    Updates have emerged on the health condition of Big Brother Nigeria lockdown 1st runner up, Dorathy Bachor.

     

    TheNewsGuru recalls that she was rushed to the hospital in the early hours of yesterday.

    Fellow ex-house Prince shared a video last night showing Dorathy is doing fine. He wrote, “Aunty is still bullying me…”

     

    In the same vein, one of her promoters, @golden_rsh, wrote, “Dorathy Bachor is fine, we Bless God. We are going to have a sweet night #DorathyLastGirlStanding.”

     

    The busty BBN housemate had also taken to her Instagram handle last night, to inform her followers that she is “trying to recuperate ” , sharing a video of her first media tour.

     

    She wrote, “While I’m trying to recuperate, I thought I’ll leave you all with a recap of yesterday’s [Thursday] media round.”

     

    Dorathy Bachor was reportedly rushed to hospital on Friday morning.

    Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta on Monday congratulated Dorathy Bachor and Neo Akpofure, both from the state, who were among the five finalists at the just concluded BBNaija reality TV Show.

    In a series of tweets on his handle @IAOkowa, the Governor said that the state was indeed proud of the duo whom he described as ambassadors of Delta State.

    The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Bachor was Runner-Up in the competition while Akpofure was one of the five finalists.

    In his tweet, Okowa reaffirmed that the government would continue to support talented Deltans to achieve their dreams and aspirations.

    He said that the 24-year-old Bachor displayed leadership traits that distinguished her as a model for young persons in Delta and beyond.

    ”I am not surprised that she became the last woman standing out of 10 women among 20 housemates in the competition.

    “Her exemplary conduct in the Big Brother house was good and she did not bring any embarrassment to the state.

    “As a state, we are very delighted that our daughter, Dorathy Bachor, emerged the Runner Up in the just-concluded BBNaija competition.

    “We are glad that she and Neo related very well with the other housemates and survived all the evictions and avoided controversies in the house.

    “They have portrayed the Delta character of being well behaved and worthy ambassadors of the state,’’ the governor stated.

    He thanked the people of Delta and Nigerians for making their votes count for Bachor and Akpofure.

    Okowa advised them to continue to conduct themselves responsibly at all times and wished them well in their other endeavours.

    Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa has congratulated Dorathy Bachor, the first runner up of the 2020 edition of the Big Brother Nigeria (BBNaija) reality TV show, saying she was a proud ambassador of the State.

    In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Olisa Ifeajika, in Asaba on Monday, Okowa said that the State Government was proud of Bachor’s achievement and would continue to support talented Deltans to achieve their dreams and aspirations.

    He said that the 24-year-old from Ute-Okpu in Ika North East Local Government Area of the state displayed leadership traits that distinguished her as a model for young persons in Delta and beyond.

    The Governor stated that he wasn’t surprised that she became the last woman standing out of 10 women among the 20 housemates in the competition “because of her exemplary conduct in the Big Brother house, did not bring any embarrassment to the state.

    All remaining housemates in the Big Brother Nigeria (BBNaija) Lockdown house took turns during their diary sessions on Friday to say who they think will become the eventual winner of the 2020 edition of the reality TV show.

    TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports all remaining housemates, including Laycon, Dorathy, Neo, Nengi and Vee participated in naming who they think will eventually win the show.

    While Nengi thinks that if Big Brother doesn’t end up being won by her, Laycon will be victorious, Neo thinks that if he doesn’t win Big Brother, Nengi will win because she is pretty and down to earth.

    On the other hand, while Laycon thinks that if he doesn’t win Big Brother Naija, Dorathy will take it because of her warm personality and sweet nature, Dorathy thinks that if she doesn’t win Big Brother, then Neo will

    TNG reports the BBNaija reality show comes to end on Sunday, with only one housemate out of the five remaining housemates set to walk away with N85,000,000.00 total grand prize.

    Meanwhile, Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, the presenter of the show had said a grand winner will emerge through number of votes accrued to a housemate.

    Obi-Uchendu disclosed this on his official twitter page @Ebuka, where he wrote “How your favorite BBNAIJA housemate will ‘fly’ into the top spot on Sunday…But only if you vote”.

    The Big Brother Lockdown Season five which started on July 19, with 20 housemates is gradually coming to an end leaving only five housemates to jostle for the N85 million grand prize.

    TNG reports that the BBNaija season five would end on Sunday Sept. 27.

    The breakdown of the grand prize for BBNaija season five includes N30 million cash prize; a two-bedroom apartment courtesy Revolution Plus; a top of the range SUV from Nigerian automaker, Innoson Motors; a trip to Dublin courtesy Guinness; home appliances courtesy Scanfrost.

    Others are a trip to Dubai packaged by Travelbeta; a year’s supply of Indomie noodles, Munch it, and Colgate toothpaste; a year’s supply of Pepsi, a branded chiller, trip to watch the UEFA Champions League finale; and a brand new Oppo mobile smartphone.

    In 2019, the BBNaija winner, Mercy Eke, won N30 million prize money, as well as other mouth-watering gifts.

    BBNaija: You’re a sore loser – Trikytee slams Dorathy

    BBNaija housemate, Trikytee on Thursday night got into an argument with Dorathy.

    The drama began after Trikytee disagreed with Dorathy over their Indomie task which had Neo emerge as the winner.

    The housemates are to share four million Naira as consolidation prize, with Neo having the biggest share.

    However, Dorathy who was not happy about the outcome of the task, said that Neo failed to feed her the toppings of the meal during the Indomie ‘Guess the recipe’ Task.

    As she voiced her displeasure in the room, Trikytee called Dorathy a sore loser and expressed disappointment at her.

    Trikytee said: “Everyone still got money so why are you angry, if anyone is angry they should try cooking and see if they would make that amount of money easily.

    “I’m not like you, you are a sore loser.”

    Dorathy didn’t take this calmly as she confronted Trikytee and told him not to insult her again.

    “You know I didn’t come here insulting you so you don’t have the right to call me a sore loser. Respect yourself,” Dorathy added.

    BBNaija housemates; Laycon, Dorathy, Ozo and TrikyTee have been nominated for possible eviction.

    The four were put up for possible eviction after six of the remaining seven Housemates nominated two members after they were grouped into two teams by Biggie through a blind process after the ninth Head of House game.

    Nengi had scaled through the nomination process after emerging the Head of House for the second time.

    Dorathy, Neo, and Ozo fell into the black group while Vee, Laycon, and TrikyTee fell into the white team.

    Biggie tasked the groups to have conversations for 30 minutes on the choice of two Housemates from each team that would be put up for possible eviction.

    The Black team nominated Laycon and TrikyTee while the White team nominated Dorathy and Ozo.

    It is believed that two of the four nominated Housemates will be evicted during the ninth Sunday Live Eviction.

    Five Housemates are expected to stay during the final week of the show.

    Big Brother Naija Lockdown housemate, Dorathy has opened up on how she feels about Brighto’s eviction. At some point in the show, Brighto and Dorathy were into each other.
