    The final episode of the Big Brother Naija, BBN, Reunion show promises to be an entertaining one as housemates in the Shine Ya Eye edition (Emmanuel and Liquorose) continue to thrash issues about their sour relationship.

     

    In a snippet shared via the official Instagram handle of Big Brother Naija, Emmanuel denied that the Emmarose ship was ever official.

     

    Liquorose in the clip claimed to have been Emmanuel’s girlfriend and he speedily interrupted and said: “Unless I wasn’t the one in the relationship”

     

    TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) recalls that Liquorose, while accusing Emmanuel of cheating on her, had earlier disclosed that she walked into Emmanuel and a girl in a room in Dubai.

     

    According to Liquorose, Emmanuel’s flirtatious lifestyle caused their split.

    Liquorose lamented that her boyfriend (Emmanuel) cheated on her.

     

    She made this known during the reunion show, narrating that she caught Emmanuel and an unknown lady in his room in Dubai.

     

    Some fans had predicted that their relationship had hit the rocks, especially with Emmanuel’s absence from Liquorose’s birthday party in March.

    Confirming the incident, Liquorose accused Emmanuel of disrespecting, lying and cheating while they had a relationship.

     

    She explained that she walked in on Emmanuel in a very compromising position with another lady during their Dubai trip in November 2021.

     

    Liquorose said she had wanted to surprise Emmanuel but when she went to his room, it took him 15 minutes to open the door.

     

    “We were dating, right? And I walked into you and a girl in Dubai? The light was off and music was playing.

     

    “The bed was rough and the girl was sitting at the edge and she covered her face with a face mask.”

     

    “It took him 15 minutes to open the door and this was after I pleaded that it was an emergency and I needed to see him.

     

    “When I saw them, I stormed out of the room and my so-called boyfriend did not even follow me to explain all that I had seen in the room.

     

    “After the incident, he told me he didn’t want to be in a committed relationship although he still loved me.”

     

    In his reaction, Emmanuel said he did not want Liquorose to find out that someone was in his room because she would not understand that nothing happened.

     

    According to Emmanuel, he found an old friend in Dubai and they decided to catch up in his room.

     

    He noted that nothing sexual happened between him and the female friend but he decided to end the relationship because it was not working.

    Nollywood actor, Emmanuel Ehumadu, has defended his comment on P-Square’s reunion after coming under criticism, adding that he did not insult anyone in his post.

    Following the reunion of Paul and Peter Okoye of the now-defunct P-Square, Ehumadu had stated that the duo buried the hatchet because they were losing relevance in the music industry.

    Taking to his Instagram page on Thursday, the actor also mocked fans who were congratulating the twin brothers on their reunion.

    He said, “Rude Boy Paul of Psquare and his brother Peter noticed they were going out of the music market as solo artists and decided to come back together as they are tired of loosing out. Una dey congratulate them. Una for continue na.” (sic)

    His comment, however, did not sit well with many fans as they took to his comment section to berate him for his opinion, as some also advised him to take down the post.

    Defending his assertion, Ehumadu said on Friday, “When a post is made, it’s called an opinion. You either agree or not. The insult means you’re not mature enough for my level of understanding. Now you all should send something to my ‘aza’ to appease the gods of thunder!”

    Sharing his account details, the actor said, “I said my honest opinion on my guys, P-Square with a clear heart without insulting anyone. Now you all came down on me with all these heavy insults. This is too much on me and it’s choking me. You guys have to send something to my aza let me use and wash it down. This is not fair at all.” (sic)

    Reality Tv star, Emmanuel, has said he and former housemate, Liquorose are very much in love.

    Emmanuel made this known while reacting to reports that he strategically used her to get to the final stage.

    During an interview with Toke Makinwa, he said that he did not only fall in love with Rose’s beauty, but also fell in love with her personality as well.

     

    When asked if there are real feelings between them, Emmanuel said they were very much In love with each other.

