Miyetti Allah is a known architect of many terrorists group – IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, on Sunday has identified Miyetti Allah as the founder of many terrorist groups terrorizing the nation.

Emma Powerful, the spokesman of the group also said Miyetti Allah was linking IPOB to Obi due to hatred for Igbos and fear of Biafra agitation.

In a statement he signed, Powerful wondered why Miyetti has failed to link Fulani presidential candidates to Boko Haram and bandits.

The statement reads partly: “The attention of the global movement and noble family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the leadership and command of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been drawn to the laughable and disgraceful statement credited to one Saleh Alhassan of Miyetti Allah group linking the so called Obidient Movement to IPOB.

“Miyetti Allah is a known architect and breeder of many terrorists groups terrorizing Nigeria since Late Major General Muhammadu Buhari took over power in 2015.

“IPOB knows that these terrorists masquerading as cattle herders constantly linking Peter Obi with IPOB and Biafra agitation are doing so because of their hatred against Igbos and their fear for Biafra.

“They never linked their Fulani presidential candidates to Boko Haram terrorists and Bandits even when it is evident to all that they are co-sponsors of these terror groups.

“Miyetti Allah, known terrorists supporting and terror sponsoring group that the current Fulani Presidency of Nigeria elevated and stylishly glorified to the 4th level of Government are not well informed to know that IPOB does not engage in seasonal jamboree and selection process called Nigerian election.”

Stop paying bandits ransom in South-East – Kanu to politicians

A brother of Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Kanunta Kanu has urged politicians to stop bandits ransom to free abductees in the Southeast.

In a tweet, Kanu said the Southeast must be free from Fulani kidnappers.

He lamented that bandits have been paid millions and the Eastern Security Network, ESN, has been victimized.

According to Kanu: “Eastern Region MUST be free from the hands of Fulani kidnappers.

“The governors, politicians, and elites should stop promoting banditry in SE by paying ransom to free abductees.

“You pay bandits millions, victimises #ESN & encourage the killings of #Biafrans by @HQNigerianArmy”.

Conversation Nigeriana [3] – By Hope Eghagha

Orezi: The come has come to become the come in the land of a no-coming government, a government where the President never comes through when trouble come to the land!

Ahmadu: What do you mean my sweet sister? Is somebody missing in Action?

Bolaji: You mean its something like Waiting for Godot?

Emeka: Alhaji, this one that you are calling Orezi sweet sister this morning. I hope you do not have plans for ze ozer room!

    Orezi: Do you mind, Emeka!

Emeka: Is love in the air? Who is the Romeo?

Orezi:  Do you mind! There is no Juliet here. I don’t believe in dying for love in a foolish way and in a foolish country. All I am saying is that the come has become the come before our very eyes and we can only gnash our teeth in infant gums!

Bolaji: Hmmm! You are speaking in parables like an old woman!

Ahmadu: Me o! I am entitled to four, live, breeding hajiyas! When the time to come and become the come I shall become!

    Orezi: Alhaji, do you mind?

Emeka: She has caught a wealthy politician boyfriend!

Orezi: I’m in a serious mood young man; the current situation does not encourage romance. New boyfriend? That’s not a concern now. The come has become the come in the polity. Ordinary bandits have threatened to kidnap our president, a retired Army General and a state governor!

Emeka: Anybody can issue a threat na; it means nothing. It doesn’t matter.

Ahmadu: But it’s not the first time. Bandits almost killed Governor Ortom a year or two ago when they opened fire on his convoy!

Orezi: You are right! They openly challenged him after he banned open grazing in his State. Little wonder Ortom has set up his own army in Benue State. A man must be a man!

Emeka: Was Governor Zulum not targeted in the past? In fact, he has escaped assassination twice in the hands of non-state actors.  So, anyone can threaten…

Bolaji: That’s not true; just threaten the president now especially as your name is Emeka whether Tucano jets will not be sent to decimate your hometown and desecrate the graves of your ancestors!

