Erling’s dad removed from seat after celebrating at Bernabeu

Alfie Haaland says he was escorted from his seat at the Bernabeu because Real Madrid fans were “not happy” with his celebrations after Kevin de Bruyne’s equaliser for Manchester City in the Champions League semi-final first leg.

Video on social media appears to show Erling Haaland’s dad taunting the home fans before being removed from his box.

Haaland tweeted: “OK. RM was not happy we were celebrating KDB goal.

“Other than that we had to move because RM fans not happy with 1-1.”

De Bruyne scored in the 67th minute to cancel out Vinicius Junior’s opener.

Haaland waved with both hands while smiling at the crowd below him, cupping his ears to the Real Madrid fans and gesticulating, while reports in Spain suggested he threw food at the supporters.

He tweeted again on Wednesday to say it was “not true” that he had thrown anything.

“We had some good banter with Madrid fans,” he added. “They were not happy when City scored. Typical.

“Then we had to move 50 meters away. Nothing more. All happy. Well nearly.”

My world crumbled when my dad died – Omoni Oboli

Popular actress, Omoni Oboli has recounted how she felt when her dad, Matthew Eriyovwe Ukey, passed on in 2017.

Speaking in an interview with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, Oboli said: “My world crumbled when my dad passed. The next day I drove into Benin. I went to see him at the Morgue. Have you ever seen a dead body? You just know that they are no more there. It’s a shell. We all like to look good, at the end of the day this body is a shell. I saw my dad, I saw my mom and you just know the person you know and love is gone. They call my dad mobility that’s like his nick name .I said ‘Mobility how could you do this to me’? I just kept thinking what am I going to do? How am I ever going to get back from this?”

Oboli also urged people to be willing to forgive irrespective of what is being done.

There is almost nothing that someone will do that you won’t forgive if you want to. If you decide you don’t want to forgive, that’s different. But if you want to forgive, there is nothing that someone will do to you that you won’t forgive. We all have to realize first of all that we are all sinners. We are all completely flawed. Nobody is perfect so don’t look for perfection in the next person because you are not even perfect yourself .So we decided very earlier on in the marriage, actually before, that divorce is not an option. So no matter what happens, we are in this forever”.
