Men now date women for money- Ini Edo

Sensational actress, Ini Edo is back from her acting hiatus and ready to unveil her collaborative movie with Uche Jumbo titled ‘Heaven on my mind’.
The Special Assistant to the Akwa Ibom State Governor on Culture and Tourism noted that men now date women for money, adding that the issue has to be addressed.
“Men of these days are not what they used to be. But the issues are not addressed. Nobody is talking about it. That’s why Uche Jombo and I took that up and made it the theme of our new movie.
Ironically, prostitution has reduced drastically. Young girls now go into different kinds of small-scale businesses like makeup, hair dressing and creams making. They now hustle more to make a living but I can’t say the same thing for men. I’m sorry but that’s the truth. For some men, their job is to move around from one woman to another for money. It’s like a full time job for them and nobody is addressing the issue. Don’t get me wrong, not all men do it, but some of them”, she stated in a chat with The Sun.

Men enjoy sex more- Yetunde Bakare, Actress

Well I believe men do enjoy sex more than women .Once they have a hard on they become selfish and all they want to do at that moment is to get satisfied and reach the climax not minding how the woman feels. Most of them don’t even know what foreplay is all about and some of them prefer to ignore it .They believe it’s a woman’s duty to satisfy her man sexually so they make themselves a priority in that aspect. Men hardly ask if their partner is satisfied after sex

    BUKOLA OJO

Most men are selfish when it comes to sex- Bukola Ojo, Actress

Most men are selfish, I guess they think about pleasuring themselves more during sex, my opinion is that they enjoy it more

    HARMONEE

Women enjoy sex more than men- Harmonee, Singer

The receiver is always the luckiest. Women enjoy sex more than men. It takes two to hit the right spot.

Both genders enjoy it- Vivica Anuforo, Actress

Women enjoy it more- Wini Lazarus

Women enjoy sex more than men. Women have everything where a man can touch which makes them go crazy. Men too enjoy it, but women enjoy it more.

My boyfriend screams during sex, he enjoys it- Pat Ugwu, Actress/dancer

The way my boyfriend screams during sex shows that men enjoy it more. My boyfriend screams, though I enjoy it, but I think he enjoys it more. For women, at times when men engage in it, it they put it in the wrong place, it pains us. Men enjoy it more

Women put a lot of emotion into sex- Ify Nancy Ubah, Actress

It is more biological or mental for most men. Women put their emotions and lots of passion into it.

That is why it could get really emotional for most women during a break up or divorce. A woman can stay in a violent relationship because the sex is good.

  • Numbers of ‘dead’ men in Buhari’s list of newly appointed board chairmen rises to three

President Muhammadu Buhari has allegedly appointed three dead men in his year-end appointments to federal boards and parastatals.

Three men, Rev Christopher Utov, Chief Donald Ugbaja and second republic senator, Francis Okpozo.

Of the three men, the presidency is actually aware of the death of Okpozo as it mourned his demise which happened in 2016.

In a statement by his media aide, Femi Adesina, Buhari said he commiserates with “the family and friends of the late senator, whose championing of social justice in the Niger Delta, during his long history of service to the people, endeared him to many”.

He added that he hopes that “all who mourn Senator Okpozo will carry forward his legacy of unwavering dedication to the unity of Nigeria, even as the nation would fondly remember his contributions to peace, development and justice in the Niger Delta”.

Utov, who died in March of this year, was appointed as a member of Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research and Ugbaja as a member of the Consumer Protection Council. Ugbaja died November 29, 2017.

The three deaths happened far from each other and it cannot be argued that time caused the errors. From a death that occurred as far back as March last year to one that occurred less than four weeks ago.

This gaffe by the president has put a larger question mark on the anti-corruption crusade it claims in light of the Senate investigation into allegations that fuel subsidy was given without approval by the National Assembly.

The appointees’ list also has names duplicated on different boards as members.

For one, Kabiru Matazu was appointed the chairman of both the FCT Universal Education Board and the board of Federal Medical Centre, Abeokuta.

Also duplicated was the name Habiba Umar who was appointed to the board of the Federal Medical Centre, Yola and the one in Birnin-Kebbi.

Sabo Nanono was appointed a chairman of the board of Nigerian Tourism Development Corporation (NTDC) and also a member of the board of the National Agency for Science and Engineering (NASENI).