Orezi: You are correct. The Nigeria Army was sent to attack IPOB after it was declared an illegal organization. They did Operation Crocodile Dance to kill unarmed men and women in the southeast! Now that the real threat from the real terrorists our soldiers are caught napping!

Emeka: There is a special mindset in this government, indeed in the country that supports anything anti-Igbo! For example, see the vicious campaign against Peter Obi by the agents of the major political gladiators. Ethnic profiling has become second nature in our land!

Ahmadu: True, ethnic profiling has resulted in the hang-the-Fulani sentiment in the land. All bandits are supposedly Fulani. Yet the Fulani himself is under siege!

Orezi: Alhaji, please don’t go that route. Don’t go there. The Fulani merchants of death need to be called out. There is an official lack of will to do right by the Nigerian people! But you can see that it has backfired against the Nigerian government. Nigeria is almost a failed state. Do you sincerely believe that our Army is incapable of dealing with the terrorists if given the orders?

Bolaji: Who is in charge of Nigeria?

    Orezi: God is in charge!

Bolaji: Which God? The God I know has given up on us on account of our foolishness! How do you account for the fall of the naira?

Emeka: Why won’t the naira crash when the Finance Minister and governor of the CBN are deeply enmeshed in politics? Should Emefiele not have been fired after the fiasco of the APC convention? Or should he not have resigned?

Ahmadu: Nobody resigns in Nigeria! The President should have resigned in his first term when the effects of his ailment became glaring. The economy has become sick like the Number One Citizen!

Orezi: The country is sick too.

Ahmadu: Even the north is fed up with Bubu. Apart from Arewa Consultative Forum asking him to resign, did you read the story of the young man in Kano who climbed on to a high wall and threatened that he would remain up there until the president resigned? Things are happening even among the ordinary people!

Bolaji: Let us start thinking of options to save the country. I see Peter Obi as an option. In fact, he is the only option right now. The old, grizzled politicians cannot save themselves let alone save Nigeria!

Ahmadu: The Peter Obi/Ahmed Datti pair should be given a chance.

Orezi: Give them a chance? They should fight for power. Right now, they are a social media powerhouse. The reality on the ground is different.

Bolaji: It is romantic to think Peter Obi can win the presidential elections in the current atmosphere in the country. Much as I believe that we need a third force I have my doubts about Peter Obi winning the elections. Does he have the reach-out capacity? Are his followers ready to vote? Are they not social media persons? Can he secure enough votes in the core north? Can he deliver on the southeast by 70 percent? How can he govern the country even if he wins? There are no polling centres on social media!

Ahmadu: There you are wrong. Dead wrong! The Peter Obi Movement has caught the imagination of Nigerians. Did you see the million-man march in Nasarawa State? It will soon be replicated in Sokoto and Kano. We in the north are fed up with the mainstream politicians. We suffer the most. Buhari is from the north and he has been president for seven years; what do we have to show for it? We are worse off. Jonathan showed more compassion. He showed care. He opened Alimajiri schools. What has this man done/ appointed his cronies to positions of influence and so people are angry with the north. Which north? The ruling class, my brother, the ruling class. What can Atiku do differently? Can Tinubu change anything? Are they not part of the rot in the system?

Orezi: This is a full declaration!

Emeka: Yes o! The Ahmadu Declaration.

Bolaji: The truth is that no one is certain who the victor will be. The climate is hazy. Things could happen before February 2023 that could change the entire landscape. So, let us be hopeful.

Ahmadu: True; we are not certain who the victor will be. But we are certain about who will best do the job: its an outsider who is ready to do things differently.

Orezi: Is there any outsider among the three?

    Ahmadu: That na JAMB question!

Biafra’s sovereignty and independence is untouchable- IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has reiterated that its stand on Biafra’s sovereignty and independence is untouchable and real.

