The Court of Appeal, Abuja, on Thursday, affirmed the election of Sen. Mohammed  Ndume and Sen. Kaka  Lawan of Borno South and Central Senatorial Districts respectively. The three-member panel, presided by Justice Biobele Georgewill, held that
