    Tapjets, the private jet service which Dammy Krane allegedly defrauded,​has exposed how the said scam was detected. According to reports gathered by TheNewsGuru, Dammy Krane paid Tapjets with a stolen credit card for their service, leading to his arrest in Miami on Friday. He was arrested alongside an accomplice called Chukwuebuka.

    Mr Konstantin, Head of Flight Safety and Security for the company said:”Dammy Krane uses Samsung Galaxy 7, and messages did not come from that phone.

    ”​However, that same phone was used to place the online order with credit card that does not belong to him​.

    “​Same phone was used to register multiple accounts trying to buy with different cards until one finally worked. However, names did not match to zip codes etc.”

    The private jets service company also stated that Dammy’s accomplice, Chukwuebuka also tried to purchase flight on another phone with yet another card.

    “Total of five cards in an hour till one worked. We are 100 percent confident that our app was on that phone and order was placed via T-Mobile network from cell tower located in Miami area. We have coordinates of cell tower and proof that they took a car from that area to Opalacka airport. That’s where the arrest took place.”

     

    Tapjets stated that it is not proud about the incident, but it other individuals need to think twice before stealing from companies.

    “Technology is very sophisticated and being an airline, we have access to the latest. I hope you can help in spreading the message that we are not on a witch hunt” Konstantin reveals.

    TheNewsGuru’s investigation of JailBase, a website that provides database of arrested persons in the US revealed he was truly booked as Oyindamola Emmanuel Johnson-Hunga by the Miami-Dade County Corrections, Florida, on Friday [As shown on JailBase].

     

    The details include his date of birth – he turns 24 in October – date and time of his arrest, Jail number, and an indication of a seven-count charge which include conspiracy and identity theft.

    He was arrested with another Nigerian, named Chukwuemeka Gabriel Ilochukwu, presumably as a co-conspirator or for the same crime as an accomplice with Dammy. Mr Ilochukwu’s jail number ends with ‘17’, Dammy’s ends with’18’, both having the exact same preceding seven digits.

    The images of their booking also show Dammy Krane was booked at 07:35, six minutes after Mr Ilochukwu was booked.

    Also, our findings show that Dammy Krane is truly in the United States. In fact, he has been there for the past few months.

    Accordingly, an information on the Twitter account of TapJets, the Private Jet service provider who Dammy allegedly intended to deceive, he allegedly booked their service “using stolen credit card numbers”. Mugshots of the singer and details of his arrest were attached, which are verifiable on the Miami-Dade County Jail website.

    He had earlier posted on his Instagram account that he has made use of Private Jet services previously to Atlanta and Washington.

    However one can’t say if he actually made use of fake identities and credit card fraud to Miami.

    Dammy Krane has been arrested in Dade County, Miami, for car theft, credit card fraud and identity fraud, new reports have claimed. He was arrested alongside another Nigerian, Ilochonwu Chukwuebuka Gabriel.

    According to Instablog9ja which broke this news, the singer who is currently based in the United States was booked today, June 2, and is still in jail pending when he meets up with the bail requirements.

    This surprising update comes months after the singer left 2baba Idibia’s Hypertek Digital the record label where he belted out his hit songs, including ‘Incasity’ and ‘Kalamity’, for Davido’s DMW.

    The singer whose real name is Oyindamola Johnson Emmanuel got signed to 2baba’s company in 2012, when he was only 20, and left for Davido’s label in September 2016.

    Now, he has been arrested alongside another Nigerian, Ilochonwu Chukwuebuka Gabriel, and no member of his team released an official statement clarifying how he got nabbed.
