Phyna reveals what she did to win BBNaija 7

The season 7 Big Brother Naija housemate, Ijeoma Otabor, a.k.a Phyna, has revealed what she did to emerge as winner of the reality TV show.

On the perception people have about her, she said, “some people claimed I was too local to win the BBNaija show.”

During an Instagram live session, Phyna stated that some people are of the opinion that she didn’t deserve to win the seventh edition of the reality show, tagging her as a local girl.

Phyna however disclosed that her followership has increased from 15,000 to over a million followers after trying for four years to be on the show. He asked those who think she doesn’t deserve to win the show to go tell God.

She said: “I went into the Big Brother house with just 15,0000 followers on Instagram. And now, I have one million followers. Some people said I was local and did not deserve to win the show. (They) should go and tell God that I did not deserve to win the show.

“I am on my own. I just prayed to God, and He helped me after four years (of trying to be on the show). I got into the house and was myself. I won and was given the prize money, yet some people are complaining.

“My skit with Broda Shaggi has a lot of views. Even if Broda Shaggi does not write a script, I will write one.”

TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports that Phyna entered the 7th season of Big Brother Naija (Level Up) as the tenth housemate on 23 July 2022.

During the season finale of the show on 2 October 2022, Phyna was declared the winner, scoring 40.74% of the final votes ahead of Bryann with 26.74% of the total votes cast and was entitled to the ₦100 000 000 (one hundred million naira) grand prize, making her the second female to win the show, three years after Mercy Eke won it.

Phyna is from Esan tribe in Edo state but she was born in Lagos State. She grew up in Edo State where she had her education. She is a graduate of Engineering from Auchi Polytechnic.

BBNaija star, Ifuennada shares half nude in sultry new photos

Former Big Brother Naija star, Iheme Faith Uloma, better known as Ifu Ennada, has shared on her Instagram page sultry photos of herself.

She took to her Instagram page on Friday December 30, to share hot photos of herself

The reality star posed topless with just panties, while using her hands to cover her modesty.

She is also an actress, known for winning the AMAA award for Best Young and Promising Actor in the movie O-Town.

Ennada was born in Abia State, Nigeria but raised in Lagos. She studied Computer science at the Olabisi Onabanjo University where she obtained her BSc.

She began her movie career in 2019 and in 2016, she was nominated for Best Young/Promising Actor in the movie O-Town at the AMAA awards 2016.

In a 2018 interview, she revealed that she had been sexually harassed in 2016. In 2018, she participated in the Big Brother Naija game show.

BBNaija’s Queen Mercy flaunts baby bump

Ex-BBNaija (shine ya eyes) housemate, Queen Mercy Atang, has flaunted her baby bump, as she expects her first child.

The reality star surprised many when she took to her Instagram page to announce the good news. Flaunting her baby bump, Mercy revealed that she is looking forward to beginning her new journey into motherhood.

She noted how it’s the dream of every woman to be a mother and now her dream is coming to reality. Queen promised to share her experience soon, as the journey hasn’t been the same in movies.

“BBNaija relationships are the biggest scam”- Mercy Eke laments over relationship with Ike

Winner of Big Brother Nigeria (BBNaija) season 4, Mercy Eke, has revealed that relationships in Biggie’s house, during the reality Tv show are the biggest scam.

The BBNaija star (Mercy), who explained why she was stuck with Ike during the reality show, noted that initially, she thought her relationship with her fellow housemate, Ike Onyeama, was original.

Mercy, who was romantically involved with Ike during the show, but surprisingly ended the affair after the show, shed light on it in a recent interview.

In her words: “BBNaija relationships are the biggest scam, it was even original for me initially, as a matter of fact, if I had known that I was a strong housemate and that people loved me for me, I wouldn’t have bothered getting involved with him.

“I wouldn’t say it was a strategy, for me, we flowed with it but we had to put up a show even when not happy for people who aren’t even in relationships. If it is not working out, you move but in my case I couldn’t, I had to be there cos of money, otherwise, I won’t have my complete money.” Mercy said.

