APC governorship aspirant promises to reverse Ebonyi poverty index
Chief Elias Mbam, an All Progressives Congress (APC) Ebonyi governorship aspirant on Thursday says he has developed a blueprint to reverse the poverty index of the state. Mbam, also Chairman of the Revenue Mobilisation Allocation and Fiscal Commission told newsmen in Abakaliki that he would reverse the index if elected governor in 2023.
