BBNaija’s Bella laments neglect by N100m winner, Phyna

BBNaija star, Okagbue Chidinma, popularly known as Bella, has opened up to fellow reality star, Phyna, on being neglected after the latter won N100 million as the recent winner of the reality TV show.

Bella lamented that Phyna was not spending enough time with her during their South African trip.

Recall, Pepsi had rewarded all the Level Up Housemates with a trip to Cape Town as a result of their exceptional performance at Pepsi task.

In a new insta live video, in South Africa, Bella was heard lamenting about Phyna not spending time with her.

Bella said: “On this trip, you don’t have my time.”

Replying, Phyna said: “Wow Bella is jealous. You know what will happen, we are going to the hotel, we will come to you people’s room let’s drink” we are clubbing tonight.”

Recall that Bella congratulated Phyna on winning the Level Up edition. Some critics, however, claimed that the duo does not share a genuine friendship following Phyna’s disapproval of Bella’s relationship with Sheggz.

TheNewsGuru.com recalls that Phyna and Bella fought severally on Big Brother Naija but became close during the finale week.

The fight was quite epic and trended online after due to Phyna’s epic lambasting of Bella.

Phyna and Bella were involved in several fight in the BBNaija house.

During the BBNaija show, Phyna threatened to beat Bella before going on to troll her about her relationship with Sheggz.

The fight started when Phyna tried discussing the wager task for the week, but Bella was more concerned talking about a food issue. Phyna went on to slam Bella to stop talking about the food issue because they were done talking about that and would instead want to discuss the wager task.

Bella had warned Phyna should not dictate to her what to talk about in the lounge.

Phyna replied, slamming Bella, saying she was rude, and Bella fired back, saying she was mad, before saying Head of House, my a*s.

At that point, Phyna lost it and went for the jugular, saying she’s from the street and isn’t like Bella, that lies about being from England; she also poked her further.

In her words: “What are you doing in big brother house? You dey there dey collect you’re mad, you’re sick, from Sheggz, e say na love he’s changing. Idiot”

Angel Smith ecstatic as she bags deal with international brand, Puma

Popular reality star, Angel Smith, has joined the league of international brand ambassadors as she bags a new deal with PUMA.

Puma is a German multinational corporation that designs and manufactures athletic and casual footwear, apparel and accessories.

The famous brand influencer who recently spoke on the reason she cannot date a single boyfriend was full of excitement as she announced her recent ambassadorial deal with a German multinational corporation.

Taking to the image-sharing platform, Instagram, Angel shared the news with her one million plus followers while sharing a promotional video.

“Puma called and I answered, so keep your eyes on the cat ??,” she wrote.

Fans and well-wishers showered her with congratulations on the new deal.

She was the first female to enter the Big Brother house after the female housemates were unveiled on July 25th, 2021.

The 21-year-old housemate described herself as fun and somewhat of a drama queen.

Recall that the reality TV star had revealed why she regreted participating in Big Brother Naija.

Angel made this known during an interview with OAP Temisan Emmanuel.

She said that her regret was not borne out of an experience or bad situation but she just started feeling regret for going into the BBNaija show.

She blamed the fans for always misunderstanding her tweet and thinking it was all about her experience in the house.

“I think I am the most misunderstood, most times I come online to have fun without even knowing what is going on on Twitter but people think I am trolling one housemate or another.

“Sometimes it has to do with the fans, sometimes the trolling gets too much. There are days where you are grateful and there are days when you are angry at God. It’s a mixture everything,” she said.

“Why I can’t have only one boyfriend”- Angel Smith reveals

BBNaija 2021 finalist, Angel Smith, has once again managed to raise eyebrows as she revealed why she cannot have only one boyfriend.

The reality TV star took to her verified Instagram page today, November 22nd, 2022 where she made this known to all and sundry.

According to Angel, She always wants to have only one friend but she can’t because of other men.

Backing up her sarcastic point, Angel said whenever she thinks about single men who are lonely, she always feel sad for them and that’s why she can’t stay with only one boyfriend.

Angel tweeted; “Sometimes I want to have only one boyfriend and then I think about all the single men that are lonely and I feel sad for them ???.”

TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports that Angel was born in the year 2000 to London-based parents. She is originally from Akwa Ibom state. She lived in Nigeria while her parents lived in London.

Angel studied at Marywood Girls College, Lagos, then proceeded to the University of Lagos (Unilag), where she was a student for about two weeks. However, she attended no lectures during that period.

The reality TV star dropped out of Unilag without the consent of her parents. While talking about her life on the Big Brother show, according to BBNaija Angel, she dropped out of university because of pressure.

Angel later enrolled in a British foundation college to study mass communication but dropped out.

Life has not been rosy for BBNaija Angel. BBNaija Angel attributed her struggles with schooling to her mother’s intense pressure and high standards. She started harming herself at 14 and has been in and out of depression.

The 21-year-old was in a relationship before going into the house. BBNaija Angel shared the sad story of how she lost her first boyfriend in 2019.

According to her, she is “single and ready to mingle,” and had made it known that she is not ready to get into a serious relationship until she recovers from the death of her boyfriend.

BBNaija star, Christy O splashes millions on new G-Wagon

Ex-Big Brother Naija, BBNaija, housemate, Christiana Ojumu, simply known as Christy O, has splashed millions of naira in acquiring a pristine white G-wagon.

The reality star took to her social media page to share the exciting news with her many adoring fans and colleagues.

She shared a video that captured the magnificent white ride, with all its blue seats still boasting of its leather coverings.

Her colleague, Khalid was also spotted at the car dealership seemingly checking out another ride. Whether he also purchased one is as yet unknown.

Sharing the video, she wrote: “White is divine blue is a beautiful color”

Her fans have congratulated her on her new ride.

In her words: “When Ebuka called my name backstage, I guess reality dawned on me that I have just been evicted from the show, next thing I lost consciousness and passed out. So that was what happened. I did not walk out. Because I have been seeing so many comments…that was what happened.”

According to her, she took some medications when her skin started to react to the water in the house. This played a role in slowing her game in the house.

Christy O, in an interview, said the reception she got since she left the house was overwhelming.

“Someone tweeted about me and said I was a furniture in the house,” she said.

Christy O revealed that she plans to continue her cosmetic brand business which she started just before she auditioned for the most popular reality TV show in the country.

Christy O and Cyph were the first housemates to be evicted from the seventh season of the reality TV show on Sunday, August 7, 2022.

Christy O was born in 1998 to Mr and Mrs Ojumu in Lagos state. She has four siblings (2 boys and two girls) and also comes from a family of 7.

She told Sunday Scoop, “I learned in the house that I am a very opinionated and forgiving person, even without people apologizing to me for their wrongdoings.

“There are certain people I know I will maintain friendships with even after the house, including Beauty, Chizzy and Allysyn. I am sure other people will join the list too.”

On if she advised Beauty before the latter was disqualified from the show, she said, “We had conversations where I told her to take things easy. She also told me to take things easy at some point. I was sad and hurt when she was disqualified because I knew how much she could have brought to the show but she could not. As for Allysyn, we both have clean minds. We don’t hold grudges and we are cool.”

Summing up her experience in the BBN house, she said, “My experience in the house was an emotional rollercoaster. The house is completely different from the outside world and everything is much more heightened. I managed my low moments by speaking with a friend or simply going into the toilet to cry.

“Sometimes, I reminded myself that it was a game and it would end soon, or I talked to Biggie. There were days when I was not in a happy mood but I can’t say it messed with my mental health. I am strong-willed, charismatic, and a bunch of surprises. My style is classy and chic.”

BBNaija 7 winner, Phyna fulfills promise of giving part of her proceeds to the poor

Big Brother Naija, BBNaija, season 7 winner, Ijeoma Josephina Otabor, aka Phyna, has fulfilled her promise of giving part of the proceeds she got from the reality TV show to the less privileged, as she distributed food items to the poor in Lagos state.

While in Biggie’s house, the reality star had once talked about how she was raised by the streets.

She has decided to give back to the Lagos community by organizing an outreach programme to satisfy some of the needs of the less privileged.

In a video that surfaced online, Phyna was seen sharing small bags of rice, cartons brimming with food items that were wrapped in black nylons.

