There is probably trouble in the paradise of Nollywood actress, Regina Daniels and her billionaire husband, Ned Nwoko, prompting her to come to the public to distance herself from Jaruma Empire and Jaruma Empire’s products.
The bubble between Regina Daniels and Hauwa Saidu Mohammed, founder of Jaruma Empire may, therefore, have been broken, as the Nollywood actress has come to the fore to deny the use of Kayanmata on Ned Nwoko.
Regina Daniels in the wee hours of Wednesday took to her official Instagram handle to officially distance herself from Jaruma Empire and clarify issues raging between her and Jaruma Empire’s products.
“I have and will never use any kayamata product. Jaruma paid me to help make random posts for her. I personally gave my terms concerning the kind of posts to be made, I was very mindful with my choice of words so as not to mislead the public, I was simply creating awareness for her brand,” Regina Daniels’Instagram post reads in part.
Regina Daniels’ clarification is coming barely 24 hours after her husband’s former wife, Laila revealed that their marriage was over. Rumours soon began to filter the air that Regina Daniels was the brain behind the split.
Kayanmata originated from the Northern tribes of Nigeria and literally means “women’s things”. Kayanmata is used to refer to herbs or potions that act as sex or love enhancers and aphrodisiacs. They were originally used by married women to spice up sexual relations but recently, the products have been peddled on the Internet as voodoo-like herbs for young ladies to attract attention from rich men.
Jaruma is no doubt a controversial figure in Nigeria. Almost in the news every week in Nigeria, Jaruma is undoubtedly one of Nigeria’s most controversial personalities. She is a therapist but not your everyday therapist – a sex therapist!
Regina Daniels, who has been seen promoting Jaruma’s products, urging her fans to get and use them, has said she does not use the products herself.
Some of the products of Jaruma include products for favour, blessing, goodluck, success, protection, attraction; for big boobs and big butt to give curvy shape; curse breaker; pills for instant wetness and sweetness during s3x; final control to control your man; and pussy fire for wetness, slippery and sweetness.
However, Regina Daniels has denied using any of these products, saying she only assisted Jaruma to promote them.
“This is for clarity sake…..I have and will never use any kayamata product. Jaruma paid me to help make random posts for her. I personally gave my terms concerning the kind of posts to be made, I was very mindful with my choice of words so as not to mislead the public, I was simply creating awareness for her brand. Along the line, we became friends, I was warned severally to keep her at arms length and mind my association with her but it is not in my nature to judge a person from another’s perspective but in her case I should have known better. She constantly uses every opportunity to create contents to profit off my person and my brand even after our payment deal expired. I tolerated it because I believed I understood her person and felt I should give her the benefit of doubt and maintain a cordial friendship. But This time, I will not tolerate Jaruma using this issue that practically portrays me as a bad person for her selfish desires knowing fully well, that I have NEVER AND WILL NEVER USE whatever she sells as I have no reason to…. And this is a notice to my fans and the general public, I and my brand As Regina Daniels has no business/association with Jaruma and her products,” Regina Daniels wrote on Instagram.
Meanwhile, there are no words from the quarters of Jaruma Empire on the matter yet.
