Angry Trump accuses Iran, Israel of violating ceasefire deal

US President Donald Trump said Tuesday that a ceasefire between Iran and Israel was holding, shortly after he lashed out at both countries and cursed as he accused them of violating the truce.

In a fast-moving series of declarations, the 79-year-old Republican, who was on his way to attend a NATO summit in The Hague, posted on his Truth Social app that “the Ceasefire is in effect!”

“ISRAEL is not going to attack Iran. All planes will turn around and head home, while doing a friendly ‘Plane Wave’ to Iran. Nobody will be hurt,” Trump wrote.

Minutes earlier, he had castigated Iran and also close US ally Israel for violating a ceasefire he had originally announced late Monday.

The two countries have been “fighting so long and so hard that they don’t know what the fuck they’re doing, do you understand that?” the president told reporters at the White House.

Iran violated the ceasefire, “but Israel violated it too,” Trump told reporters on the White House’s South Lawn as he departed for the NATO summit.

“So I’m not happy with them. I’m not happy with Iran either. But I’m really unhappy if Israel is going out this morning.”

“I’ve got to get Israel to calm down,” he said. “Israel, as soon as we made the deal, they came out and dropped a load of bombs the likes of which I’ve never seen before.”

Trump’s unusually public display of anger at Israel saw the US leader apparently trying to cajole his ally to call off warplanes in real time.

Earlier the same morning, he had posted on Truth Social: “ISRAEL. DO NOT DROP THOSE BOMBS” — without it being clear which bombs he was referring to.

“IF YOU DO IT IS A MAJOR VIOLATION. BRING YOUR PILOTS HOME, NOW!”

If it holds, the truce would be a big political win for Trump in the wake of his risky decision to send US bombers over the weekend to attack three nuclear facilities in Iran that Israel and the United States say were being used to build an atomic bomb in secret.

The US leader had said the truce would be a phased 24-hour process beginning at around 0400 GMT Tuesday, with Iran unilaterally halting all operations first. He said Israel would follow suit 12 hours later.

Israel has been bombing Iran in an offensive that began June 13. The United States joined the attack with a mission starting overnight Friday to Saturday against the deeply buried Fordow complex and two other sites.

Speaking to reporters at the White House, Trump insisted that the US bombing mission was a success.

“I think it’s been completely demolished,” he said, savaging US journalists for “fake news” and calling two networks “scum” for reporting that it remains unclear whether the Iranian nuclear infrastructure was truly dismantled.

“IRAN WILL NEVER REBUILD THEIR NUCLEAR FACILITIES!” he posted separately on Truth Social.

U.S. attacks on Iran: Trump fumes as impeachment axe dangles

President Donald Trump has fired shots at US representative for New York’s 14th congressional district, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who has called for his impeachment.

TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports Alexandria, popularly known as AOC, called for the impeachment of Trump after the U.S. President ordered attacks on three of Iran’s nuclear sites, following hostilities with Israel.

“Stupid AOC, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, one of the “dumbest” people in Congress, is now calling for my impeachment, despite the fact that the crooked and corrupt Democrats have already done that twice before,” Trump blasted.

Recall Alexandria faulted Trump and described his decision to attack the Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan nuclear sites in Iran as “disastrous”.

TNG reports the US Congresswoman argued that Trump acted impulsively in grave violation of the Constitution and Congressional War Powers, adding: “it is absolutely and clearly grounds for impeachment”.

Reacting in a post via Truth Social on Tuesday, ceasefire between Israel and Iran, Trump declared that Alexandria should be forced to take a cognitive test at Walter Reed Medical Center.

The US President wrote: “Stupid AOC, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, one of the “dumbest” people in Congress, is now calling for my Impeachment, despite the fact that the Crooked and Corrupt Democrats have already done that twice before.

“The reason for her “rantings” is all of the Victories that the U.S.A. has had under the Trump Administration. The Democrats aren’t used to WINNING, and she can’t stand the concept of our Country being successful again.

“When we examine her Test Scores, we will find out that she is NOT qualified for office but, nevertheless, far more qualified than Crockett, who is a seriously Low IQ individual, or Ilhan Omar, who does nothing but complain about our Country, yet the Failed Country that she comes from doesn’t have a Government, is drenched in Crime and Poverty, and is rated one of the WORST in the World, if it’s even rated at all.

“How dare “The Mouse” tells us how to run the United States of America! We’re just now coming back from that Radical Left experiment with Sleepy Joe, Kamala, and “THE AUTOPEN,” in charge. What a disaster it was!

“AOC should be forced to take the Cognitive Test that I just completed at Walter Reed Medical Center, as part of my Physical. As the Doctor in charge said, “President Trump ACED it,” meaning, I got every answer right.