Fans have praised the BBNaija star for her charitable activities.

She grew up in Edo State where she had her education.[7] She is a graduate of Engineering from Auchi Polytechnic.

Before entering the Big Brother Naija house, Phyna, was a commercial model, who started her career in college and was signed by a modeling agency.

Phyna entered the 7th season of Big Brother Naija (Level Up) as the tenth housemate on 23 July 2022.

During the season finale of the show on 2 October 2022, she was declared the winner scoring 40.74% of the final votes ahead of Bryann with 26.74% of the total votes cast and was entitled to the one hundred million naira grand prize, making her the second female to win the show, three years after Mercy Eke won it.

Phyna on Tuesday, October 4, received her prizes, an N50million cheque, a brand new Innoson SUV and a trip to Dubai, UAE.

The 25-year-old, while speaking about what she intends to do with the money, said she is yet to decide on what to do with the cash prize.

She, however, hinted that part of the proceeds will go to the less privileged.

In her words: “I will calm down and see to that and if you’re the one, you’ll do the same but I will see to helping the needy.”

Big Brother Naija, (BBNaija) “shine ya eye” star, Angel Smith, is looking like a diva who knows how to drop jaws when she steps out but has informed men that money would not get her in their bed.

Angel, who recently launched her first personal project, has revealed to men what they can say to make her jump into their bed.

According to her, money will never make her give her body to any man but calling her princess will instantly make her do it.

However, Angel’s mother, Titilala Brownsugar, as she is fondly known on social media had written an emotional note to her daughter.

Titilala hoped that when the pages of her life ends, Angel would be one of the most beautiful chapters.

She stated that her daughter was the best thing her hands had held.

Angel’s mother noted how proud she was to see her daughter grow from the little spoilt brat she was to a grown woman.

Titilala further noted how proud she was of the reality star.

“Ogun go kee you!”- Nkechi Blessing and Nina fight dirty on social media

Popular actress, Nkechi Blessing, has extensively dragged the BBNaija star, Nina Ivy, after the latter called her out over a comment on her crashed marriage.

News recently made rounds that Nina had taken a new husband, Chris Miller, an American man, dumping her Nigerian husband, Anthony.

While some have alleged that she was never married to Anthony, Nkechi Blessing had shared a post on her page which spoke about how a certain person kept her marriage off social media, but it didn’t last.
Nina had stormed Nkechi’s DM to tell her that it isn’t everything that she’d use for her clout.

Incensed by this, Nkechi Blessing blasted her as she claimed that the post was never about her.

“I am going to open a strip club”- BBNaija 7 winner, Phyna

Big Brother Naija, BBNaija season 7 winner, Ijeoma Otabor, better known as Phyna, has revealed part of her plan for her prize money, saying she would going to open a strip club.

According to her she is going to open a club for people to come and party in her strip club and lots more.

Phyna, in an interview, spoke about her plans which are basically entertainment related and also in the hospitality sector.

TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports that Phyna had won N50m cash prize, a sport utility vehicle (SUV) from Nigerian automaker, Innoson Motors, a trip to Dubai for two packaged by TravelBeta, and a year’s supply of Pepsi, among other prizes totaling N100m.

In her words: “The fact that from my head to toe is entirely entertainment, you should be ready to see different content, not just on one part. It would help if you were prepared to see me in the comedy line, the hype line. I am going to have a farm, so people can come and buy raw food from me. With time, I’m going to open a club, and then you can come and party in my strip club and lots more.”

Also speaking about her moments on the reality show, she said she did not believe her name was the one announced as the winner.

“When I heard my name as the winner, I was trying to check if there was any similar sound between Phyna and Bryan because it was not clear, but when everybody was like ‘who dey’ I was like, okay, I think that is me.

“That day, I did not hear Ebuka clearly, but I was shocked because I was coming to chest the first runner-up with my full chest. I was not expecting a win. Just call Bryan and let us be going. I have never watched big brother.

“I auditioned four times, and any year they don’t pick me, I don’t watch. It was inside the house I learnt White Money also used the slang ‘Who Dey breathe’”, she stated.
