    Sensational actress and filmmaker, Mercy Aigbe has averred that she may consider going under the knife

    Aigbe made this known in the latest episode of her vlog.

    Sharing her views on body enhancement, she said:” I do not have a problem with bod enhancement . Nobody should be castigated for opting for body enhancement. People need to understand that this, these people are adults, and should be left alone to do whatever they want to do”.

    Speaking further, the pretty mother of two added that those who opt for body enhancement should be careful because it can be addictive.

    “Don’t overdo it, don’t get addicted to it. Its’s not like I don’t have the money to go under the knife, but I am scared. I don’t know if I am still going to do, it might be when I get the courage to do it”.

He belongs to another woman so please it had better be worth it. Don’t go and collect chocolate and flowers as gifts from a married man oh.. If you do, your head needs to be examined. If you are dating a married man, chop his money, collect his money because that man is already married. So stupid girls will be dating a married man will be doing love…sis he is not yours.     Sassy and stylish actress and filmmaker, Mercy Aigbe has revealed that she almost fell into depression, adding that she is not always happy.

    Aigbe made this known via her Youtube channel.

    In her words: ”I am not always happy. There are times things happen and I ask God: ’Why me’? I am not always happy; there was a time I almost fell into depression. I have decided to choose happiness irrespective of what happens to me”.

    Sharing her thoughts on doing business in Nigeria, Aigbe said: ”Doing business in Nigeria is so stressful; I tell people that if not for my love for money, I would have given up. Doing business in Nigeria is so hectic, very hectic I tell you.A lot of people have fears, they don’t want to try out new things because they don’t want to fail. You are human, you can fail. The best thing is to get up and keep going. You need to keep going without looking back. This is what makes you a champion”.

    On how she copes as a single mother, the award winning diva averred: ”I don’ t even know How I manage, at times I wonder how do I manage to do all this work and not break down? It’s a lot of hard work, I tell you. Sometimes, I just want to stay in bed all through, I won’t want to go out because of the work load. But I have to keep going because my bills are pursuing me. It’s a lot of work, you need to learn to multi task”, she added.

     

    Asked how she finds time to rest, she said: ”If I really want to rest, I travel out of the country. My favourite place is Dubai”.

    Popular actor, Adeniyi Johnson has stated that he was scared when Funke Akindele told him he would be kissing Mercy Aigbe in a movie.

    The ace actor made this revelation during the birthday celebration held for Mercy Aigbe recently.

    When asked to say a few things about the celebrant, Johnson said:“My name is Adeniyi Johnson but the name would not have been If I had not met Mercy Aigbe. Over time, there have been a lot of misconceptions about how I rose to become a star. Few people that are close to me, know my source. I am never shy to be affiliated with the name, Mercy Aigbe. I had attended an audition for the movie, ‘The Return of Jenifa’. Luckily for me, I was picked. I was told I would be acting with Mercy Aigbe, even though I was an up and coming actor. When I got on set, Funke Akindele told me I would be kissing Mercy Aigbe. I felt she wasn’t supposed to tell me, because acting with her alone gave me tension, let alone kissing her.”

    Speaking further, Johnson noted that he had to check if his breath didn’t smell.

    “I had to check my breath every now and then. She (Aigbe) acted the role of my girlfriend in ‘The Return of Jenifa’. I think she saw what other people didn’t see in me. She told me I did well. The first sub-lead I ever played was given to me by Mercy Aigbe. I would continue to make you proud. Thank you for allowing God to use you for me,” he added.

    The 41-year-old role interpreter got a credit alert on Christmas Day and made it public, hinting that she had begun receiving gifts ahead of her 42nd birthday on January 1.

    Lanre Gentry, estranged hubby of Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe has revealed that the beautiful role interpreter has returned to his house.
    Gentry stated that the issues between him and his wife has been resolved.
    According to him: “We are not in court and we don’t have any issues (again). She is my wife and the court case is over. She is back to my house”, he told Punch.
    Asked the lessons he had learnt from the marriage crisis, the hotelier said: “There is no special lesson to be learnt anywhere. Women are usually misled by their friends. When a woman is in the midst of her friends, many things happen. However, when they realise that they have done something wrong, then they are good to go. We give thanks to God.”
    However, a close associate of Aigbe denied Gentry’s claims, saying he was just seeking attention.When the associate relayed the message to Mercy the actress said, ‘What is wrong with Baba Juwon? And why are people still calling him to ask unnecessary questions? He just wants publicity. I stay in my own house.”
    The source continued, “Mercy is not in the country at the moment; she travelled out to get goods for her stores. He (Gentry) knows that the media is not talking about him again, so he just wants to ‘trend’. Meanwhile, Mercy has moved on; he is the one that is stagnant. I think he is suffering from inferiority complex. At times, when he goes out, he introduces himself as Mercy Aigbe’s husband.”

    “No one sees my endorsements and influencing deals. Almost 15years as an Actor, I buy a house, they see it as a big deal! They try to tag every wealthy man they know to my success because they just can’t comprehend how and why a woman should be successful.”
