    Kizz Daniel buys back rights to debut album

    Popular Nigerian singer, Kizz Daniel, has gotten back the rights to his debut studio album, New Era, from his former record label, G-Worldwide.

    The singer via his X handle on Monday, disclosed that he also reclaimed the masters for his hit singles “Yeba” and “Sofa.” Kizz expressed that this achievement means more than words can convey.

    He wrote, “From long nights in the studio to several meditations, finally, I now own every song on the ‘New Era album’ 2016 + Yeba & Sofa (singles).

    “I got my masters back. This means more than words can explain. Thank you for riding with me. #NewEra #MyCatalog #Grateful.”

    Kizz Daniel released his debut album, *New Era*, on May 14, 2016, under his former record label, G-Worldwide.

    In November 2017, he announced his departure from G-Worldwide and subsequently founded his own label, Flyboy I.N.C. He faced a lawsuit from his former label boss, Emperor Geezy, but was acquitted of all charges.

    In 2023, Kizz Daniel announced that he had appointed Emperor Geezy as the new Chief Executive Officer of Flyboy I.N.C.

    Nigerian singer, Daniel Anidugbe, popularly known as Kizz Daniel has said he will not be holding a concert in Lagos this December.

    The Buga crooner cited the hardships citizens are currently enduring due to government economic policies.

    The singer made this known via the microblogging handle on Friday night in response to a fan who asked if he would hold a Christmas concert.

    The fan asked, “Are you holding any concert this December?”

    Nigerian singer, Daniel Anidugbe, popularly known as Kizz Daniel, has announced the death of his mother-in-law.

     He further urged his fans to say a prayer for the deceased.

    Amid the breakup rumours with his wife, famous afrobeat musician, Kizz Daniel has requested a refund for all his expenses.

    Earlier in the week, the internet was awashed of the singer’s marriage crash after his wife caught him with another woman in his studio.

    Speaking in a post on its X handle on Wednesday, the singer requested a refund for all that he has done for her if she insists on breaking up with him.

    Nigerian music star, Kizz Daniel, has caused a stir on social media with a controversial post about relationships and breakups.

    NAN reports that the post, which has since been deleted, has left many of his fans and followers speculating about the status of his marriage.

    In the post, Kizz Daniel stated: “If you won breakup with me, no problem 😉 just pay me my PENSION💰For all the things I don do 🙄 My airtime, My Gifts, The F**k etc then you can leave 💀– BALACLAVA 🥷.”

    Ace musician Kizz Daniel and his wife MJay Anidugbe are allegedly having challenges in their marriage over infidelity on the side of the artiste.

    Fans of the sensational singer had recently raised concerns when he removed all footage of his wife from his social media page and his wife’s Instagram account was  as well disabled.

    According to trending social media reports, the two lovebirds are having difficult times, as the ‘Buga’ crooner has allegedly been unrepentant and unfaithful to his marital vows, and this time his wife has refused to forgive him.

    Kizz Daniel is said to have been ‘running helter-skelter’ to save his home, as relatives and friends try to intervene, but the wife has remained adamant, refusing to forgive him and continue with the marriage.

    Although, neither Kizz Daniel nor his wife have confirmed the reports,  the singer had earlier  openly shared his struggles with adultery, among other personal challenges.

    Recall that Tekno debunked report that he received royalties worth N1 billion from his collaborative song with his colleague, Kizz Daniel, ‘Buga,’ saying that he’s richer than Kizz Daniel.

    However, Kizz Daniel has finally reacted to the tweet blasting Tekno for being ungrateful.

    According to him, he “rescued” Tekno’s dying career with the song.

    As the Nigerian music industry continues to get intense, Tekno sent warning to his colleague, Kizz Daniel over the royalties to their hit song, Buga.

    The ‘Pana’ hitmaker had taken to the micro blogging platform, Twitter, X to warn  Kizz Daniel that he’s not the one to be played with before he will expose him.

    His words:

    “Hope you are trending now fool! Careful o, breeze blow foul nyash Dey Open, I’m not the one to be played with Before I Kattwilliams yours Ass”

    This issue started when Kizz Daniel responded to one of Tekno’s tweets from a few weeks back in which Tekno had replied a post where it was stated that Kizz Daniel gave him one-billion naira for their Buga song.

    While responding, Tekno stated that Kizz Daniel doesn’t have that type of money to give to him, while claiming that the interview was fake.

    This statement apparently didn’t sit well with Kizz Daniel, as he fires back at him, raining all sorts of insults on Tekno.