The group in a statement by its Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, said it is currently conducting an international information campaign tailored towards demanding the release of its leader, Mazi Nnmadi Kanu.

It said Biafra for the first time, has been placed in its history in the minds of the government and people of Corsica during the just concluded E Ghjurnate Internazionale Conference.

The statement reads in part, “As a result of the consistent and unwavering push for the restoration of Biafran Sovereignty and independence by the peaceful movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under Mazi Nnamdi KANU, we wish to inform IPOB family worldwide and all Biafran people, friends of Biafra and all lovers of Biafra freedom across the world that IPOB has once again accomplished another precious milestone in our unceasing work to extricate the land of Biafra from the bondage of British and Fulani hegemony in Nigeria.

“IPOB has placed Biafra for the first time in its history in the minds of the government and people of Corsica during the just concluded E Ghjurnate International conference which hosted the IPOB delegation representing Biafra, a country of about 70 million people currently ruled by Nigeria. IPOB (Indigenous People of Biafra) has been fighting for the rebirth of an independent state for almost half a century after the proclamation of the Republic of Biafra (1967-1970).

“IPOB is currently conducting an international information campaign tailored towards demanding the release of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra Mazi Nnmadi Kanu.

“Mazi Chika Edoziem, IPOB Head of Directorate of State of the Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, addressed the emerging nations on behalf of the IPOB movement worldwide. It is very important for every Biafran to know that one of the major agenda of the IPOB delegation to the E GHJURNATE Internazionale is to secure the support of all the delegates to this Conference for the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi KANU the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra.

“The Conference also provided us with new genuine friends who have collectively added their voice to the immediate and unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra worldwide.”

    IPOB announces Nnamdi Kanu’s replacement

Mazi Chika Edoziem has been announced by Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, as Nnamdi Kanu’s replacement.

IPOB noted that Mazi Edoziem would pilot its affairs until its leader, Nnamdi Kanu, is released.

A statement by the group’s spokesman, Emma Powerful, said Edoziem would relinquish the leadership role to Kanu when he is released.

The statement reads partly: “For the avoidance of doubt, the Directorate of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra (DOS), headed by Mazi Chika Edoziem, is at the helm of affairs of the Biafra movement; whenever our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU comes out, he hands over IPOB structure back to him.”

Edoziem is believed to be the deputy leader of IPOB.

Nnamdi Okwu Kanu is a British-Nigerian political activist who advocates for the secession and independence of Biafra from Nigeria.

He is the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, which he founded in 2014.

  • “Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu Kanu has not set up any Government In Exile”- IPOB

“Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu Kanu has not set up any Government In Exile”- IPOB

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has urged governments across the world to disregard those claiming to be behind Government in Exile (GIE), saying “Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu Kanu has not set up any Government In Exile”.

In a statement by its Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, IPOB accused the former Deputy to its leader and those it termed expelled dissidents of taking advantage of the absence of its leader to “sell the Biafra struggle to our enemies”, insisting they had failed woefully.

According to the statement, IPOB has a legitimate, well-established and structured administrative hierarchy that oversees the day-to-day running of Biafra affairs.

These are people whose intention from unset was not actually to secure the liberty and freedom of Biafrans

The statement reads: “We wish to reiterate once again to Biafrans, friends of Biafra and lovers of freedom across the globe that IPOB led by Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu KANU has not set up any Government In Exile (GIE). We, therefore, dissociate ourself completely from the purported Government in Exile.

IPOB has legitimate and well established Institutions and well-structured administrative hierarchy that oversees the day- to-day running of Biafra affairs. Already, all Diplomatic Missions and countries of the world know about Biafra agitation and they communicate with IPOB as the responsible authority that overseas the affairs of the Biafran people be it Nationally or Internationally.

