    Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe has damned insinuation of infidelity by her ex-husband, Asiwaju Lanre Gentry to mark the birthday of her new husband, Kazim Adeoti.

    Mercy Aigbe, mother of two, took to her Instagram handle on Monday to render praises on Adeoti, movie producer and the boss of Adekaz Production.

    Mercy Aigbe wrote: “Handsome Bobo. Yeah!!! Finally it’s here!!!! Happy birthday to a Great Man, a man of honor, amazing personality!!!!! Your heart is so pure! Selfless in all ramifications!!! An astute businessman (my mentor when it comes to business), super hardworking, real estate mogul, best movie marketer! My bestie, My reality check, My gist partner!

    “You do so so much for people around you, you are a rare Gem! A very good man, a great partner! Thank you for being a Pillar, Thank you for being a source of happiness, thank you for your endless support at all times!

    “I am so blessed to have you in my corner. As you add another year today I pray to Almighty Allah to continue to increase you in every area of your life! Grant all of your heart desires, abundant wisdom, more blessings, good health and long life! Atanda, Today I celebrate God’s Grace in your life! Happy birthday Ade Omo Ade”.

    The Nollywood actress even outlined her activities for the day in order to create time to celebrate her new found love.

    She wrote: “Money Making Monday. Off to the store briefly cos I have boxes of New Arrivals to open, before taking hubby out for his birthday dinner party”.

    In another Instagram post, Mercy wrote: “Alhaji and Hajia Kazim Adeoti. Still celebrating you my King! May you continue be celebrated all the days of your life! Thank you for being my Peace, My Happiness, May Almighty Allah continue to bless your path and uplift you beyond your imaginations. Tonight we turn up”.

    TNG reports Mercy Aigbe was formerly married to the top hotelier, Lanre Gentry, but left the marriage in 2017 on allegations of domestic violence and infidelity.

    Following recent posts made by Mercy Aigbe, Gentry reacted with an Instagram post in which he shared a throwback photo of himself with Mercy along with her new husband.

    “At last, I thank God the truth is out. This is just one out of many. To God be the glory,” Gentry captioned the photo he shared on Instagram, insinuating infidelity on the part of Mercy.

    Asiwaju Lanre Gentry, former husband to Mercy Aigbe has reacted after the Nollywood actress revealed her latest darling.

    Mercy had earlier on Sunday put the viral rumour of her love affairs with Kazim Adeoti to rest.

    Asiwaju Gentry took to his official Instagram handle later in the day to share an old photo of himself and Mercy, and the actress’ new love interest.

    “At last, I thank God the truth is out. This is just one out of many. To God be the glory,” Gentry captioned the photo he shared on Instagram, insinuating infidelity on the part of Mercy.

    In 2021, the movie star shared a photo where she wore an engagement ring before celebrating her new man, Adeoti as he is about to mark his birthday.

    Mercy Aigbe finally puts viral rumour of her love affairs with Adeoti to rest

    Nollywood actress and mother of two, Mercy Aigbe has finally put the viral rumour of her love affairs with Kazim Adeoti to rest.

    TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports Adeoti is a movie producer and the boss of Adekaz Production, who has produced some of Mercy’s movies and always attended her events.

    The actress was formerly married to top hotelier, Lanre Gentry, but left the marriage in 2017 on allegations of domestic violence and infidelity.

    On Sunday, Mercy took to her official Instagram handle to celebrate her new man, Adeoti as he is about to mark his birthday.

    “It’s my Boo’s birthday in a bit. Cc @kazimadeoti thank you for being amazing. I can’t wait to wish my best friend a happy birthday,” she wrote on Instagram.

    Recall that in 2021, the movie star shared a photo where she wore an engagement ring.

    “Finally I said Yes to ‘D’ Owner. Thank you, God, of many chances,” she wrote at the time.

    According to a report by The Will, Adeoti is presently married to Funsho, a notable fashion designer and the owner of Asiwaju Couture.

    Her upscale store boasts of high-profile clientele in the National Assembly and social circles, according to the medium.

    Since she allegedly got to know about her husband’s closeness with Mercy, she has not had peace. She is said to be worried and sick that Mercy might soon become her husband’s second wife.

    Nollywood actress and mother of two, Mercy Aigbe has revealed her new relationship status.

