    Big Brother Naija, BBNaija, “Level Up” housemate, Phyna has accused fellow housemate, Chichi, of trying to snatch her lover. Groovy, who was evicted on Sunday.

    Phyna said this during a conversation with Bella and Rachel on Monday morning.

    She claimed Chichi had been making moves on her lover before his eviction on Sunday.

    “Any little thing Groovy Groovy. Me and Groovy will be sleeping she’ll come and wake Groovy. Why? There was a day she was calling everybody. She called Rachel, called Chizzy, she called Groovy she did not call me. Why are you always looking for Groovy?”

    After Groovy’s eviction on Sunday night, Chichi could be heard calling Groovy’s name again until she was reminded of his eviction by Chizzy.

    Groovy was evicted alongside Hermes and Sheggz on during the live eviction show on Sunday.

    TheNewsGuru.com recalls that Phyna, Bella and Rachel had become friends after collective disapproval of Head Of House, Chichi’s attitude and overreaction after last week’s wager task loss.

    The tension in Biggie’s house after the last eviction show is about the unexpected unity between Phyna, Bella and Rachel over what they describe as an overreaction and unnecessary anger by The Head of House.

    Bella previously had no close relationship with Phyna, Rachel and Chichi as she once had disagreements with all.

    However, after the eviction of her lover, Sheggz on Sunday night, she finally formed a bond with Rachel and Phyna whose lover, Groovy also got evicted.

    In a new twist, the housemates discussed Head of House, Chichi’s character after the loss which had little consequence since Biggie promised them food supplies and a trip to Level 3 house.

    During the discussion with Rachel, and Bella, Phyna accused Chichi of being into Groovy.

    They also disapproved of Chichi’s attitude after the Wager loss saying that she overacted since she was not the only one that lost on the day.

    Later, Chichi pondered alone saying, “You have to speak about me to stay united”

    However, Adekunle told Daniella and Bryann that he feels Chichi is in trouble after the unexpected unity between the three female housemates.

    However, it was Chichi that saved Phyna and Daniella from Sunday’s eviction nomination last week, using her veto power.

    As six housemates of Big Brother Naija, BBNaija, ‘Level Up’ are up for eviction today (Sunday), one of the finalists, Phyna, has assured her love interest, Groovy, of scaling through.

    Housemates up for eviction this week are Adekunle, Bella, Bryann, Groovy, Hermes and Sheggs.

    This came hours after the disagreement between Chizzy and Phyna over claims of being fond of speaking for Groovy.

    Groovy had sorted out his dirty clothes with the intention of doing laundry against eviction night when Phyna questioned his fate.

    “Instead of you to wash it tomorrow night with fate,” she said

    Groovy, however, affirmed that he is certain of making it through Sunday night with or without fate while giving an excuse about the washing machine.

    TheNewsGuru.com reports that 22-year-old Chichi saved Phyna and Daniella from being up for Sunday’s eviction.

    On Monday, Chichi emerged as the Head of House and chose to use her supreme veto power to save Phyna and Daniella from the week’s eviction.

    Before Chichi made her choice, the housemates presented a 90-second pitch to the HoH on why they deserve a slot at the finale.

    As holder of the supreme veto power, Chichi selected two housemates for slots in the finale. Other housemates are automatically up for possible eviction.

    In addition to her wins, Chichi enjoyed the luxurious HoH lounge with Chizzy as her partner. The HoH also gets the Showmax movie date reward.

    Chinenyenwa Desire Okoebor (Chichi) is a proficient model and dancer from Nigeria.

    Chichi became a household name after she was announced as one of the 26 housemates in the 7th season of the Reality TV show.

    The Multichoice company had revealed that BBNaija 2022 Winner Prize is 100 Million Naira.

    Recall that an evicted BBBNaija housemate, Khalid, had revealed the housemate who will likely emerge the winner of season 7 ‘level-up’ edition.

    Khalid told Ebuka in his post-eviction interview that Phyna will win.

    He said, ”I think Phyna will win. I think the winner is between Phyna and Eloswag. He gives me a certain vibe.”

    Groovy made the confession while responding to his lover’s question.

    “Who are you down with?” Phyna asked Groovy.

    She bragged about not rush into a relationship with any male housemates in the reality TV show.

    Phyna said. “Am glad that I did not rush into anything”.

    Recall that in day 42, Groovy and Phyna had their first significant lover’s quarrel last night.

    The housemates’ ship seemed to be on the verge of destruction as Groovy claimed to have broken up with her.

    It all started with Phyna telling Groovy that Daniella thinks he might do something to mess up their relationship.

    Phyna also felt jealous that Groovy was constantly speaking to Daniella and sharing information about his relationships with her.

    This 25-year-old hype lady stated that she had a problem with their friendship and would like Groovy to reduce his interaction with Daniella, which he obliged.

    On the part of Phyna, TheNewsGuru.com reports that before their Guinness game, Phyna drank to stupor and Groovy was not happy about it.

    Cautioning her, Groovy begged her to reduce her intake of alcohol.

    After a feisty contest that saw the housemates play a unique game of see-saw beams. The first housemate to transport five balls from the basin to the shallow container of the beam won the Head of House Challenge.

    Big Brother Naija, BBNaija, ‘Level Up’ housemate, Phyna, has lashed out at Hermes whom she told “you are supposed to be placed in a museum”.

    During an argument on Monday afternoon, the 25-year-old Phyna further told Hermes that he is ‘dirty, black and ugly.

    In her words: “You are a very foolish boy, you think I don’t know you look like Cameron pepper very dirty and black,” she said.

    “The best answer for a fool is silence,” Hermes replied.

    “Look how ugly you are, you’re not even catchy to look, you are dirty,” Phyna continued.

