    Cristiano Ronaldo, the Real Madrid forward, has reportedly become the father of surrogate twins.

    According to reports in the Portuguese media, the children, a boy and girl called Eva and Mateo, were born on Thursday.

    SIC, the Portuguese TV channel, reported: “Mateo and Eva, those are the names of Cristiano Ronaldo’s twins. The boy and girl were born to a surrogate mum. It’s a secret that Cristiano Ronaldo hasn’t yet revealed to the rest of the world.”

    Ronaldo, his family and Gestifute, the player’s representatives, are yet to comment on the reports, which were circulated by Portuguese newspapers and websites on Friday.

    In March, The Sun claimed that Ronaldo was to become the father of two twin boys, born to a surrogate mother on the west coast of the United States.

    Ronaldo is already a father to one son, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, who is now six years old. The announcement of the child’s birth in July 2010 was made via Ronaldo’s official social media channels and took the world by surprise.

    The 32-year-old, who inspired Madrid to Champions League glory in Cardiff last weekend, is currently dating Georgina Rodriguez, a Spanish model.

    VIDEO: Father hangs eight-year-old daughter for tearing divorce papers

    An eight-year-old girl was rescued from death after her father hanged her with a rope for destroying his divorce papers.

    The little girl, in a bid to stop her parents’ divorce, had torn the divorce papers, damaged household furniture and broke a bottle of alcohol.

    The father, who claimed to have lost his temper, reacted with fury and tied her up with a rope around her neck and pulled her trousers down.

    He then filmed her as she dangled helplessly from the ceiling and sent the footage to her mother.

    Immediately she received the video, the girl’s mother alerted the police. The police acted swiftly and rescued the girl.

    They took her to the hospital. The child has since had a check-up.

    Police reports that she is receiving psychological counselling following the ordeal

    Local authorities in Guangyuan City’s Jiange County, in south-western China Sichuan Province, have since arrested the father.

    The mum is however expected to be given custody of the girl, while investigations continue into the dad’s actions, which could see him charged with child abuse and jailed for over a year.

    Yvonne posted a recent picture of herself and her late father on social media with the caption below:

  • I didn’t plan to be a father- Jaywon confesses

    Next world music boss, Jaywon welcomed his son into the world in November 2016. He took to social media to show his joy and happiness at the birth of his son.

    However, the This year singer has confessed that he didn’t plan to be a father, saying he just decided to take up the responsibility because the deed as been done.

    Hear him:” The truth is that I am not ready for marriage right now and it was an understanding between the mother of my child and I. There are lots of things that I need to accomplish. Right now, I just want to be responsible and I don’t think you need marriage for that. I just want to be responsible for my child and his mother. I did not plan to be a father but when things like this happen, you just have to be responsible enough. It was not planned, it just happened and I have to be a man.”

    “You cannot pressure people to get married and that is what our parents and a lot of people do not understand. You cannot pressure a child to be married when he is not ready because if you do so, there could be problems. Most of our parents don’t realise that because all they want is marriage. I know of some people who were forced to get married when they were not ready and the union did not last for a year. The problem is that they were forced into it. My mother understands me and she knows the implication of forcing me to do anything” he said.
