Kano state governor, Abdullahi Ganduje has pardoned 12 inmates on death row who have spent 25 years awaiting execution. The person of Nigeria Correctional Service (NIS), Kano State Command, Musbahu Kofar-Nassarawa, comfirmed the news on Tuesday in Kano.