Spilling further, Mercy revealed that the reality show now has a new female winner, Phyna and she hopes the media attention will finally shift from her to Phyna.

On her Igbo accent, Mercy said “I schooled in Owerri, primary and secondary. It was only the National Youth Service that made me leave Owerri. How do they expect me to speak?”

“I will like to date a lady that is intelligent, pretty much independent and not so freaked about social media. I believe social media brings a lot of negative vibes from people when it comes to relationship,” he asserted.

Phyna prays for Tacha as she marks her 27th birthday

The winner of the 2022 BBNaija show, Ijeoma Otabor, known as Phyna, has prayed for the disqualified housemate of the 2019 edition, Tacha Akide, on her 27th birthday.

The brand influencer is a year older today as she marks her day with stunning birthday shoots rolled out on the image-sharing platform, Instagram.

While sharing the adorable shoots, Tacha expresses gratitude for the journey so far with a short caption.

“BIRTHDAY Girl Is 27 TODAY!!!?? BigTACHA27!! Grateful?,” she wrote.

Phyna, however, took to her Instagram story to celebrate the birthday girl with a photo and a short note of prayer.

“Happy birthday momma. God Bless you. I wish you LLNP,” she wrote.

The twitter user identified @Aventator telly said: “Phyna is who Tacha wanted to be but unfortunately she was disqualified. Mercy wouldn’t have won if Phyna was in her set #BBNaija.”

Fans of Phyna quickly took the comment section to slam her, saying she must be from another fanbase trying to dent their image. Tacha and Mercy’s fans were also not pleased with the tweet:

Ex-BBNaija housemate, JMK celebrates 25th birthday in style

Former Big Brother Naija Season Six housemate, Jumoke Adedoyin, popularly known as JMK, has celebrated her birthday today in style, as she clocked 25.

It will be recalled that JMK became a Barrister on the 6th of December. She penned a lengthy appreciation post to God and her parents.

The celebrant took to the image-sharing platform, Instagram, where she shared stunning photos from her birthday shoot session.

JMK rocked a silver corset playsuit, embellished with silver stones. She also paired her already stunning outfit with a teal green mesh jacket, wrapping up the look to a total of a hundred.

Captioning the post, she wrote: “Cue in the confetti?. Level 25 unlocked!”

However, JMK was evicted from the show before the season finale.

The reality TV personality is an Instagram influencer and food blogger in Nigeria. She regularly shows off her cooking skills on Instagram, where she boasts a considerable following. In addition, she has endorsed numerous brands, including Sankwins Skincare, Spedy Weight Loss and OctaFX.

She was born in Ijomu-Oro, Irepodum local government of Kwara State, Nigeria. JMK’s parents are Alhaji Raheem Adedoyin and Basirat Tunrayo Adebayo Adedoyin.

The reality TV star was raised alongside three siblings. Her religion is Muslim. She attended Afe Babalola University in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, Nigeria, where she pursued law and graduated in 2019.

JMK’s father is a renowned politician, former commissioner of information and APC chieftain. He previously worked as an assistant editor for the Guardian Newspaper.

Presently, he is the secretary of the International Press Institute in Kwara.

JMK was born on 20 December 1997. Her zodiac sign is Aquarius.

Eric Akhigbe reportedly arrested for allegedly scamming people with fake slot on BBNaija

Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Eric Akhigbe, has been reportedly arrested for defrauding people and promising them a slot in Big Brother Naija reality show.

TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports that Eric was one of the contestants/Housemates who put in for the first season of the Big Brother Naija 2020 reality show.

Tosin Silverdam, who made the allegation via Instagram, claimed that the reality star was nabbed after his return from the United Kingdom.

The post read: “Eric of BBNaija has been arrested and detained for allegedly collecting millions of naira from people, promising them slot on BBNaija show. He was picked up after arriving from the UK. Sadly so many of ex BBNaija housemates are on this table too, scamming people with fake slot on BBNaija.”

