    Anambra 2025: Global groups, another community endorse, equip APC Guber candidate, Ukachukwu

    With barely eight weeks to the November 8 Anambra State Governorship election, more groups and communities have steadily continue to line up in enthusiastic  support of Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu, the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the coming election.

    TheNewsGuru.com(TNG) reports that the live wire of Orsumenyi community -Ukachukwu’s countryhome in Nnewi South Council of Anambra State led by the Orsumenyi Elites, a socio-economic/socio political group had visited him on Sunday, 6th September.

    In the colourful event, the international president, Chief Frank Umeh expressed the happiness and motivation of all his members on Ukachukwu’s emergence as a Governorship flagbearer of the ruling APC.

    He therefore assured that the whole community, her sons and daughters, in-laws, friends, neighbors and men of goodwill will spare no resources to ensure that November 8,2025 was won in landslide.

    He told journalists shortly after the formal presentation of the two branded Sienna vehicles and a huge cash to back their brother, that Orsumenyi Elites group transcended the shores of Nigeria.

    That the gifts were just the first phase of supports they have in mind.

    That more would come very soon.

    Some members were so moved with happiness that they added personal donations on the spot,  including a cash of N5m for the maintenance of the vehicles from a member.

    Chief Frank Umeh who was based in Lagos pointed out that the group’s aim was to strengthen the campaign machinery of the APC ahead the November 8, 2025 Anambra governorship election with a view to recording a resounding victory. 

    The gesture, seen as both strategic and symbolic, signaled Orsumeyi’s determination to play a decisive role in Ukachukwu’s anticipating and the unfolding political movement.

    He further reminded the people that the Ukachukwu project is a collective responsibility, urging every supporter not only to cast their votes but to mobilizes others. “What you have presented today is wonderful,” 

    “It is the beginning of unity and the togetherness that will carry us to victory in November.”

    Tochukwu Michael, who spoke on behalf of the Ikemba Front,, Lagos Branch, disclosed that members had resolved to return home en masse to exercise their franchise when the time comes. He expressed confidence that with Ukachukwu’s leadership, insecurity would be consigned to history.

     Ikukuoma Youth Movement, Lagos State chapter represented by their leader Chigbo Mbalie, reaffirmed their unalloyed support for Ukachukwu’s candidacy. “We are fully committed and will stand by him all the way,” he pledged.

    The gathering did more than present campaign vehicles, it reaffirmed the growing momentum behind the Ukachukwu/Ekwunife ticket. From family members to local elites, and from diaspora groups to youth movements, the chorus was the same: Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu represents the transformational leadership that Anambra needs right now.

    More gifts including branded face-caps and t-shirts were presented by others.

    Ukachukwu while receiving the items expressed deep appreciation, especially for coming from his own people. He admitted that the November 8 election is “our project and Almighty God will bless our efforts….”

    As the 12-month countdown to the Nov 2025 Anambra State guber poll kicks off in earnest, the Chief George Moghalu campaign team has intensified her interactive meetings with critical stakeholders.

    The Director General of the campaign organization, Chief Okey Chukwuogo commended the Inter Party Advisory Council (IPAC), Anambra State led by it’s chairman -Chief Uche Ugwoji, for honouring Chief Moghalu’s invitation.

    Chief Chukwuogo noted that though he was unavoidably away on a very crucial assignment outside the state when they visited, he was informed that the interaction was very fruitful and beneficial to the polity.

    He reiterated Moghalu’s assertion that the 2025 election would be like no other ever witnessed in the State. That it has all potential to bring the best Anambra’s has seen or witnessed in the past.

    Addressing journalists at the Moghalu campaign headquarters at Udoka Housing Estate in Awka this afternoon, the Director General described Chief Moghalu as “a shinning example of political steadfastness, and masterpiece who has remained focussed in his political journey. And that his ilk was what Anambra needs this time”

    “He is the frontline governorship aspirant of the Labour Party, and I commend the membership comprised of State Chairmen of the eighteen registered political parties for the interractive meeting for rubbing minds on how to make things better in the political process in the state. He admitted as an overstatement some media narration that IPAC adopted Chief Moghalu.

    According to him, “these are heads of different political parties in Anambra’s and hence cannot unilaterally adopt an aspirant or candidate of another party without the backing off their national headquarters.

    The State IPAC chairman, had at the meeting urged political actors to remain steadfast to improving the welfare and expectations of the citizens.

    Chief Moghalu had while receiving the members commended their cohesion and objective disposition towards his aspiration.

    He used the opportunity to formally inform them that he’s running for the 2025 governorship of the state. That its major reason for inviting them.

    He admitted being fully aware of the plurality of IPAC hence cautious in his appeal for their individual and collective support.

    Chief Ugwoji, described Moghalu as a distinguished colourful political bride that will make the remarkable leadership difference in the driving seat of any state.

    He urged the electorate to adopt wisdom when choosing who will rule the state.

    He pledged the cooperation and support of IPAC for a very peaceful, transparent, free and fair electoral process.

    That it’s the prayers of the 18- member political parties in IPAC to have a trouble free election to usher in the governorship election process next year.

    Ugwoji stressed that IPAC as a critical political was willing and ready guide and intervene, interact and meet with every politician, aspirant or group who is disposed to a peaceful political process or interaction.

    Mr Emeka Umeakuka, a Chieftain of the Labour Party in Anambra, has said that Chief Barth Nwibe is the best man for the job of next Anambra governor, come 2025.

    Umeakuka told journalists in Awka on Saturday that Anambra needed a thorough-bred, home-grown grassroots politician with critical, creative thinking capacity to provide solutions to identified problems.

    Umeakuka, known as a grassroots mobilizer, described Nwibe, an oil magnate, as a man with a blend  of intellectual capacity, rich history of  human capacity development and proven records of youth empowerment and employment.

    He said leadership had been identified as problem of any society and that Anambra electorates should be wary and meticulous in chosing the leadership that would be people oriented and govern with a touch of humanity, character and integrity.

    “Anambra requires one who sees the act of governance through the eyes of the masses and not through the whims and caprices of the elite bureaucrats and technocrats.

    “It behooves the people to be very critical, careful and analytical in making a well-informed decision that determines their future.

    “This is why Anambra needs Chief Nwibe, whose accomplishments in the private sector underscores his ebullience, competence and capability to run for the exalted office of governor of Anambra.

    “Nwibe is a man among men, a man of the people, a lavish giver, a philanthropist and a liberal democrat who believes in the liberal concept of power, where the masses are the true custodians,” he said.

    Umeakuka said Nwibe had the capacity to transform Anambra because he believed in Peter Obi’s governance and political philosophy.

    He said the lawyer, businessman and politician had generated jobs in his private sector engagements and empowered many youths education through his ‘Ugo Igbo Foundation’ which he had run for over 18 years.

    “Available statistics show that over 1,000 youths of Anambra State have benefitted from his free tuition and other entrepreneurial skill acquisition empowerment programmes.

    “This record is phenomenal, Bart Nwibe’s effort has built capacity, generated employment and reduced poverty in the state.

    “He is the man of the moment, the man to be trusted with the Anambra State governorship mantle, come 2025,” he said.
