    Evicted Big Brother Naija housemate, Cindy has said that she isn’t responsible for the rift that led to Tacha’s disqualification.

    TheNewsGuru recalls that Tacha was on Friday disqualified from the BBNaija ‘Pepper Dem’ edition after she broke the rules of Big Brother.

    Biggie on Friday night, who quoted an article from Big Brother’s rules, said ”You are guilty of physical assault and violence.”

    This was following a fight that ensued between her and Mercy which caused an uproar on social media.

    He, therefore, disqualified Tacha from the reality show and issued two strikes to Mercy.

    Cindy, upon her eviction from the house, said she didn’t instigate the fight between Mercy and Tacha before she left the house.

    Speaking in an interview with Beat FM, she said:”I understood where everyone was coming from when I saw the clip but they didn’t show the whole clip. What had happened was that we were waiting for Mercy to come out . They were already going back and forth. Everybody knows I love to ‘cruise’. It was actually meant to be fun. The BBNaija house isn’t a house of mad people. I was just trying to calm the situation down. I didn’t cause the fight. Apparently, Mercy wasn’t wearing her mic so people couldn’t hear her that day ,but we in the house could hear”

    Cindy evicted from BBNaija season 4, fans react

    Housemate, Cindy Okafor has been evicted from the ongoing BBNaija season four.

    News agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the shocking eviction took place on Friday morning with host, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu’s visit to the house.

    Cindy, who was introduced to the show on July 30 alondisde Elozonam, Enkay and Venita, is an online radio presenter, writer and content creator.

    In an interesting turn of events, Ebuka strolled into the house with the envelope containing the name of the evicted housemate.

    Prior to that, he asked all the housemates to pack their bags and get ready for the show at the lounge.

    NAN reports that in Monday, Frodd used his veto power card to nominate Mike, Tacha, Ike, Cindy and Elozonam for possible eviction.

    Following Cindy’s eviction, fans took to social media to express their shock at the turn of events.

    The Pepper Dem housemates strolled into the Diary Room to make their Nominations but a surprise awaited them after.

    With the individual Nominations out of the way, the Ultimate Veto Power was put into play and whatever plans the Big Brother Naija Housemates had fell through without any warning.

    The Ultimate Veto Power nullified all Nomination made and in the presence of all the housemates, Frodd was given one minute to Nominate five Housemates. Without hesitation, Frodd went for the jugular and put up Cindy, Elozonam, Ike, Mike and Tacha on the Nomination block.

    “You are safe from tonight’s Nominations and henceforth guaranteed a place in the final week… unless you break the house rules and get disqualified.” Those were Biggie’s words to Mercy who already bought immunity.

    The same insurance also applied to Seyi who by virtue of winning the Head of House challenge, was also guaranteed a place in the final week.

    BBNaija on Saturday witnessed a new twist as Biggie issued strike to Diane, Cindy and Elozonam for flouting Big Brother Naija rules.

    TheNewsGuru recalls that Diane had left the Veto power box at the arena games after Nigerian music legend, Tuface Idibia performed for the housemates.

    Biggie had on Monday given the housemates a red box to protect throughout the week.

    He warned that housemates will serve punishment if the red box is missing.

    But, Diane, Elozonam and Cindy who were in charge of the veto power box on Thursday left it behind at the arena.

    In a chat with housemates on Saturday, Biggie issued a strike to Cindy, Elozonam and Diane.

    He said they were found guilty of breaking his rules.

    Biggie also gave them punishment for the act, adding that all housemates will also be punished for negligence on Monday morning.
