Simon Ekpa invites southeast governors, leaders to Biafra Convention in Finland
A self-acclaimed  Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) factional leader, Simon Ekpa, has sent invitation messages to southeast governors and other leaders to the Biafra Convention scheduled to hold later this year in Finland. Ekpa, the Finland-based lawyer and Prime Minister of the Biafra Republic Government, made this known via his official Twitter handle on Wednesday.