    “Ashawi kobo kobo, nonsense boy I’m sorry for you,” Phyna added.

    “You do not have sorry to give you are a stubborn, unpitiful individual, you do not have sorry to give,” Hermes retorted.

    “You are supposed to be placed in a museum, just look at you,” Phyna fired back.

    “Because I am a beautiful being idiot,” Hermes replied.

    Meanwhile, Daniella and Adekunle were seen on Monday afternoon getting cosy with each other while discussing some of the recent events in the house.

    Daniella who was previously sad over Dotun’s eviction on Sunday was seen on camera laughing during the conversation with Adekunle who earlier revealed he has feelings for her.

    As Big Brother Naija host Ebuka Obi-Uchendu called out his name, an unhappy Daniella could be seen giving Dotun a passionate hug while the latter gave her a kiss on the neck.Dotun was evicted during the Sunday live eviction show.

    This comes weeks after Daniella’s former lover Khalid was evicted from the show.

    Daniella had promised to set boundaries between her and Dotun after getting intimate for the first time because she felt guilty due to her relationship with Khalid.

    During one of her diary sessions, she told Big Brother, “I had a relationship with Khalid before he left and presently there is something that is starring between me and Dotun, I feel I shouldn’t have let my relationship with Dotun become something that is questionable.

    “I just feel like we have become closer than friends should be. I just feel I should have set boundaries. My intentions are to be more practical in terms of stating my boundary and creating more distance between the both of us.”

    While the lovers were kissing passionately on the bed on Saturday, Big Brother called Phyna who is the current head of house to the diary room abruptly ending their make-out session.

    “This is Big Brother, will the head of house report to the diary room immediately,” Big Brother said.

    Reacting to the call, an unhappy Phyna could be seen on camera standing up to answer Biggie’s call, while complaining about the unexpected interruption.

    Earlier in the week, The 25-year-old joked about rapping Groovy if she was not on her period.
    The duo cuddled last night at the head of house lounge.

    “I’ll destroy you soon,” Groovy began.

    “Really? You’re lucky I’m on my period I would have raped you in this room. But by Friday or Thursday you’re in soup,” Phyna responded.

    The lovers have been practicing s3x positions in the house for the past two weeks.

    Amaka, Chi Chi, Bella, Chomzy have been accused of being instigators.

    However, Chichi had said that Phyna and Groovy confirmed their relationship while drunk.

    Chuchi disclosed this during her discussion with Deji.

    According to her, Phyna and Groovy confirmed their relationship when they were drunk.

    In his response, Deji claims Groovy initially told Phyna that they should date in private.

    The intimate rumour of the two lovers has continued to spread like wildfire in the house.

    BBNaija ‘Level Up’ housemate, Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, popularly known as Phyna, has broken the jinx in Level 2 as she became the first female housemate from the group to emerge as the Head of House (HOH) since the show started.

     

    Viewers applauded Phyna on Monday as the first female housemate from Level 2 to win the position in week eight of the show.

     

    TheNewsGuru.com reports that since the show started; most of the housemates who had held the position had been from level 1.

     

    She takes over the coveted position from her colleague, Hermes who won the HoH a week ago.

     

    Following her win, the Edo State reality star chose her love interest, Groovy as her deputy.

     

    Their positions exempt them from this week’s eviction.

     

    They also get to stay at the luxurious HoH lounge for the whole week.

     

    Recall that Phyna had described herself as “allergic to malice”.

     

    According to her, She is short-tempered and can fight with a person one minute, then talk to them the next, like nothing happened.

    Airing her view on relationship, she said: “My view on relationships is: Na mumu dey fall in love”.

     

    The 25-year-old hype girl considers herself jovial, and maintains she is allergic to gossip.

     

    “I don’t condone gossip, and a lot of people know I hate it. You can never gossip about someone to me,” she said.

     

    Phyna noted that one of her talents is repairing home appliances and she counts her graduation as one of the best moments of her life.

     

    “I never thought I would be able to further my education in a higher institution of learning,” she stated.

     

    The reality TV star has set her sights on the Big Brother Naija House because of one simple reason; “to make a difference,” she asserted.

     

    She was born in June 1997 in Edo State.

    One of the housemates of the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) season 7 show, Doyin, has lambasted Groovy for dating Phyna and expressing feelings for Chomzy, immediately after his love interest, Beauty, was disqualified from the reality TV show.

     

    Doyin noted Groovy’s switching between ladies in the house.

     

    This comes after Groovy moved from Phyna to Chomzy while referring to what they share as a mother-son relationship.

     

    On Sunday morning Doyin called his attention to the fake emotion passed from one lady to the other after the disqualification of his love interest, Beauty.

     

    She said: “I think you’re fake and it’s annoying because Beauty loved you but you didn’t love her, because you didn’t wait to move on.

     

    “She was insecure about you with other girls and you’ve proved her right with all your actions. If I were Beauty, I would not have anything to do with you outside the house again,” she stated unapologetically.”

    Recall that the 24-year-old ex-beauty queen got into a brawl as she felt emotionally betrayed that her lover, Groovy got romantically engrossed with Chomzy at the Saturday night party.

     

    She, however, got angrier when Ilebaye tried to caution her against raising her voice.

     

    Beauty over-reacted by engaging in a messy fight with Ilebaye and yanked off her wig during the brawl.

     

    Biggie later summoned her to the diary room and was issued a strike for the violent behavior.

     

    The ex-beauty queen had shared her emotional troubles about Groovy with Amaka and Phyna and they counseled her not to get unnecessarily infatuated over any man as she keeps losing her temper every time over the issue.

     

    “You are Governor’s spec,” Amaka said.

     

    According to Phyna, Beauty overthinks and is too insecure.