“Instead of her constant complaining, Alexandria should go back home to Queens, where I was also brought up, and straighten out her filthy, disgusting, crime ridden streets, in the District she “represents,” and which she never goes to anymore.

“She better start worrying about her own Primary, before she thinks about beating our Great Palestinian Senator, Cryin’ Chuck Schumer, whose career is definitely on very thin ice!

“She and her Democrat friends have just hit the Lowest Poll Numbers in Congressional History, so go ahead and try Impeaching me, again, MAKE MY DAY!”.

Just in: Hours after Netanyahu confirms ceasefire, Iran launches missiles at Israel

Missiles have been fired towards Israel from Iran, just hours after Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed a 24-hour ceasefire had had been agreed.

Israel’s defence minister said the country’s military would “launch powerful strikes” on Iran, less than four hours after the two countries declared a ceasefire.

The Israeli prime minister said the ceasefire was brokered by United States President Donald Trump with the help of Qatar to end a 12-day war.

However, the fragile truce was shattered when Iran launched multiple waves of ballistic missiles targeting Israeli territory.

The attacks resulted in the deaths of at least four people and caused significant damage to a building in the city of Be’er Sheva.

The renewed hostilities have cast doubt on the effectiveness of the ceasefire and raised concerns about the potential for a wider escalation in the region.

  • Iraq reopens airspace as Israel-Iran hostilities end

Iraq reopens airspace as Israel-Iran hostilities end

The Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority (ICAA) on Tuesday announced that it has reopened its airspace to international air traffic, citing improved security conditions following days of the Israel-Iran conflict.

This is coming after Iran’s Foreign Minister, Seyed Abbas Araghchi hinted that Israel had stopped bombing the Islamic nation and that Iran, itself, stopped hostilities at the about 4 am Tehran time.

In a statement, the ICAA said the decision to reopen the airspace followed a comprehensive assessment of the security situation and coordination with relevant national and international authorities.

The statement quoted ICAA President Bangin Rekani as saying that the decision was based on improved security conditions and Iraq’s ability to ensure the highest standards of safety and air traffic control for overflying aircraft.

He added that reopening Iraqi airspace will enhance Iraq’s strategic geographic position as an air corridor connecting East and West, and will help reduce flight time and fuel costs for global airlines.

Iraq closed its airspace to international air traffic following the outbreak of the Israel-Iran conflict on June 13.

Recall that Araghchi had disclosed that Iran had no intention to discontinue hostilities, except Israel stopped its “illegal aggression”.

Shortly thereafter, the Iranian Foreign Minister stated: “the military operations of our powerful Armed Forces to punish Israel for its aggression continued until the very last minute, at 4am”.

Araghchi added: :together with all Iranians, I thank our brave Armed Forces who remain ready to defend our dear country until their last drop of blood, and who responded to any attack by the enemy until the very last minute”.

Qatar summons Iranian ambassador over missile attack

The Qatari Foreign Ministry on Tuesday said it has summoned the Iranian ambassador in Doha to reiterate its condemnation of Iran’s targeting of a military base in the Gulf country.

On Monday evening, Iran carried out a retaliatory missile attack on the U.S. military’s al-Udeid base in Qatar, which came days after the U.S. struck three key nuclear sites in Iran in support of Israel.

Qatar told the ambassador that this violation is inconsistent with the principle of good neighbourliness and the close relations between Qatar and Iran, as Qatar has always been an advocate of dialogue with Iran and has made strenuous diplomatic efforts in this regard, according to a statement from the Foreign Ministry.

Earlier, Doha said it sent a letter to the United Nations Security Council, informing the members and UN chief António Guterres of the extremely dangerous escalation, which poses a direct threat to regional peace and security.

Qatar also urged the Security Council to fulfill its responsibilities and take urgent measures to impose an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire throughout the Middle East to prevent the region from sliding into further dangerous escalation.

The al-Udeid base, which normally hosts around 10,000 soldiers and civilian personnel according to reports, had been previously evacuated.

Qatar re-opened its airspace after closing it shortly before the attacks.

Bahrain and Kuwait also closed their airspace as a precautionary measure, but reopened it a short time later. All three countries host U.S military facilities.

BREAKING! Finally , Iran accepts US President Donald Trump’s ceasefire deal with Israel

Foreign Affairs Minister of Iran, Abbas Araghchi, has hinted at a possible ceasefire with Israel, which was earlier announced by US President Donald Trump.

Araghchi had posted earlier that there was no agreement on a ceasefire, warning that Israel must first stop hostilities with Iran.

