Former Benue Governor, Samuel Ortom, and his deputy Benson Abounu, have sued the state government led by Governor Hyacinth Alia. Ortom and Abounu have filed a suit at Makurdi High court against the Assets Recovery Committee set up by Governor Hyacinth Alia in the state.
