I’ve never dated man richer than me – Phyna reveals

Ex-Big Brother Naija housemate, Josephina Otabor, fondly called Phyna, has said she has never dated a man richer than her.

She claimed she rejected N5 million offer from a male fan for coitus because she doesn’t do “runs.”

Speaking in a recent interview with Naija FM, Lagos, she said: “These were my reasons for turning down the rowdy fan’s N5m offer for sex: Number one, I don’t do runs. I can’t date someone just because he bought me a car. I prefer to date genuinely. We will be friends.

“As a matter of fact, I have never dated a man who is richer than me. Even before I won the Big Brother Naija show, I didn’t date any rich guy. I have always been hard working even while in school. In my previous relationships, I have always been the one supporting financially. No man has really lavished money on me in a relationship.”

Phyna had earlier claimed in an episode of her podcast, Spill With Phyna, that she declined a N5 million offer for s3x.

  • Not all BBNaija girls are into ‘hookup’– Saga

Not all BBNaija girls are into ‘hookup’– Saga

Big Brother Naija Ex- housemate, Saga has addressed common misunderstandings about his female colleagues, dismissing the rumours that all BBNaija female stars are into hookups.

The reality star made this disclosure during an interview with The Punch

Saga insisted that categorising every female participant in BBNaija as a prostitute is completely incorrect.

He advised fans and detractors to avoid making such false conclusions.

Dispelling the rumors, Saga underlined his personal acquaintance with some female BBNaija stars, stating that they work hard for their money rather than selling their bodies for it.

“The biggest misconception is that every lady in BBN is a prostitute. That is a big lie. I know some of them that work so hard for their money, and they are doing great. So, I don’t like it when I hear those lies about them. Some people also think that we are not talented enough, and that hurts because a lot of us are gifted.

“Another misconception is that people think we did not make any sacrifices to get to where we are. However, participating in BBN is a sacrifice that takes a lot from one. BBN is not for everyone. Sometimes, I advise some people against going for the show because I know it is not for them. Fans actually send us gifts because they are inspired by the sacrifices we made. Anyone that goes on that show deserves any gift they get.”
