Electorates in the Mowe-Ibafo, Magboro, Arepo axis of Obafemi Owode Local Government area have lamented the late arrival of the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC’s officials to Polling units in the area. Checks show that INEC officials arrived late at all polling Center in Arepo and the environs.
