Fadaka is a public health officer at Mirabel Medical Centre, (a sexual assault referral centre),  Lagos State  University Teaching Hospital, (LASUTH).

She was led into evidence by the state Director of Public Prosecution, Dr. Babajide Martins.

The medical doctor told the court that the survivor, (name withheld)  presented herself for medical examination on May 12, 2020, a week after the last alleged sexual intercourse with the defendant.

According to her, “The survivor came to Mirabel Centre on May 12, 2020 and complained of rape by her pastor.

“The survivor said the last sex escapade occurred about a month prior to her presentation at the centre.

“The result of the medical examination showed forceful and repeated vagina penetration,” she said.

A copy of the medical report of the witness, dated  May 14, 2020, was admitted into evidence following no abjection from defence.

While being cross-examined by defence counsel, Mr Suleiman Salami, the witness told the court that she was an employee of LASUTH and that it was possible for someone who has had consensual sex to have repeated vagina penetration.

The witness said she only reviewed the history of the survivor which was written by the counselor at the centre and captured it in her report.

The prosecution informed the court that it would be closing its case against the defendant after the witness gave her testimony.

The defence counsel, however, informed the court of filing a no case submission.

“We shall serve the prosecution necessary documents my lord,” Salami said.

Justice Ramon Oshodi adjourned the case until April 27 for filing and adoption of no case submission by defence.

The mother of the survivor (name withheld) and one Insp Akikuowo Omiere, had on Jan. 9, testified against the embattled pastor in the ongoing trial.

TRENDING: Church member accuses ‘General Overseer’ of snatching his wife [Wedding photos attached]

A man identified as Bright Ben has taken to social media to accuse his pastor and the General Overseer of World Bank Assembly, Pastor Moses Adeeyo, of “snatching” his wife, Mrs Tina Bright nee Everest.

Ben, who resides in Port Harcourt in a Facebook post, said he was a full financial member of the church alongside Tina.

He said that Adeeyo had been there for them in the past when they had family issues but he was shocked to find out that he, the pastor, was behind his wife’s attitude.

Ben alleged that trouble started after his wife was given an ‘appointment’ and she quietly moved out of the house with their children.

He added that he had been searching for her and even called the Pastor to seek advice on the matter.

Ben stated that he found out about his wife’s whereabouts on Sunday after seeing pictures of Adeeyo’s marriage to Tina.

“ADULTERY… As shameful as it sounds, it is a true life story. MY PASTOR MARRIED MY WIFE. I’ve been married to Mrs Tina Bright for over 12 years with 2 kids, a girl and a boy. I married her traditionally and white wedding and took her to introduce to my Pastor Moses Adeeyo,” he wrote.

“The General Overseer of World Bank Assembly in Eneka, Obio/Akpor LGA, Rivers State; We started attending the church and became full financial members.

“My wife was given an immediate appointment seven months ago, she moved out of the house with our two kids before I got back from work. I searched everywhere and called everyone even the G.O. Unknown to me, he was the architect of my problems. After sometime he stopped picking my calls and blocked my phone line. I’ve been looking for her until I saw this pictures yesterday online.

“He claimed that the Holy Spirit told him that she is his wife. Is the Holy Spirit and author of confusion? My wife of 12 years is now his. Please, couples, be careful about World Bank Assembly; be careful of Pastor MOSES ADEEYO.”
