The accident happened few hours after Manchester United defeated Wolves 1-0 at the Molineux courtesy of Marcus Rashford’s solitary goal.

“I also feel relieved as in the last few days I had a shock,” he told TNT Sports.

“Really hard but I’m very grateful to God for putting this behind me now.

“It was a really, really difficult moment for me,” he said.

But a source told The Sun what actually happened to the Brazilian, disclosing that, “It was dark and wet and he made an error of judgement.

“He was shaken up but thankfully no one else was involved and he wasn’t injured.”

    Who is Georgina Rodriguez?

The Spanish model is the Man Utd star’s most serious love interest since he broke up with long-term partner Irina Shayk.

Cristiano Ronaldo may live most of his life in the public eye, but he has remained relatively secretive about his personal relationships since rising to footballing stardom.

TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports that the Manchester United forward dated Russian model Irina Shayk for nearly five years until January 2015, when their break-up was described as “like a death” in the family by his sister Elma.

Ronaldo was linked to a number of women after that, but it became apparent a few years ago that Spanish model Georgina Rodriguez is officially the Portugal captain’s partner. They are now very much an item, but if you’re wondering who Rodriguez is, this is what TheNewsGuru.co (TNG) knows about Ronaldo’s love interest.

    Who is Georgina Rodriguez?

Georgina is the partner of Ronaldo. She is a model and dancer, also something of an internet ‘influencer’, with a formidable social media following, numbering over 30 million followers on Instagram.

She is originally from the northeastern Spanish city of Jaca. It has a population of just over 13,000 and is near the French border, around 450km from Madrid.

The model is said to have worked as a waitress in her hometown before moving in with a family in Bristol, England, as an au pair.

It was gathered that Georgina met Ronaldo at a Gucci store in Madrid, where she was working as a shop assistant.

“His height, his body, his beauty caught my attention. I was trembling in front of him, but a spark ignited. I am very shy and perhaps this stirred me more in front of a person who, with one glance, had touched me deeply. Then after, the way Cristiano treats me, cares for me and loves me did the rest,” she said.

The relationship progressed steadily from there, and they started to be snapped by paparazzi together in public in late 2016. Most memorably, Ronaldo was caught in a wig and sunglasses in an attempt to disguise himself during a trip to Disneyland Paris.

France and Juventus midfielder, Paul Pogba has relived the attitude of former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo while they were both playing for Manchester united.

Recall that Ronaldo and Pogba shared the same dressing room last season after the French man’s  12 years stint outside Old Trafford.

Similarly, the Frenchman and the Portuguese have had two stints with the Red Devils and have represented Juventus during the course of their careers.

However,  the France international only shared the pitch with Ronaldo last season and has a lot to say about the former Real Madrid man’s attitude to the game.

“The discipline of Ronaldo was unbelievable – I’ve never seen this. The discipline is on another level,” Pogba told
    Field of Sports.

“Someone that’s been there every single day and doesn’t stop – that’s Cristiano.

“Every day! Some days you’re like, I’m ok! But he doesn’t miss one day. His discipline to do it every single day – this is something.”

Recall that Ronaldo got into the bad books of Manchester United after granting an interview with soccer pundit Piers Morgan making some uncomplimentary remarks about the club side.

The Portuguese is currently a free agent after his contract was terminated at Manchester United few days after granting the Piers Morgan Interview.

However, there are insinuations that the five time balon d’ or winner will be heading to Al Hilal in the Saudi Arabian league to continue his club career.

Ronaldo is currently without a club after his contract at Manchester United was terminated prematurely.

According to Football.London, a section of Gunners fans have urged the club to make a January transfer move for Ronaldo as a cover for Gabriel Jesus, who is set to spend a couple of weeks on the sidelines with an injury.

Despite Ronaldo’s advanced age, some Arsenal supporters contend the Portuguese still has a lot to offer at the top level.

Winterburn warns Arsenal against Ronaldo However, former Arsenal star, Winterburn has cautioned the Premier League club against making a transfer move for Ronaldo.

The former left-back argued the Portugal international would find it difficult to fit into the Gunners’ playing system.

“A lot of people might say, ‘That’s great, let’s do it’. I wouldn’t be able to argue with that, but I think the way Arsenal press games, they press high, they’re full of energy, and Ronaldo is an unbelievable player, but I don’t think he has the legs to be able to do that anymore. I’m certain he doesn’t,” Winterburn told Metro UK.

Winterburn believes Arsenal would have to adapt their playing style to bring Ronaldo in, and he feels that would be a complete disaster.

TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) recalls that Arsenal won their first trophy of the season, following their 2-1 epic win over AC Milan in Dubai.

The Gunners have been in flawless form since the start of the season, with the side losing just once so far this term.

Tech and shopping giants Amazon have emerged as potential buyers for Manchester United.