"Mazi Nnamdi Okwuchukwu Kanu has not set up any Government In Exile"- IPOB

“IPOB has international contacts and connections not through any worthless Government In Exile but through our established Institutions and Structures . So, anybody or group peddling or claiming to have set up Government In Exile has again embarked on a jamboree like those who came before them claiming to have formed a government in Exile at one point in time.

“They simple do not deserve to be given any attention because this is the avenue that the Nigerian government wants to us to water down our agitation for total freedom.

“We are not unaware that some dissidents expelled from IPOB including a former Deputy to our Leader had once suggested this Government In Exile to our Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, but he did not buy into it knowing fully how needless it is at this stage of our struggle.

“But unfortunately, now that our Leader is in detention, these same elements saw it as an opportunity to actualize their selfish ambition by quickly claiming to have set up the non-existent GIE. We know that their ultimate aim is to use it to sell the Biafra struggle to our enemies but they have failed woefully.

“We knew that many infiltrators sponsored by some unfortunate politicians are fighting strongly to sell Biafra freedom through their main Infiltrator hiding in Finland. He has run out of gimmicks to stay afloat, hence, he decided to resort to the latest claims of purported GIE gimmick to deceive his gullible followers.

“Therefore, everybody should ignore and disregard the purported GIE because the motive is ulterior and sinister. Biafra has established and recognised channels through which it operates and communicates with world leaders and government without needing or having to call that channel a government in exile.

“One pertinent question to ask is how many government in exile has been formed by different individuals in the past and what become of them. In fact we have lost count of governments in exile formed at different times by impostors.

“These are people whose intention from unset was not actually to secure the liberty and freedom of Biafrans but rather to secure for themselves one form of pecuniary gain or the other albeit economically or political positions.

“They are simply not freedom fighters because freedom fighters have no business whatsoever with forming governments when they have neither secured the freedom of their people nor of their territory. An Igbo adage says (Azotacha ani tutu azowa ute).

Rather than pursue the BIAFRA cause with their so-called GIE, the only achievement of the promoters is to build female hostel in Owerri

“For the avoidance of doubt, the Directorate of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra (DOS) headed by Mazi Chika Edoziem is at the helm of affairs of the Biafra movement whenever our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU comes out he hands over IPOB structure back to him.

“The DOS gives letters to our people for asylum and every Government of the world accepts it and grants asylum to such asylum seekers and they communicate IPOB. There is no other Government more than that.

“Since 2007, different groups have always claimed to be Biafra Government In Exile and have done nothing to demonstrate that truly they represent the Biafran people. In 2007, Ralph Uwazuruike of MASSOB formed Government In Exile in Washington DC USA and he could not achieve anything but IPOB having gone extra mile and having solely the well being of Biafrans as its motivating factor as well as ultimate goal has achieved unimaginably humongous results.

“Rather than pursue the BIAFRA cause with their so-called GIE, the only achievement of the promoters is to build female hostel in Owerri. Biafra struggle championed by IPOB led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has recorded tremendous achievements that we cannot afford to be taken backwards by retrogressive elements. Biafra already maintains its presence in many countries of the world.

“IPOB defends her people in judicial and humanitarian matters across the world and in different occasions. People should stop supporting and making caricature of the Biafra restoration project by announcing Biafra Government In Exile any time they want to defraud Biafrans or sabotage our course for freedom.

“We urge Governments across the world to disregard and ignore these fraudsters claiming they are forming Biafra Government In Exile. This new wind of setting up another Biafra government in exile is a distraction that should not be given any serious thought or attention as it will soon fizzle out like others before it but it is important that Biafrans and the International community are properly informed thus this need to set the facts straight.”

IPOB lambasts CNGs over UN order on Kanu

The terror group, Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has lambasted the pro – northern group, Coalition of Northern Groups (CNGs) for saying security agencies should not release its leader, Nnamdi Kanu.

IPOB said reiterated a call by the United Nation (UN) that the Federal Government should release their leader.

IPOB said the order superseded an order of any courts court in the country.