Umaymah Abdullahi was named on the board of Lake Chad Research Institute, Maiduguri as well as the Federal Medical Centre, Sokoto.

  • 2019: ‘Buhari’s integrity claim under question; his men dancing naked in the market square’ – Fayose

Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State has said much acclaimed Integrity personality of President Muhammadu Buhari is under serious question especially with the recent reinstatement and subsequent dismissal of a former Chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Pension Reforms, Abdulrasheed Maina.

Fayose noted that the claimed recovery of $85m as part of funds allegedly looted from the Malabu oil deal and conclusion of negotiation with Switzerland on the return of $321m recovered from the late Military Head of State, Gen. Muhammad Abacha family were a diversionary tactic.

According to a statement signed by his Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, Fayose stated this while addressing journalists in Ado Ekiti on Friday.

In his words: “When was this $85m recovered? Has the money been paid into the Federation Account? Didn’t Buhari claim that Abacha did not steal a penny? They are just trying to divert the attention of Nigerians as they have always done.

While the President Muhammadu Buhari-led government is still being confronted with the ‘Mainagate’ global shame, the Senator representing the Bauchi Central Senatorial District, Isa Misau, yesterday, came with yet another bombshell that the Inspector General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, gave two Sports Utility Vehicles to the wife of the President, Aisha Buhari.

Even though the police have said the vehicles in question were meant for the police personnel in the convoy of the wife of the President, Nigerians will like to see records of such vehicles provided for the security personnel of previous First Ladies. Most importantly, what happened to the promise made by the President not to operate the Office of the First Lady?

In the last one month, Nigerians have been confronted with messy revelations like the fraudulent reinstatement of Abdullahi Maina, who was declared wanted for corrupt practices by the International Police Organisation after he was dismissed from office by the Civil Service Commission in 2013 for allegedly committing N2.1bn pension fraud while in office.”

Fayose also pointed to the reinstatement of the former Economic and Financial Crimes Commission Chairman, Ibrahim Lamorde, who was accused of corruption by the Senate, unceremoniously removed from office and declared wanted as the Commissioner of Police in charge of the Special Fraud Unit, Ikoyi, Lagos.

He also pointed to the appointment of Ahmed Gambo Saleh; the Supreme Court Registrar, who was indicted for fraud as the Secretary of the National Judicial Council and Secretary of the Corruption and Financial Crime Cases Trial Monitoring Committee.

He said, “Today, the President’s claim to integrity is under serious question, with his men dancing naked in the market square.

While I await yet another scandal in what has become a government of one week, one scandal, I ask our President what has happened to the report of the committee that investigated the $43m discovered in an apartment at Osbourne Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos?

What happened to the DSS indictment for corruption of the Acting Chairman of EFCC, Ibrahim Magu and the Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN, Investigative Panel set up by the President?

Who is the owner of the LEGICO Shopping Plaza, Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos, inside which the EFCC claimed that it found the N448.8m cash?

Who brought the five sacks in which the EFCC claimed it found N49m cash to the Kaduna Airport?

What happened to the probe panel on the alleged N500m bribery said to have been paid to the Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari, by officials of the South African-owned telecommunications company, MTN, with the intent to influence government to discontinue its heavy stance on the $5bn fine imposed on the company?”

  • Nigerian men are not romantic- Simi

Jamb Question sensation, Simi has revealed that Nigerian men are not romantic. The songstress who has an affinity for romantic songs said she doesn’t believe Nigerian men are romantic.

According to her: “I don’t believe Nigerian men are romantic. I think Nigerian men do not think they have to be romantic. I am not saying this to bash men but I think no one pushes Nigerian men to fight for anything so they have this sense of entitlement. I was watching a Nigerian movie one day and there was this unfaithful Nigerian man who left his wife for another woman. At the end of the day, the other woman left him and he retraced his steps to his initial wife. The lady’s mother actually told her to kneel in front of the man and that bothered me a lot even though I knew it was a movie. That is the way things are” she told Punch.

She also condemned the sense of entitlement Nigerian men display, adding that Nigerian men grow up, feeling entitled to certain things.