However, in what looks like a backtrack from earlier posts on social media, Araghchi thanked Iran’s Armed Forces for defending ‘our dear country’ by “responding to any attack by the enemy until the very last minute, at 4 am”, hinting at a likely end to missile attacks on Israel.

Recall that Trump had said the ceasefire would take effect at 4 am local time in Iran and 6 am in Israel.

“The military operations of our powerful Armed Forces to punish Israel for its aggression continued until the very last minute, at 4 am.”

Together with all Iranians, I thank our brave Armed Forces who remain ready to defend our dear country until their last drop of blood, and who…

Uncertainty as Trump announces Iran-Israel ceasefire

U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that Iran and Israel have agreed to a ceasefire after cloae to two weeks of violent conflict between the two countries.

Trump took to his Truth Social on Monday evening to announce that both countries had agreed to a “complete and total ceasefire”.

According to him, the ceasefire agreement is expected to take effect at 12 midnight local time but both Iran and Israel are yet to confirm any definite ceasefire agreement.

However, Iran said its military operations “to punish Israel for its aggression continued until the very last minute, at 4am.”

Trump wrote: “Congratulations to everyone! It has been fully agreed by and between Israel and Iran that there will be a complete and total ceasefire”.

Trump said the ceasefire will begin “in approximately six hours from now” after each country has “wound down” their military operations and “the war will be considered ended”.

Trump announced that “officially, Iran will start the ceasefire and, upon the 12th hour, Israel will start the ceasefire”.

He added that “by the 24th hour, an official end to the 12 day war will be saluted by the world”.

The U.S. leader congratulated both countries for the courage to end the disastrous conflict.

“During each ceasefire, the other side will remain peaceful and respectful,” Trump wrote.

“On the assumption that everything works as it should, which it will, I would like to congratulate both countries.

“Israel and Iran, on having the Stamina, Courage, and Intelligence to end, what should be called, “the 12 day war”.”

He stressed that the war could have destroyed the Middle East if allowed to persist.

“This is a War that could have gone on for years, and destroyed the entire Middle East, but it didn’t, and never will!

“God bless Israel, God bless Iran, God bless the Middle East, God bless the United States of America, and God bless the world!” Trump concluded.

Iran’s Foreign Minister Seyed Araghchi, in his response, said, “As of now, there is NO “agreement” on any ceasefire or cessation of military operations.

“However, provided that the Israeli regime stops its illegal aggression against the Iranian people no later than 4 am Tehran time, we have no intention to continue our response afterwards.”

Guterres condemns Iran attack on U.S. airbase in Qatar, Trump confirms attack

UN Secretary-General António Guterres has condemned Iran’s missile attack on the U.S. military base in Qatar on Monday.

The Spokesperson to the Secretary-General said in a statement that Guterres was “deeply alarmed” by the further escalation of the conflict in the Middle East.

This is just as Trump confirmed that Iran had launched missiles at the American military base in Qatar in retaliation for the U.S. bombing of three of its nuclear facilities on Saturday.

Iran reportedly fired several missiles at Al Udeid Air Base, where some 10,000 troops are reportedly stationed.

All but one were intercepted by Qatar and no casualties were reported, according to reports.

The development marked the latest step in more than a week of missile strikes between Iran and Israel, and the situation has escalated with U.S. involvement.

“From the outset of the crisis, the Secretary-General has repeatedly condemned any military escalation in this conflict, including today’s attack by Iran on the territory of Qatar.

“He further reiterates his call on all parties to stop fighting,” the statement said.

The UN chief urged all Member States to uphold their obligations under the UN Charter and other rules of international law.

Trump took to Truth Social on Monday to confirm that Iran launched 14 missiles at the U.S. bases in response to the U.S. strike.

“Iran has officially responded to our Obliteration of their Nuclear Facilities with a very weak response, which we expected, and have very effectively countered,” he said.

“There have been 14 missiles fired – 13 were knocked down, and one was “set free,” because it was headed in a nonthreatening direction.

“I am pleased to report that NO Americans were harmed, and hardly any damage was done.”

Trump also hinted that Iran gave the U.S. an advanced notice of the missile attack.

“Most importantly, they’ve gotten it all out of their “system,” and there will, hopefully, be no further HATE.

“I want to thank Iran for giving us early notice, which made it possible for no lives to be lost, and nobody to be injured,” he said.

The U.S. leader advised both Iran and Israel to work for a ceasefire and allow peace in the Middle East.

“Perhaps Iran can now proceed to Peace and Harmony in the Region, and I will enthusiastically encourage Israel to do the same,” the American leader said.

  • IAEA demands clarity on Iran’s Uranium stockpile

IAEA demands clarity on Iran’s Uranium stockpile

The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, is demanding clarity from Iran on the whereabouts of its nuclear material.