The CNGs had, on Friday, rejected the call by the United Nations for the unconditional release of the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu.

But in a statement signed and issued on Saturday by its Director of Media and Publicity, Emma Powerful, the IPOB said the CNGs exhibited the height of laxity and ignorance for attacking and warning the UN over the order.

The statement further noted that the CNGs’ position on Kanu’s continual incarceration and the UN order was an indication that it was an undemocratic and lawless group.

The statement read, “The attention of the global movement and noble family of the Indigenous People of Biafra, under the command and leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has been drawn to the laughable, disgraceful and unguarded statements credited to the inconsequential mushroom group called Northern Coalition Group (NCG) on the UN Working Group on Human Rights and Arbitrary Detention’s recent opinion for the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

IPOB: Buhari says Nnamdi Kanu must prove his innocence in court

“This ignoramus faceless Northern group shows their idiocy and absolute ignorance by attacking and warning United Nations on their order to release IPOB leader and prisoners of conscience, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, unconditionally and compensate him adequately for illegal abduction and extraordinary rendition from Kenya to Nigeria over a year ago.

“The statement credited to this Fulani group towards UN opinion betrays the Fulani mindset, and how undemocratic and lawless the Fulani people are. It is not far from the truth that the Fulani Government in Nigeria sponsored this faceless Northern group to attack the UN decisions. They want to test the reactions of the International Community.

“The world must understand that Fulani people are parasites in Nigeria who are bent on hijacking indigenous people’s ancestral lands and resources in Nigeria but IPOB won’t allow them. They have hijacked strategic positions in the Nigerian government, have deliberately and tactically weakened the Nigerian military while empowering the Fulani terrorists to take over the Nigerian government structure and then seize the ancestral lands of all the Indigenous People in the Zoo called Nigeria.

“It is very obvious that the recent increase and boldness of attacks by these Fulani terrorists, especially in Abuja, will convince every doubting Thomas that these terrorists are state sponsored and their agenda is to Islamise Nigeria and forcefully take over the Federal Government of Nigeria. The government in Nigeria is a bunch of Fulani Cabals and Agendists called presidency who have bankrupt Nigeria while importing and sponsoring terrorists to take over the Nigerian government.

“But their plans have failed and will continue to fail. If others will accept terrorists government in power, IPOB members and Biafrans will never succumb to their intimidations and they will regret why they indulged themselves in that act in the first place.

“The recent shameless statement from Fulani attacking the United Nations shows that they are demented and don’t know that United Nations’ opinion is not the same as the Nigerian Court Orders they flout at will. Fulani government and her people, think they can use terrorism and threat to get people succumb to their demand. They understand that threat and terrorism don’t shake IPOB.

“Very soon, the Fulani government and her people will understand what they have done to themselves. Attacking United Nations opinion shows how clueless, uninformed and inconsequential they are.

“Fulani backwardness, ranting and undemocratic nature cannot change the decision of UN. The time to bury Nigeria finally is fast approaching, that is why they are ranting against world organisation without minding the consequences. More so, the terror times of the Fulani in Nigeria is about to be extinguished and we shall see them no more in the nearest future.

“This faceless NCG group thinks that they have the temerity to challenge United Nations’ opinion on its core mandate in sanctioning tyrants and Human Rights abusers in the world. Fulani government thinks that the world are ignorant of what they are doing in Nigeria, creating different kinds of terror groups to terrorise and rampage the public in the hope that every one will succumb to their intimidating tactics and yield to their Fulanisation agenda. How very pitiably wrong they are. They have indeed miscalculated this time around.

“When did faceless groups like NCG become Nigerian government spokespersons? For the Nigerian government to have kept mute since the order from United Nations means they knew what they have entered into. They don’t want to say anything that will go contrary to the UN’s decisions as a government. Instead this motley of uninformed Northern elements came out to publicise their ignorance and cluelessness to the world. They don’t know what United Nations stands for in the Committee of Nations.

