Rivers United football club have completed the signing of Ivory Coast striker, Bernard Yao Kouass on a permanent deal. The striker has arrived  Nigeria to finalise his move to the Pride of Rivers. The former ASEC Mimosas star will undergo his medicals before signing his contract.
