
She is a proud native of Obeagu Awkunanaw in Enugu but grew up in Lagos State.