“Biafrans and other trapped Nations in this contraption should go home and thank God Almighty Chukwu Okike Abiama who is in Heaven for giving them a group called IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Posterity will bear us witness the heavy price we paid in opening the eyes of the great Nations trapped in this British enterprises experiment called Nigeria.”

Kanu’s lawyer urges DSS to release detained domestic workers

Mr Ifeanyi Ejiofor, lawyer to the leader of the proscribed Indigenous Peoples of Biafra, (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has called on the Department of State Services (DSS) to immediately release three of his domestic workers.

Ejiofor, who made the call on Friday in Abuja at a news briefing, listed the detained personnel as Felix Okonkwo (driver), Okafor Ugochukwu (gardener) and Ikenna Chibuike (steward) saying DSS detained them since June 2021.

The lawyer told newsmen that Justice H. A. Nganjiwa of a Federal High Court sitting in Awka had in a judgment of July 22, ordered the release of the staff members.

He said the judgment was on a suit challenging the invasion of his ancestral home by operatives of the Nigerian Police, the DSS, Army and Chukwuka Ofoegbu (aka Ijele speaks) on June 6, 2021.

“We call on the President and the Attorney-General of the Federation to prevail on the Director-General of the DSS to immediately and unconditionally release my domestic staff.

“(They are) still being illegally detained in their facility since June 2021 till date.

“We also ask for the immediate compliance with all the terms of the judgment, already served on them.”

Ejiofor told newsmen that his workers were taken away following an invasion of his home, where his Personal Assistant, Mr Samuel Okoro was killed and his elder brother, Mr Joel Ejiofor also taken away but later released.

Before briefing newsmen, the lawyer played CCTV footage of how his Oraifite home was invaded by security operatives leading to the killing of Okoro.

The CCTV footage also showed the operatives driving a red Camry car out of his house which Ejiofor said belonged to him.

He said the car was later set ablaze.

A copy of the judgment shows that Justice Nganjiwa had ordered the security operatives to pay a compensation of N107,000 million to Ejiofor.

The court listed the Police, Inspector-General of Police, DSS, Director-General DSS, Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps, the Nigerian Army, Chief of Army Staff and Chukwuka Ofoegbu as those to pay the compensation.

    The sum is to cover:

“The destroyed Toyota Camry car with registration No: YAB60CB in the sum of N5 million, being the value of the purchase price.

“N100 million as general and exemplary damages on compensation for violation of his fundamental rights.

“N2 million as cost for filling and prosecuting the suit.”

  • IPOB demands unconditional release of Kanu from DSS custody

IPOB demands unconditional release of Kanu from DSS custody

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has demanded the unconditional release of its detained leader, Nnamdi Kanu, from the custody of the Department of State Services (DSS), Abuja, following threats by terrorists to take over Abuja and entire Nigeria.

This was made known in a statement on Thursday, IPOB’s Media and Publicity Secretary, Emma Powerful, reminded the Federal Government and the security agencies that the United Nations had mandated the unconditional release of Kanu.

Powerful added that the appropriate compensation should be paid to him without delay “because he committed no crime against Nigeria and her sovereignty”.

He said that the closure of public schools in Abuja showed that the Federal Government had lost control of security and can no longer guarantee the safety of Kanu in detention.

He said, “The attention of the global movement and family of IPOB has been drawn to the sudden closure of all the government public schools operating in Abuja because of the threats from terrorists groomed by Fulani people to take over Abuja and entire Nigeria.

“IPOB, therefore, demands the immediate release of the leader of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from the DSS dungeon in Abuja by the Federal Government and her compromised DSS.

“We are reminding Nigeria and her security agencies that the world through UN rights group has mandated for the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the appropriate compensation paid to him without delay because he committed no crime against Nigeria and her sovereignty.”

