Troops destroy IED factory in Okigwe, neutralise kidnapper
Troops have destroyed an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) factory in Okigwe Local Government Area of Imo, in an operation jointly carried out by the Army, Navy, Air Force, Police and civil defence corps.