Hear her:“A lot of men grow up in this country feeling entitled to certain things and they believe that they don’t have to work for anything. This has been the case for generations and a lot of our mothers were unhappy because the society expected them to stay in the relationship. I am not saying it is the right thing for people to leave their relationships but a man needs to fight for what he wants so he can value it. I think the problem is because a lot of Nigerian men feel self-entitled and I blame our culture and our mothers. Most mothers are the problem because when something happens, they are quick to advise the daughter and wives, they don’t tell the men that their actions are wrong. So if a man feels that he does not have to fight to keep the relationship, he would not.”

  • Stop keeping mobile phones in your pockets, it causes infertility – Expert warns men

A Chemical Pathologist, Prof. Ganiyu Arinola, has advised men against putting cellphone in their trouser pockets, saying it may cause male infertility.

Arinola, who is the Head, Department of Chemical Pathology, University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan, gave the advice in Ibadan on Saturday.

He said public attention has been drawn to the issue of safety of radiations from laptops and putting cellphone in the pockets.

This calls for special focus, considering the fact that infertility has affected certain percentages of couples of reproductive age.

It is worthy of note that nearly half of these percentages have been linked to male infertility.

Other factors include exposure to certain environmental pollutants, lifestyle, occupation and infections of the urinary genital tract which have been linked to male infertility.

Putting cellphone in the pockets or hang on a belt is recently proposed to be the cause of infertility, especially in the males,’’ he said.

Arinola, who is also a senior lecturer of Immunology at the University of Ibadan, said studies carried out, using various methodologies, linked cellphones radiation to male infertility.

According to him, opinions differ as to the possible mechanism by which cellphones radiation may produce these changes within the short-time of putting it in the male pockets.

Arinola added: “Radiation from cellphones is said to affect sperm structure, mobility/movement, vitality or being alive for expected length of time.

But, it is known that millions of sperm cells are released during mating and only one sperm is needed to fertilise the female egg.

The likelihood is that all the sperms may not be damaged at the same time, but within the short-time of putting cell-phones in the pocket.

Based on the health risks from cellphone radiation, it is advisable that simple precautionary safe method of handling cellphone should be practiced in order to protect health and fertility.”

  • Stop putting yourselves in situations that can make you get raped – Dencia tells women

Popular singer, Dencia has poured out her mind on how women can avoid getting raped. The creator of the controversial bleaching cream, Whitenicious said it is difficult to dictate the actions of others, and for this reasons, women should not put themselves in risky situations that could lead to them getting raped.

She added that people can blame and shame but “Once you are hurt, the blaming, the shaming, the jail won’t take that back,” she said.

The post has stirred different reactions on social media.

A certain Leaux wrote:”I see her point. However, if she sent out a simple message telling men to not rape women then I feel like that would be more useful. No one ever calls men out until after they have violated a woman. There is so much love in this world so why do we continue to tolerate men raping women who are minding their business.”

Diamond said: ”My point is this there are no precaution to be made, because a rapist is a rapist and has no particular pattern. If he can have sex with little kids, do you think a grown lady with full grown boobs covered with a long flowing gown is not an exception. Not all prostitutes are raped. Church girls still face rape rapidly. A rapist pointing out your dressing is just trying to justify his actions”.

  • Don’t spend money on women in order to date them- Joro Olumofin

Controversial relationship blogger, Joro Olumofin has urged Nigerian men to stop spending money or projecting wealth to any lady they are interested in. He said the first stimulus you present in an experiment If pleasurable must be repeated or continued If you want to keep your test subjects interests remaining intact.

In his words:”These same men later complain that ladies ask them for money too much, these ladies present them with a reservoir of requests & when there’s no money or gifts there’s nothing to talk about. FRIENDSHIP SHOULD COME FIRST BEFORE SPENDING MONEY. The major problem with our generation regarding relationships is that ” sex ” is now synonymous with “money”. Men believe that if they don’t spend money or show off their assets, house, cars ladies won’t pay them any attention which is TRUE and also ladies because of peer pressure, unavailability of jobs, recession mentality, hardships believe that money shows love & caring. Being broke to some ladies is a crime which warrants insults or derogatory names.

“Fellas, don’t spend 1 kobo on her first, take her on dates, play snake and ladder, play ludo with her, take her to have drinks or movies. Don’t start with materialistic things. Let’s put a stop to Money before Love. Love should come before money”.

Many recognize Joro as a 21st-century love guru who has built an impressive presence on social media. Adejoro Olumofin, became popular for his interactive approach to controversial topics on Instagram. According to reports, he receives about 800 emails weekly from people who desire relationship advice.