During an emergency meeting of the IAEA board of governors in Vienna on Monday, convened in response to recent U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities, Grossi highlighted Tehran’s obligations under international agreements.

He stated that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi had previously announced protective measures for nuclear material and equipment ahead of the Israeli and U.S. attacks.

However, Grossi emphasized that any movement of nuclear materials must be reported to the IAEA as required by the binding inspection agreement between the agency and Iran.

The IAEA report revealed that Iran possesses over 400 kilograms of uranium enriched to 60 percent purity, nearing weapons-grade level.

Diplomats warn that if this material were further enriched to 90 per cent, it could be used to produce multiple nuclear weapons.

Although Tehran maintains it had no intention of building nuclear weapons, growing international concern suggests otherwise.

Grossi stressed the need for IAEA inspectors to verify the current status of Iran’s 60 per cent enriched uranium, previously stored in Isfahan, now a target of recent Israeli and U.S. bombings.

This uranium had originally been produced at the Natanz and Fordow enrichment facilities, both of which were reportedly heavily damaged.

Grossi noted that Fordow’s underground plant, in particular, was likely severely impacted by powerful U.S. bombs.

  • We will retaliate – Iran warns U.S.

We will retaliate – Iran warns U.S.

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that the United States must “receive the response to its aggression,” following U.S. airstrikes on Iranian nuclear facilities.

According to a statement from Pezeshkian’s office, he made the remarks during a phone call with French President Emmanuel Macron.

In response to Macron’s call for restraint, Pezeshkian insisted that the United States must be held accountable for its attacks on Iran.

He described the U.S. strikes as a “clear symbol of its insincerity and the baselessness of its claims about favoring dialogue and seeking peace.”

In spite of his strong condemnation of the U.S., Pezeshkian emphasised Iran’s continued commitment to diplomacy with Europe.

“We have always declared our readiness for dialogue and interaction with Europe and have never abandoned the path of diplomacy, as we maintain that no one suffers harm from dialogue,” he said.

According to the statement, Macron reiterated France’s willingness to pursue negotiations with Iran and affirmed that Paris would continue efforts to de-escalate the conflict and restore stability.

On Saturday, U.S. President Donald Trump announced via Truth Social that American forces had completed strikes on three Iranian nuclear sites, Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan.

The U.S. strikes followed Israeli attacks that began on June 13, targeting multiple locations across Iran, including nuclear and military sites.

Those attacks reportedly killed several senior commanders, nuclear scientists, and civilians. In retaliation, Iran has launched missile and drone strikes on Israel.

As of Saturday, the Iranian Health Ministry reported more than 400 people killed and more than 3,500 wounded in Iran. Israeli authorities have reported 24 fatalities.

  • Nuclear sites attacks: Russia vows to support Iran against U.S.

Nuclear sites attacks: Russia vows to support Iran against U.S.

Russian President Vladimir Putin told Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi on Monday that there was no justification for the recent U.S. bombing of Iran, stating that Moscow was working to support the Iranian people.

Putin hosted Araqchi in Moscow just two days after U.S. President Donald Trump ordered strikes on Iran’s three main nuclear sites.

“The absolutely unprovoked aggression against Iran has no basis and no justification. For our part, we are making efforts to assist the Iranian people. I am very glad that you are in Moscow today.

“This will give us the opportunity to discuss all these pressing issues and think together about how we could get out of today’s situation,” Putin said in televised remarks.

Araqchi responded by saying Iran’s actions were legitimate self-defense and thanked Russia for condemning the U.S. airstrikes.

He also conveyed best wishes to Putin from Iran’s supreme leader and president, adding, “Russia is today on the right side of history and international law.”

While Russia had pledged diplomatic support, it remained unclear what concrete actions Moscow might take to aid Tehran.

The strategic cooperation treaty signed between the two countries in January did not include a mutual defense clause.

Prior to the strikes, Moscow had warned that U.S. military intervention could destabilise the region and lead to severe consequences.

When asked what kind of assistance Russia might provide, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, “It all depends on what Iran needs,” adding that Moscow’s offer to mediate the crisis was, in itself, a form of support.

Peskov strongly condemned the U.S. attacks. “An increase in the number of participants in this conflict is happening, or rather, has happened.

“A new spiral of escalation of tension in the region. And, of course, we condemn this and express deep regret.

“In addition, of course, it remains to be seen what happened to Iran’s nuclear facilities, whether there is a radiation hazard,” he said.

Peskov also confirmed that U.S. President Trump did not inform Putin in detail about the planned strikes.

“There was no detailed information. The topic of Iran itself was repeatedly discussed by the presidents during their most recent conversations, certain proposals were voiced by Russia, but there was no direct detailed information about this,” he said.
