Member States of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) have elected Doreen Bodgan-Martin as Director of ITU’s Telecommunication Development Bureau (BDT) during the Union’s 20th Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-18) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
