    Former Big Brother Naija reality show star, Doyinsola Anuoluwapo David, simply known as Doyin, has revealed that she doesn’t go through her boyfriend’s phone.

    She said she doesn’t bother herself about monitoring her partner anymore because she has been through a lot.

    She stated this in the recent episode of her podcast, Doyin’s Corner which featured Beauty Tukura and Modella.

    Modella said she also doesn’t check her boyfriend’s mobile phone too because she doesn’t want to develop high blood pressure.

    Beauty said she used to but no longer checks her man’s phone because she doesn’t care much about her relationship anymore.

    She explained that she is now busy with other stuff and doesn’t have the time to monitor a man.

    Doyin added that trust issues lessen with maturity.

    Former Big Brother Naija housemate Teddy A has narrated how a popular TV host stole his podcast idea.

    He revealed via his Instastory recently that he consulted the unnamed TV host last year to start a football podcast.

    He wrote, “Last year I reached out to a popular TV host about collaborating with me to start a football podcast on IG and YouTube. I asked if he could bring the big brand he represents on board (a beer brand) and he said sure why not, great idea fam.

    “Suddenly baba begin give me excuses and I just knew the idea probably didn’t fly with the supposed brand or they had other ideas.

    “Fast forward to a few weeks ago I’m seeing the same guy host a football podcast show on YouTube sponsored by the same beer brand.”

    Reality TV Star Tobi Bakre  has revealed why he left his banking job to take part in the Season 3 of Big Brother Naija as far back as 2018.

    Bakre said he served as a currency dealer in Heritage Bank for four years but resigned because the job became “boring”.

    Tobi was featured in the recent episode of Menisms’ audiovisual podcast by Olumurewa and Michael Sonariwo.

    He said, “My personality when I’m doing the same thing over and over it tends to get boring. At that time I was still young. I think I was 22 at that time. So, I said ‘okay I have always wanted to go on this show [Big Brother Naija], and I’m tired of this [banking] job.’ So, it was either I start processing my japa [Visa] to Canada or I can go for [BBNaija]. And then it was more like you can go for this thing [BBNaija] and then come back and process your Canada [Visa] and whatever life brings.

    “I was just really tired of where I was. So, I was like okay let me take a chance on this [BBNaija]. So, we went for Big Brother and then I didn’t really think after Big Brother this is what I want to do, that is what I want to do. I was just like okay, in case anything should come up, I got like management, someone I respected and trusted. And I was like ‘please o, whatever it’s I’m doing there [Big Brother house], plz make sure there’s value to be gotten when I get out’.”

    The former TV Reality star said he was elated to see his former boss at the bank bring a range rover to pick him from the airport when he came out from the Big Brother House in South Africa.

    He admitted that it was his first time of entering a range rover.

    He said he was also excited to see his Instagram page skyrocket to 250k followers.

    Tobi disclosed that because he didn’t win the grand prize, his fans donated N800,000 to his account.

    “Because I didn’t win, a lot of fans, people have sent money to my account. Sorry guys, I’m just confessing for the first time. I entered the bank with like nothing. I remember myself and one of my friends, Adamu, that December because life was tough, we were like ‘let’s just spend all our money and enjoy ourselves’. And this is what we did. We were clubbing, we were partying, we spent all the money. So there was really no money in January. I just got out [of Big Brother house] and I saw like N800 and something thousand in my account. So I [used it] got an iPhone. But then, I was ready to do the work. I think the rest is history,” he added.

    Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) Season 7 winner, Josephine Otabor, simply known as Phyna, has disclosed how she survived continuous food poisoning.

    TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports Phyna, who made the disclosure in a recent interview with popular media personality, Toke Makinwa, said she was being fed poison continuously by someone in her house.

    “Of recent, I survived poison of which the person that was giving me food is well known. I had been fed poison continuously. It’s not that instant one. I have seen a lot,” the TV reality star said.

    Phyna said she found out about it when she went for tests at the hospital after developing severe stomach pain.

    “Every time I finish eating, I’m always having stomach pain. So I went to the hospital. I ran tests. I checked my kidney, liver and everything. And they [doctors] said I’m okay. I went back home.

    “I know I have ulcer. But I take medication for that. One day in the house, the pain was so much I was coughing and I saw blood.

    “So, I went to the hospital and the doctor started speaking their grammar. He was like he saw poison. He didn’t want to go straight. He was like I should check the food I eat. Food poisoning, blah, blah, blah,” she recounted.

