    Kylie Jenner pens emotional message to daughter

    American reality TV star, Kylie Jenner, has penned an emotional message to her daughter, Storm Webster, as she becomes a year old Friday.

    The beauty guru is the stepsister of Kardashian’s Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob and is the biological sister of supermodel, Kendall.

    The siblings, along with their parents Kris Jenner and Caitlyn Jenner, debuted in reality TV series, ‘Keeping up with the Kardashians’ in 2007.

    The series showcases both their personal and professional lives and is aired on E!, an entertainment and lifestyle channel.

    Exactly one year ago, she got delivered of her baby, after months of keeping it from the public.

    The 21-year-old entrepreneur took to her Instagram @kyliejenner to wish her daughter a happy birthday.

    She said: “How did I get lucky to have such a sweet smart happy baby. I just couldn’t have dreamt you up, Storm.

    ”I wish you could stay this little forever and I could protect that contagious smile and laugh of yours.

    ”I know you won’t remember much about the first year of your life but I pray that you’ll never forget to keep sharing your joy and laughter with the world.

    ”My love grows for you a thousand miles a minute, everyday with you is the best day of my life. Happy birthday to my angel on earth.”

    The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that in 2018, Forbes released a list of wealthiest celebrities and the younger Jenner tied with renowned musician, Jay-Z at number 5.

    The mother of one is reported to have a net worth of $900 million, a large portion of which was generated from her cosmetics company, Kylie Cosmetics.

    In July 2018, she appeared on the cover of Forbes ”America’s Women Billionaires” and was declared the 27th richest self-made woman in the United States.

    She is currently in a relationship with rapper, Travis Scott with whom she had her daughter, Storm.

    The daughter of American RnB star, R.Kelly has broken her silence over the series of allegations levelled against her father in the infamous docu-series titled ‘Surviving R.Kelly’

     

    Joann Kelly, who goes by the stage name Buku Abi, addressed the growing controversy on her Instagram story Thursday, making it clear that her silence was not “careless(ness).”

    “I just want you all to understand that devastated is an understatement

    “I pray for all the families & women who have been affected by my father’s actions. Trust, I am deeply affected by all of this. However, it had been very difficult to process it all. Let alone gather all the right words to express everything I feel.”

     

    Miss Kelly revealed that she stayed silent for the sake of her emotions, not that she cared less about what the victims of her father’s sexual abuse went through.

    In the lengthy post on her Stories, the singer-songwriter lent her support to the victims and prayed for all the “women and families affected.”

    She wrote, ‘To the people that feel I should be speaking up/against everything that is going on right now, I just want you all to understand that devastated in an understatement for all that I feel currently.

    “I pray for all the families and women who have been affected by my father’s actions. Trust, I have been deeply affected by all of this. However, it has been very difficult to process it all.”

    She added that she and her mother Andrea Lee, along with her siblings Jay, 19, and Robert, 17, have not seen or spoken to their father for a number of years as part of their “healing process”.

    Motunrayo Kuti, daughter of late Afro beat legend, Fela Anikulapo-Kuti, has revealed that her father trusted the wrong people while he was alive and this makes her angry.

    The outspoken daughter of the music maestro took to her Instagram to condemn those she accused of telling her that her father’s money isn’t meant for her to spend.

    In her words:” After all these suffering, some useless hopeless hypocrites will tell me having my father’s money is not my money. I know you are hypocrites cause if I work and suffer my my children and they say such to me, I won’t only be heartbroken I will be sad the rest of my life. My father said in his own words, I won’t allow my children suffer the way I did . I am a proud daughter and I appreciate everything you did FELA. Everything I will ever do today is for my children, anything I put my hands to”.

     

    Speaking further, she reiterated her displeasure about the people her father associated with during his last days.

    “This picture brought tears to my eyes, thinking about the people he trusted in his last days makes me angry”

    Emotions as Remi Surutu’s daughter gets buried[Pictures]

    On a rainy Thursday morning friends and family of Remi Surutu were gathered to finally lay to rest, Ayomikun, daughter of Nollywood actress Remi Surutu who died on July 2nd after a protracted battle with sickle cell anaemia.

    Ayomikun was given an intimate burial at the Ebony Vault, Ikoyi. The funeral was solemn and melancholy as the mourners were seen comforting each other.

    Remi Surutu was not permitted to attend the burial according to cultural demands but she was represented by her colleagues like Busola Oke, Yomi Fabiyi, Iyabo Ojo, Ronke Oshodi-Oke and others.

     

    “Rest in Peace my only sister. I love you now and forever. We were just two and now you left me with mum. I’m sure you are in a better place now. I love you Ayomikun Ileriayo Motunrayo Omotanwa mi .Be my sister again in the next life” Ayomikun’s sister lamented when she was being laid to rest.

    The deceased reportedly passed on at 21. May her soul rest in peace.

    Embattled movie marketer Seun Egbegbe who is still in custody for fraud-related charges, was in unlimited joy when he met his baby daughter who was born in May.The controversial socialite had the rare opportunity to set his eyes on his daughter when his partner, Oyenike Yusuf paid him a visit.

    ‘I miss you so much. Expecting you home soon. May Allah answer all our prayers and always bless you. Love you till eternity,’ she wrote on Instagram.

    Recall that Egbegbe is being charged for attempting to defraud a bureau de change operators of over 40 million naira. He pleaded guilty and was granted bail in February. However, he has been incapable of meeting the bail conditions and has been remanded in Kirikiri prison since then.

    Nollywood actress, Remi Oshodi popularly known as Remi Surutu has lost her daughter, Ayo, to the cold hands of death. Popular Yoruba actor, Yomi Fabiyi took to his Instagram page to mourn the deceased.

    According to him: “Rest in Peace AYO. May God grant your mum @therealremisurutu the strength to bear this loss. She did all she can, omg! Aunty Remi, please take heart. Seeing your lifeless body now caused me more pain and it is because I value the friendship we shared. Journey well. In serious pain now.May her soul RIP”

     

    In the same vein, Iyabo Ojo also wrote her condolence message via her Instagram page, comforting the actress over the great loss.

    Hear her: ” A beautiful young soul gone too soon. I do not have the right words to say to you, nothing we say can comfort you, its indeed a great loss and I am deeply so sorry, it’s only God that can comfort you. Aunty you have to be strong for her other siblings .“