    “Of course what we share is real. She is an amazing person. I did not only fall in love with her beauty, I fell in love with her personality as well. She is an amazing person.

    “I am in love. We are in love,” he said.

     

    Liquorose emerged as the first runner up of Season 6 of the Big Brother Naija reality television show themed ‘Shine Ya Eye’.

    At the grand finale on Sunday, housemates evicted were Emmanuel, Angel, Cross, and Pere; leaving Whitemoney and Liquorose as the top two housemates battling for the N90m grand prize.

    Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye housemate, Pere, has expressed his doubt towards the ‘Emmarose’ ship.

    According to Pere,he hopes that Emmanuel values Liquorose because she seems serious with their relationship.

    He said this while discussing with Cross on Saturday, day 69 of the show, as the duo waited at the garden for Liquorose.

    When Pere asked about Liquorose, Cross said, “She has gone upstairs to meet her husband. She said she was going upstairs to join Emmanuel.

    Pere said, “I hope Emmanuel really values that babe.”

    In agreement, Cross said, “I really respect that babe. She’s a babe and a half. The babe is a hustler. She’s a wife material ‘1000 yards’. She’s the correct babe.”

    “I hope Emmanuel values her. Hopefully he’s as serious as she is,” Pere said.

    Cross said, “Emmanuel is a baby boy. He’s not serious. Liquorose is even older than him.”

    This is not the first time that the housemates have doubted Emmanuel’s seriousness in the ‘Emmarose’ ship.

    Earlier on in the show, Angel had stated that she thinks Liquorose deserves someone better than Emmanuel because he’s a flirt.

    Angel said that Emmanuel started flirting with JMK from the first night she came into the house, and Saskay verified her claim.

    Emmanuel, Shine Ya Eye housemate of the television reality show, Big Brother Naija, has emerged head of house for the final week.

    This was announced by Biggie, the coordinator of the show after the head of house challenge was completed as four of the housemates participated in the challenge.

    Emmanuel has chosen Liquorose as the deputy head of house who he will be sharing the head of house luxury lounge with.

    Big brother, the coordinator of the show, has decided to release Pere and Angel to join other housemates, rewarding them to be part of the last housemates in the show for their tenacity toward the game.

    Pere and Angel were subjected to a game of ‘trucks and screwdrivers’ as the winner will be allowed to join the other four housemates currently on the show.

    After playing the game for 24 hours, Biggie decided to allow the duo to join the other housemates following their committment toward emerging the winner of the game.

    The show now has six housemates finally heading for the final day slated for Sunday, October 3 as they all compete for the winner of the N90 million.

    Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye housemate, Emmanuel, stunned many when he got drunk during the Jacuzzi Party. According to Liquorose, it was the first time Emmanuel ever got drunk in the house.

    After the Jacuzzi Party in the early hours of Saturday, day 63 of the show, Liquorose held on to Emmanuel as the latter tried to put himself together.

    Some housemates walked in on them and were astonished to see Emmanuel drunk.

    Liquorose said, “It’s his first time. He made a promise to me on Sunday that he’ll get high. He said if he doesn’t go home on Sunday, he’ll get high. He promised on Sunday.”

    Queen was amazed that Emmanuel got drunk and Angel referred to her saying, “Don’t mind her, she doesn’t know what’s up.”

    Whitemoney teased Liquorose and Emmanuel as the duo held on to each other at the dressing area, saying, “This is the first time I’m seeing you knocked out.”

    Speaking about Emmanuel, Whitemoney said, “He’s never knocked out. He’s always firm. My man, I wish I had this clip. I’ve never seen him knocked out. Congratulations on knocking out.”

    Liquorose told Emmanuel, “I want to get you inside now, so that you can shower.

    Emmanuel simply said, “I’m good.

    “I know you’re good. I’m going to be the one there. I’ll watch you,” said Liquorose.

    Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye housemates, Emmanuel, Liquorose, Cross have become the first set of housemates to make it to the final week of the show this season.

