    The All Progressives Congress (APC) has won 25 out of 27 state Assembly seats at last Saturday’s election conducted in Imo. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) disclosed this in a statement signed by the Imo Head of Voter  Education, Mrs Emmanuella Opara and made available to newsmen on Monday in Owerri.