    This is coming after the Edo-born script interpreter proudly shared the video of herself and alleged lover Adakaz who is reportedly the owner of Ibaka TV.

    Taking to her Instagram page, a few hours after that, the actress shared a stunning photo of herself in a blue outfit and a blue turban, describing herself as a wife to an Alhaji.

    Sharing the photo, she wrote: ‘Iyawo Alhaji.’

    Reacting to the post, Nollywood stars such as Toyin Abraham, Funke Akindele, Nkechi Blessing gushed over Mercy’s photo.

    It would be recalled that the Nollywood actress tied the knot with Lanre Gentry in 2013 but they got separated in 2018 over accusations of infidelity and domestic violence.

    The actress until now has kept private matters away from social media.

    Meanwhile, Mercy Aigbe has spoken on the recent hike of the Naira against the Dollar and has complained that it is making her depressed.

    She made a post on Instagram asking how other entrepreneurs are surviving with the exchange rate and paying school fees for their children schooling abroad.

    Days after being dragged over an amorous affair with a married man, Mercy Aigbe has turned the spotlight on herself again with an eyebrow raising video.

    Recall that the mother of two was dragged by the controversial Instagram blogger, Gistlovers, that accused her of being in a romantic relationship with a married man with four children.

    It was revealed that she’s amorously linked to the owner of Ibaka TV, who abandoned his family in Minnesota just to be with her in Nigeria.

    Amid the allegations, Mercy Aigbe didn’t utter a word in respect to the saga. Instead, a few days after she was dragged, she has now shared a video of herself being styled while flaunting a ring on her finger and calling her lover’s title, D’owner.

    During the Father’s Day celebration last week, Mercy Aigbe and her estranged husband, Lanre Gentry reignited their age long rift.

    The outburst began when the actress decided to celebrate herself on Father’s Day which hurt Lanre Gentry.

    In a recent interview, Aigbe opened up on why she called Gentry a ‘dead beat’ father.

    “He is. That is who he is. He is a ‘dead beat’ dad in capital letters. He is. So, he should not come and claim some things. These are things that can be found out because the school is there. Anybody can find these things out so he should stop lying”, she told Punch.

    Speaking further, the fashionable role interpreter lamented over her estranged husband refusal to sign their divorce papers.

    “He has. The bailiff from the court went to his place several times. We had to appeal to the court so that we can be allowed to paste the court document on his gate; I do not know the procedure they call it. The case is still in court.

    Before the court went on strike, this man refused to appear in court. So, all that he was telling you are lies. All these things that I am telling you are what can be investigated. We are still legally married. This man refused to sign the divorce papers and he has refused to appear in court. I don’t know the legal term for this but my lawyer had to appeal to the court for them to permit us to paste the papers on his gate. That is what they did to him.

    Four appearances and this man refused to show up before the court went on strike. Now that the courts have resumed, the case is back to court. He has refused to even show up”.

    Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe and her ex-husband, Lanre Gentry have been battling one another on social media.

    The rift began when Mercy Aigbe celebrated herself on Father’s Day without acknowledging the role of a father figure in the lives of her children.

    In his reaction, Gentry denied being an absentee dad, adding that he has been responsible for his children.

     

    Mercy knocked Gentry, calling him a shameless man and threatening to release evidence showing he has not been performing his fatherly role.

    Gentry threw more jabs at her again on his Instagram page, threatening to expose secrets of the actress.

    His post read: Mercy Aigbe, it does not take me a minute to expose all your shady secrets callous inhuman and prostitution acts with all your so call marketer, but I will not, because of my son Olajuwon and your very good mother.

    “But when the time comes the whole world will still know the fake life you are living and you need to stop all this your arrogant life.”

    In an interview last year, Mercy Aigbe confessed that she had a crush on 2face Idibia for a long time.

    “Don’t tell anybody o. For a very long time, I had a crush on 2baba.”

    The role interpreter also stated that before she got into the industry, she admired Liz Benson and Sola Sobowale. She said, “Coming into the industry, there were two people I admired a lot— Liz Benson and Sola Sobowale. Liz Benson was just so beautiful and she still is. I absolutely loved her back then. I also loved the way Sola Sobowale interpreted her roles. She inspires me whenever I see her on a movie set.”