The bodybuilder, who hails from Edo State, is a confident hunk who takes pride in his 1.95m height. He describes himself as a fun, competitive sports and fitness enthusiast who enjoys winning.

In addition, Eric also describes himself as a shy person who takes his time to unveil his wild side.

It could be recalled that earlier an aspiring musician, BabyC, had accused Eric of defrauding her of N5.3 million and then fleeing abroad. Eric participated in the Big Brother Naija version and afterward invested in his body-building company after his expulsion.

BabyC revealed that she and the ex-housemate were friends during their undergraduate days as departmental mates, and he was involved in the program.

According to the popular singer, she came out to Eric for a possible link to a spot in the Season 7 version of the program, which began on July 23 and was then linked to an individual called Nathaniel. Nathaniel, who claimed to be an agent at Multichoice, played BabyC from the beginning until a week before the show’s broadcast when he revealed that her name did not cut. Nathaniel received N5.3 million and agreed to pay it back starting in February 2022, according to snapshots of payments supplied.

It was gathered that days turned into weeks, and then months, of frustration trying to receive a refund, prompting BabyC to contact the Criminal Investigation Department of the State, Panti, which traced the money to an account in Awka, Nigeria’s capital city, and arrested the culprit.

Following an inquiry, BabyC discovered that the suspect admitted to being the architect of the con operation, which was masterminded by Eric, who took the return and shared it with all parties involved.

BBNaija ex-housemate, Bella supports Phyna on her decision to unfollow some housemates

BBNaija ex-housemate, Bella, has strongly backed Phyna’s action of unfollowing some of their fellow Level-up ex-housemates.

Bella noted that only Phyna can tell why she unfollowed some ex-housemates, adding that there is no need for pretense.

A finalist on Big Brother Naija’s “shine ya eyes,” Angel Agnes Smith, has revealed what would make her sue for divorce after marriage.

According to her if her husband begins to demand s3x 3 weeks after she has undergone labour, she would have to end their marriage.

“One day, I’ll just close the curtains and call it a wrap, I’m tired”, Angel stated.

The BBNaija star took to the micro-blogging platform, Twitter, to forewarn her future suitors.

BBNaija former housemate, Hermes finally reunites with one of his girlfriends, Margareta.

BBNaija former housemate, Chibueze Iyele, aka Hermes, has finally reunited with one of his girlfriends, Margareta.

During the 2022 edition of the show, he revealed that he has two girlfriends. One of them happens to be Margareta.

The reality TV star who is currently in Amsterdam, posted a lovely video of him meeting up with his bae on Instagram, with the caption; “Finally reunited with my love @m.a.r.g.a.r.e.t.h.a”

Recall that during the reality Tv show, Hermes, who said he was in a polyamorous relationship with two women outside the BBnaija house, spoke about his new love interest, Allyson.

Asked by TV host, Ebuka Obi Uchendu, if Allyson will be joining his polyamorous family, he answered, “There are decisions to be made outside of the house”

When Allyson seemingly asked him to leave his other girlfriends to be with only her, Hermes, in response, said “That Is Impossible. It’s Not Going To Happen. ”

He pointed out that both his women are aware of the situation they are in with him and are cool with it. When asked if he would be pursuing another relationship in Big Brother, he replied by saying maybe he would.

Prior to now, Hermes argued that polyamorous is a kind of partnership that leaves enough room for everyone in it to grow individually and collectively.

The performance artist told Ebuka that he will explore sports, arts, and other creative opportunities now that he is out of the show.

According to Hermes, he was named after gods.

He made this known on his Twitter page after a fan asked for the origin of his name.

The reality star said his father named him after gods.

The artist said ‘Hermes’ is not a stage name but what his father gave him at birth.

“My father named us four after gods. My two brothers are Akhnaton and Kuthumi, while my sister is Isis. Hermes is my real name,” he added.

His eviction came as a shock as fans of the show thought he would win the grand prize.
