A man who is a considerate cheat is manageable- Princess declares

Damilola Adekoya better known as Princess has said a man who is a considerate cheat is manageable.

She made this known while sharing her opinion about unfaithful men in marriages as a guest on ‘Your View’, a talk show hosted on TVC.

Princess made this statement against the backdrop a viral incident where a woman harassed her husband’s “side chick” at a mall in Ikeja, Lagos.

According to Princess, cheating is in different stages, and a man who is a considerate cheat can be managed by his wife.

“There are people who will drink soda if they find out who their husband is cheating with. Cheating is level by level, I am not supporting a cheat, but a man who is a considerate cheat is manageable,” she told Morayo Brown, the show host.

TheNewsGuru recalls that Princess tied the knot with Jeremiah Adeshola, a talented Yoruba movie actor and producer, on May 8, 2013, at the Federal Marriage Registry in Ikoyi, while the ceremony held at Balmoral Events Centre, Oregun, Lagos.

The union, however, hit the rocks months later due to “irreconcilable differences”.

  • I am not in support of infidelity- IK Ogbonna declares

Nollywood actor, Ikechukwu Mitchel Ogbonna, popularly know as IK Ogbonna, has reacted over the statement he made in a recent interview when he said cheating is not having sex with another woman as commonly perceived.

The actor, who is married with a child to Columbian model, Sonia Morales, cleared the air via an Instagram post.

According to him:” So normally I’ld see a post of myself and let it slide , but in this case I’ld address it coz it was represented in a way and manner that speaks contrary to everything I represent .

“From my little understanding cheating (in general) is when someone acts dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage, especially in a game or examination or even a real life situation.

“IF YOU GOT TO HEAR THE FULL INTERVIEW (not only 20 sec of it) you would understand that I am NOT in support of men or women having SEX with other people aside the one the call their own .

“Firstly, sex with anyone that’s not ur wife or husband a sin against God . However,I was trying to say that Breaking a vow is worse than an act we would refer to as cheating(just casual sex), and when I say VOW I refer to a spiritual&emotional nut between two people.

“The truth is, Sex in our age and time has been reduced to a recreational activity, and so sorry to say, has made it loose its value in so many ways because it’s easy to find and to get.

“As much as possible I preach that we should build self-control and focus on one person but when we look at things from the rear view of reality having sex without being emotionally attached to the person can slide as a casual event (still 100% wrong) and still means you disrespected your partner (in) directly, you hurt his/hers feelings and worst of all: break the trust that y’all were building for so long. But in this case I was referring to people that invest emotions and feeling in some other person whilst their spouse falls into the disadvantage (wether you are having sex or not).

“In this case the other person (your partner) suffers coz now you have to share your time, finance, and emotions that should be the sole rights of that one person you choose to build your life with. Bottom line, loyalty is a beautiful thing”

  • When you have sex with another woman, it’s not cheating-IK Ogbonna

Nollywood actor, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, popularly known as IK Ogbonna has made a controversial statement that is generating different opinions on social media.

He noted that cheating is not having sex with another woman as generally perceived.

The actor, who is married with a child to Columbian model, Sonia Morales, said cheating is when there is indication of emotional attachment to someone else other than your wife.

The actor gave a frank description of what cheating truly is. He made this known in a chat with BroadwayTV.

“Cheating is when there is evidence of emotional attachment and feelings with someone else other than your significant other.

“Cheating is not even having sex with a woman, that is one mistake people make. Cheating is when you find yourself developing feelings for someone.

“Let me explain if a man finds himself in a situation where he sleeps with a woman for 30minutes and he’s done and dusted and then you move on with life.

“That ceases to exist the second it ended. You only just broke your marital vows, that’s not cheating.

“Cheating is when you start sharing the 100 percent of you with someone, am not talking about sex, am talking about giving the person extra time, chatting moments”.

  • Unbelievable motives why husbands cheat on their wives

Unbelievable motives why husbands cheat on their wives

Getting cheated on is one of the worst experiences to get over with. Get some tips on why men cheat on their wives below.

    1. Disorder in the house

When there are regular fights at home with his wife, which are left unresolved, a pattern sets in wherein he continues to be unhappy and ‘disturbed’. When he looks for an affair, he is looking to flee from dealing with the issues in the marriage, and be comfortable with that ‘other person’. It is telling oneself that the problems do not affect anyone and life can continue in a better way with a parallel support.

    1. Immaturity and Ignorance

Young men often relate their virility and vigour with the number of women they’ve got up close and personal with. This is clearly immature as they don’t really value the importance of a relationship and cover up their so-called “maturity” with these inexplicit encounters. When this thought sits back in their mind, they take their relationship and marriage for granted.

    1. Unfinished Business

In a marriage, there are so many things the couple takes for granted – something incontestable! So do their physical needs get drifted away? Therefore, for a creature like man, it’s often difficult not to experiment. While they try to complete their unfinished business, they forget that they’re on the verge of cheating on their wife.

    1. Sentimental Reasons

Apart from not being satisfied physically, there is an equal possibility of being emotionally ignored. So a husband who isn’t emotionally fed may seek the same outside.

    1. Sexual Boredom

While this may serve as an excuse for the majority of the men out there, it simply isn’t undeniable. Sexual boredom or dissatisfaction may lead to one of the spouse (especially men) desiring for something more than just normal.
