    Yul Edochie’s second wife, Judy Austin has hailed her co-wife, May Edochie after the Nollywood actor and director made his polygamy status public recently.

    “My beautiful lady, I see you,” Judy commented on a post shared by Edochie via Instagram to establish the number one status of May in the marriage.

    Edochie sparked social media backlash after announcing Judy as his second wife. After the announcement, he showered love on his first wife.

    On his official Instagram page, Yul Edochie shared photos of his first wife along with the caption: “NUMBER ONE. @mayyuledochie Undisputed”.

    Judy Austin reacted in the comment section and then wrote: “My beautiful lady, I see you”.

    A Nigerian lady identified as Debbie has said after 16 years that Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, was snatched from her roommate by his first wife, May, Karma is now paying her a visit.

    Debbie stated this following a Yul’s recent introduction of Judy Austin as mother of his son and second wife.

    It could be recalled that on Wednesday Yul took to his Instagram page to unveil his second wife and son.

    Reacting to the new development via her Twitter page, Debbie alleged that May snatched the actor from her friend and roommate back in university.

    She also alleged that May got pregnant for Yul and went ahead to get married to him.

    According to her, she believes karma is paying Yul’s first wife a visit after 16 years.

    A popular Facebook influencer known as Amanda Chisom has declared that if Yul Edochie, who recently made public his second wife, needs a third wife, she will gladly jump into the opportunity.

    TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports Chisom as saying she is pro-polygamy and that it is Biblical that 5 or 7 women cling to one man.

    “Wonders shall not cease, so Yul with all the lovey Dovey has a second wife, and a son and he is so cute. We are going back to our root. Polygamy wey no dey stressful. I like this. Gistlover dey plan disgrace, guy man use him hand bring the story. He has a second wife, his wife is aware, gini emezia. I don’t know if he needs a third wife because his voice na agbakam is and if the son will look this fine, I am in,” she wrote.

    In a rejoinder post, she opined that Polygamy will never stop no matter the outrage it elicits from social media.

    “I am PRO polygamy. It is not everyday you hear it , you will come and be acting shocked. What is shocking you that I am pro polygamy? Not when you hear I married Ned Nwoko or Otedola tomorrow you will come here and be acting shocked and threatening me with hellfire. As I am suffering now do you like it?you don’t want me to be doing giveaway. What do pastors mean by money I did not work for, is it not my husband’s money?

    “You will insult women for being single, insult them for being childless, insult them for being side chic, insult them for polygamy too… The only fault I see here is that it seems the wife did not hear of the marriage before today and heard it on social media but she was aware they are long time lovers.

    “How many of you have honestly asked your husband or boyfriend About Polygamy/Polyandry?? How many of you have done a court wedding and even understand what the law means by Bigamy

    “Do you as a first wife fighting the extra wife know that with a statutory marriage you can go to court. While I am still not clear on the laws but there is no law that forbids polygamy except the marriage act.

    “While I understand we cannot all support polygamy or be against it, I always want women to know they have options.

    Movie producer and director Edochie welcomed a bouncing baby with his colleague turned baby mama, Judy in 2021.

    The rumour had spread, but the actor made the official announcement on his Instagram page on Wednesday, where he shared pictures of himself and his son.

    He added that he loves the child as much as he loved his older four children, which he shared with his first wife, May.

    Veteran Nollywood actor, Chief Pete Edochie, has banished the second wife of his son, Yul, from entering his household.

    Yul on Wednesday described Judy Austin, as his second wife, while introducing his son, born by her, to the world, barely 17 years of marriage with May.

    According to worlsnews.space, he said: “I want the whole world and Nigerians to understand that as an Igbo man, I never support my son actions and as a statesman, I only Recognized his first wife as the only authenticated wife of my son, the rest is banished from entering my household.”

    Pete, who publicly endorsed his son, Yul, for the 2023 Nigerian presidential election, pointed out that getting with another wife simply means that one is ready to suffer and breed confusion among his generation.

    The veteran actor bore his mind on the second wife and son that Yul had outside his knowledge, after having four children from the first wife.

    He was said to have asserted that right from when Yul was a child, he never listened to him.

    As expected, the news wasn’t well-received by his first wife, May.

    The couple celebrated their 17th wedding anniversary in October 2021.

    He graduated from the University of Port Harcourt, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts.
