Finland-based self-acclaimed factional leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Simon Ekpa, on Saturday, announced a historic Biafran Self Referendum convention tagged BSRC 2023. Ekpa, lawyer and  Prime Minister of the Biafra Republic Government disclosed this through his official Twitter handle on Saturday.