The group pointed out that Abuja is no longer safe for Kanu because of the “Fulani terrorists” planned attack on the people.

The statement read in part, “IPOB is neither bothered nor interested in the plan of the terrorists to overrun the Nigeria government which we have rejected, our concern is the safety of our leader.

“We, therefore, demand that the Nigerian government must release the leader of IPOB now because he committed no crime as enunciated by the UN Right group.

“As Nigeria is closing schools, businesses, and other activities because of terrorists’ threat to attack Abuja, it clearly shows that Abuja is no longer safe for people to live.

“Hence our unequivocal demand for the unconditional release of Kanu before anything happens to him. We demand prompt and complete implementation of the UN directives on this matter.

“Binta Nyako and her jurists should know that Kanu’s life is in danger while being detained in DSS custody Abuja. Again, she should know that these terrorists attacked Nigeria Defence Academy, Kaduna, War Training College Jaji in Kaduna, Kuje Prisons Abuja and other security facilities in Abuja, therefore DSS facility is not immune to attack by these state-sponsored terrorists.

“We pity those Igbo leaders and politicians who commit crimes in Igboland and ran to Abuja thinking that nothing will happen. The narratives have changed and they will run to Lagos but Lagos will not be safe for them, then they will come back home soon and answer questions unless they run abroad.

“One day all the evil and killer politicians from Biafra land will be held to account, and only the good ones will walk as free men and women. This is an opportunity to make peace with your people because the danger is approaching to Nigeria soon, the country has collapsed.”

Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer defeats FG in court, get N52m compensation

The Federal High Court sitting in  Akwa, Anambra state has ordered the Nigerian Army and other security agencies who invaded Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer’s house on the day of his brother’s burial two years ago to pay him the sum of 50 Million naira as compensation.

Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor’s house was invaded by joint forces of security operatives from the country.

The court, led by Justice Nnamdi Dimgba, ruled in favour of Ejiofor, following the invasion of the lawyer’s home by operatives of the federal government.

Meanwhile, the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB has reacted to the defeat of the federal government by the counsel to its leader, Ifeanyi Ejiofor in court.

This judgment came two years after security agents invaded Ejiofor’s home during the burial of his brother in Oraifite.

According to the court, the money is compensation for the gross violation of Ejiofor’s rights

The court also awarded N2m as cost for the action against the Police and the Army.

In its reaction, IPOB commended the Judge for delivering such a ruling against the Federal Government.

A statement by IPOB’s spokesman, Emma Powerful, reads: “We, the global family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU commend all the fearless Judges who gave justice to all IPOB cases littered in all courts in Nigeria.

“We commend the recent judgment delivered in favour of the IPOB Counsel, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor whom Nigeria Government and its compromised security agencies attacked and murdered his Personal Assistant, abducted others, and burnt his personal car and country home at Oraifite Ekwusigo LGA of Anambra State.

“We commend the Judge who, without minding the intimidation from the Government of Buhari and his Fulani kinsmen, delivered a landmark judgment against Nigeria Government and her compromised security agencies and ordered them to compensate him for the evil they did to him. The only crime that Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor committed was a defense lawyer to IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Barr. Ejiofor is only doing his professional job as an Attorney, according to law. But he has always been harassed, intimidated, and threatened and has lost persons around him and properties worth millions from the Nigerian State in the course of doing his professional job.

“IPOB salutes men and women of the Bench who don’t yield to the oppressive government of Nigeria but delivered justice to IPOB members who have been illegally abducted, tortured, detained, and denied freedom in many security detention facilities across Nigeria.

“IPOB will not forget to appreciate Justice Ademola of Abuja High Court, who gave justice to our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU in 2015 that he committed no crime against any man or nation.

“This honourable Judge granted the unconditional release of our Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in 2015, which unmasked the injustice that the current Judge, Justice Binta Nyako of Federal High Court Abuja, is trying so hard to mask again against Nnamdi Kanu.”