    The BBNaija winner said the person secretly poisoning her later left her house after she found out.

    The runner-up of Big Brother Naija season 6, Roseline Afije, a.k.a. Liquorose, could not hold back her tears on Saturday as she received 6 million naira and a delivery bike as gifts from her supporters, hours after her birthday.

    A video of the reality TV actress fighting to control her tears as admirers gave her also outreach/support to school pupils with less privilege has surfaced online.

    Nothing is too much for her, the fans can be heard saying in the video. She was humorously warned not to cry on her makeup after seeing the gifts.

    An engagement has been announced of former Big Brother Naija season six ‘Shine ya eyes’ housemates, Adeoluwa Okusaga and Anita Singh as Nini.

    Recall that the duo lovers started their relationship affairs in Big Brother’s house.

    In photos and videos shared on Friday, Saga proposed to Nini in a room decorated with rose flowers and an inscription on the wall reading, “Will you be mine forever? ”

    While in the house, they shared everything together, slept on the same bed from the third week till their eviction from the show, but denied dating each other.

    However, video of their engagement surfaced on social media on Friday.

    The duo are, however, yet to confirm the engagement on their social media pages.

    Titilayo observed that despite getting older, she continues to look beautiful. She claimed that she has a lovely shimmer and that everything about her life seems to be perfect.

    Ex-Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) housemate, Tega Dominic, has lambasted Nigerian celebrities who continue to drum support for the wrong candidates during elections.

    According to her, most celebrities tend to hide behind the oft-said maxim that politics is a game of interest.

    She said that such mentality should be done away with if positive leadership changes are to be achieved.

    The reality star, whose marriage crashed before BBNaija show, added that most of the celebrities supporting the wrong candidates for their own interests could leave the country if things go wrong.

    An excerpt from her post reads: “Politics is a game of interest yen yen yen, Sooo Una dey carry my future dey play, tor…. Untill we kill that game of interest mentality, we will never go anywhere, all these celebrities forming game of interest, I see una, God bless y’allina different way. i sha know say e no go better for una, period!”

    Tega, mother of one, has dmitted that her marriage to former husband, Kris Lawrence Ajeboh, had actually broken down below her sojourn in the reality show in 2021.

    The former BBNaija “Shine Ya Eye” housemate explained that her marriage to Ajeboh crashed in 2020.

    Recall that while on the show, Tega was romantically entangled with another housemate, Boma, despite claiming to be married.

    Just weeks after releasing his new song, Jada, Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) ‘Shine ya eyes’ winner, Hazel Onuo a.k.a Whitemoney, has splashed millions on a brand new Maybach Benz.

    Whitemoney acquired a white S580 Maybach Benz.

    Sharing the good news on his Instagram page alongside photos of the new car, the BBNaija winner revealed that he is driving his dreams rather than chasing it.

    “They said you should follow your dreams. I think you should drive it,” he posted.

    Congratulatory messages are already pouring in for him.

    He is of Igbo descent from Enugu State, Nigeria, but grew up in Kaduna State. Growing up in Kaduna State, Whitemoney left to Lagos in search for occupations.

    It was gathered that he ventured into different businesses such as commercial photography, barbering, repairing generators, and fixing telecommunication towers among others. He also invested in importing and selling shoes.

    Whitemoney has produced a few songs including “Rosemary” (2018), “Your Life” (2018), and “My Heart” (2021). On 3 December 2021 he released a single ‘Selense’ which was produced by Masterkraft, the song was released alongside its video.

    Recall that he entered the 6th season of Big Brother Naija as the fifth contestant on 24 July 2021.

    During the season finale of the show on 3 October 2021, Whitemoney was declared the winner scoring 47% of the final votes ahead of Liquorose with 22.99% of the total votes cast and received the ₦90 million grand prize.

    Taking to her Twitter page to advise slay queens, she posted “Bad bitches please vote for Obi, one Nigerian vendor is selling pretty little thing crop top for 60k”.

    Angel was born in the year 2000 to London-based parents. She is originally from Akwa Ibom state.

    The reality star, who lived in Nigeria while her parents lived in London, studied at Marywood Girls College, Lagos, then proceeded to the University of Lagos (Unilag), where she was a student for about two weeks.

    Angel studied in a secluded high school and underwent pressure from parents and school. According to her, to get an “A” in Marywood Girls’ College, Lagos, you need a score of 96.

    Angel later enrolled in a British foundation college to study mass communication but dropped out.
