#EdoDecides2020: No one should say shit about my father, Ganduje’s daughter fumes

Fatima Ganduje-Ajimobi is taking very seriously the criticisms targeted at her father after he failed to secure victory for the All Progressives Congress in Edo state.

Governor Ganduje, the head of the All Progressives Congress (APC) campaign committee in Edo and Ize-Iyamu were floored by the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party Godwin Obaseki.

According to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Obaseki polled a total of 307, 955 votes to defeat All Progressives Congress’s Osagie Ize-Iyamu who got 223, 619 votes.

However, Ganduje became a target of ridicule after he failed to retire Obaseki’s political career and send Wike, the head of the PDP campaign committee, into isolation as he promised.

“We know PDP made Wike their chairman but I assure you, we will isolate Wike in an isolation centre and before he recovers, the election is over,” Ganduje had said.

However, Fatima, the last daughter of Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State, warned critics against attacking her father.

Fatima said: “I am from Kano state and Oyo state and no matter what you say or think of Ganduje, he is one of the few elected officers who are actually implementing projects. Don’t argue with me, don’t waste your data, just go to KANO STATE and see for yourself.

“The truth is, as Nigerians we should only consider work on ground. No one should say shit about Ganduje unless you have done equal or more work. Simple. He is not from Edo and kano as a state is above many.”

  • END TIME: Father sleeps with his daughters for seven years, blames it all on late wife

END TIME: Father sleeps with his daughters for seven years, blames it all on late wife

A 50-year-old father, Peter Ayemoba, has been arrested by the police for having carnal knowledge of his two daughters.

Ayemoba told the police during interrogation that he had been sleeping with his daughters since his wife died about seven years ago.

He said that sleeping with his daughters made him to feel close to his late wife, adding that the romps he had with them allowed them to bond more.

Ayemoba said: “I started sleeping with my daughters about seven years ago when I lost my wife in 2013.

“The death of my wife got me so confused that I did not even know when I started sleeping with my daughters.

“In fact, I don’t know what has come over me.

“The death of my wife devastated me to the point that I did not know what I was doing.

“I suspect that somebody placed a curse on me, because what I have done in the past seven years is not ordinary, frankly speaking.

“What I did after my wife’s death was to bond with my children and they became closer to me until gradually I started sleeping with the girls.

“Honestly, I cannot explain why I should do that to my own daughters. But there was a spirit that kept telling me that I would not be the first man to sleep with his daughter and at such, I should not worry too much about it.”

Ayemoba insisted that he got the consent of his daughters before sleeping with them, adding that it was with their consent that the relationship continued even after he took a second wife.

He said: “After my wife’s burial, I started having feelings for my daughters. I would go to their room and play with them until it metamorphosed to having sexual intercourse with them separately on a regular basis but with their consent.

“Whenever they rejected my sexual demand, I would tell them that I wanted to be closer to them since their mother was no more.

“At times I would threaten to kill them and commit suicide if they did not allow me to sleep with them.

“One day, I had to refer them to the Bible about Lot who had sex with his daughters and was not punished by God.

“I told them that the intercourse between a father and his daughters was normal and it is written in the Bible.”

The father of six said his second wife was not aware of his romps with his daughters, neither did his four sons know about them.

He added that his daughters probably did not tell his second wife because they were not close to her.

He said: “My daughters, after noticing that I was doing something abominable, forced me to get another wife that would satisfy my sexual urge. But despite the marriage, I still made love to them at the slightest opportunity my new wife was not in the house.

“Honestly, what is happening to me is not ordinary. I need to go out to sort myself out either physically or metaphysically so that I will have peace of mind.”

Apparently tired of the sexual demands of their father, the girls decided to report to a family member who turned him in to the police.

Ayemoba, however, expressed surprise over the action of his daughters.

He said: “They voluntarily, willingly accepted to be having sex with me any time I demanded it.

“What baffles me is that for the number of years we were having sex, we were happy. Then all of a sudden, they reported the incident to a family member who brought us to where we are (police station). I am still surprised at what they did.”

“But maybe my cup has filled to the brim, so let the law take its course, I am ready for any eventualities.”

  • My father showed too much affection to my younger brother, I killed him in return – Suspect confesses

My father showed too much affection to my younger brother, I killed him in return – Suspect confesses

Ibrahim Abdullahi has confessed to killing his younger brother, Kadade out of their father’s likeness for him at the expense of his other children.

Ibrahim confessed to hiring assassins to kill Kakade on March 21.

Ibrahim and his late brother were said to be indigenes of Amana maiKasuwa village in the Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

But According to Ibrahim, who is currently in police custody, Kadade’s “offence” is that their father trusted him (Kadade) more than any of his children.

Ibrahim, arrested alongside one Hassan Amadu, was said to have set up a five-man gang of armed robbers.

He, however, ran into trouble when operatives of the Inspector-General of Police Intelligence Response Team attached to Operation Puff Adder at Kateri Annex in Kaduna State concluded their investigation.

In his confession to the police, Ibrahim said; “My father married four wives and had so many children. I don’t know what was so special about Kadade that my father would prefer him to his other children.

I was never sent to regular school but Arabic school in Kaduna. It was only Kadade who attended primary and secondary school. My father said he wanted all of us to be farmers, yet he kept calling us illiterates that cannot speak English.

How can I speak English when my father did not send me to school? I had to get married to convince him that I was old enough to handle responsibilities. As soon as I got married, my father gave me only 20 cows and two plots of land.

My brother sold some cows and made N1.7million and was making noise about it. My father was also very happy about it and asked him to keep the entire money.

We expected him to share the money. That day I was so broke and asked my father for money. He started insulting me and asked me to learn to be responsible like Kadade.

I was so bitter and I immediately called a member of our gang, Haruna and told him about the money in my house. I asked them to come and also make sure that they kill my brother. .

Although I now regret my action but I thought that his death would make my father allow me to control some of his businesses. My father was devastated but I consoled him that it was Allah’s wish.

In the morning, I went to the bush to meet them and they told me that it was only N300,000 that they found with my brother. I collected N100,000 as my share since I was the one who brought the job.“
