Emeka Etiaba, a senior Advocate of Nigeria, has noted that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, was too hasty to have declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu as president-elect. Etiaba explained further that INEC should have addressed the various complaints that emanated from the elections and counting of results before announcing the winner.