    This became known after the ultimate veto power game play that was introduced on Monday night, day 58 of the show and beginning of the penultimate final week.

    The housemates that made it to the penultimate final week are Emmanuel, Liquorose, Cross, Whitemoney, Pere, Saga, Nini, Angel and Queen.

    To switch things up a bit as the final week was fast approaching, the ultimate power holder title was introduced to substitute of the usual Head of House games.

    The game for the ultimate veto power holder was quite altered from the usual Head of House game play.

    As the ultimate veto power, the housemate gets immunity and automatically secures a place in the final week.

    Luck and strategy came into play and Emmanuel emerged as the ultimate veto power holder after the games.

    As part of the game play, the ultimate veto power holder gets to pick the Head of House and the Deputy Head of House.

    Emmanuel expectedly chose his love interest, Liquorose, as the Head of House.

    Liquorose automatically became the second person to get into the final week as her position comes with immunity from possible evictions.

    In a new twist, Big Brother announced that the Deputy Head of House also comes with immunity and Cross was lucky to be picked by Emmanuel in that position.

    With Emmanuel as the ultimate veto power holder, Liquorose and Cross also enjoyed free tickets into the final week as HOH and DHOH.

    The rest of the housemates, Whitemoney, Pere, Nini, Saga, Angel, and Queen are up for possible eviction and only their fans vote can help them to the finale.

    Big Brother Naija Shine Ya Eye housemate, Saksay, has said that Emmanuel asked her for a kiss during the last Saturday Night Party.

    Saskay said this while discussing with Cross and Angel on Thursday, day 54 of the show, after Emmanuel and Liquorose received rewards from Biggie.

    TheNewswGuru recalls that Big Brother rewarded Liquorose and Emmanuel with 250 Abeg Naira and 200 BB tokens each, as Liquorose successfully carried out her secret task.

    Liquorose and Emmanuel were also rewarded with an exclusive two-hour dinner date in the Executive lounge.

    Discussing the wins, Angel said that despite Liquorose’s prank, she still believed that Emmanuel is a flirt.

    Earlier in her Diary Session, Angel has said that she was happy that Liquorose and Emmanuel were having a ‘fight‘.

    When it was revealed that the ‘fight’ was a prank, Angel still maintained that Emmanuel was not being honest with Liquorose.

    Confirming her claims, Saskay stated that Emmanuel also asked her for a kiss during the Friday party.

    Saskay said, “We were dancing and next thing, he (Emmanuel) was like, ‘can I kiss you?’ I told him, ‘If you want to chop slap, go ahead’.”

    According to her, Sammie confirmed this to her and JMK before he was evicted from the reality show.

    However, Emmanuel having a discussion with Liquorose in the executive lounge said they’ve not had any sexual act together.

    “Most housemates believe we’ve made love in the house.

    “Don’t try to convince them we haven’t, allow them to keep thinking we’ve made love,” Emmanuel told Liquorose.

    Meanwhile, Saskay and Angel believe that Emmanuel is playing games with Liquorose , adding that his feelings for her is not genuine.

    Emmanuel and other housemates, however, are unaware of the prank and for Angel, Liquorose has finally ‘shone her eyes.’

    Angel said, “I believe that maybe she has found out that he is a flirt. Whatever he’s doing isn’t genuine.

    “I speak from experience because this Emmanuel guy is a bad boy. He’s the baddest boy in this house.”

    She went to say that Emmanuel has been flirting with her and that’s why she’s happy that Liquorose has finally discovered that Emmanuel was a flirt.

    Angel enthusiastically said, “All these thing are playing out because she has found out that he’s a flirt and he’s flirting.

    “I like gist. I like controversy, so this is very exciting for me. I’m happy for my good sis and I’m happy that her eyes have opened.

    “Even if it’s a little too late because it’s in the eighth week and it’s just like a fortnight left, I’m happy for her.

    “I don’t know if that’s what it is but I’m hoping that’s what it is because we need to put our eyes on that guy. He’s dangerous.”
