    A  ‘Dating Game Show’ video of Nollywood actress Moyo Lawal has sparked concerns amongst her fans on social media.

    This comes after the sexy actress was captured with an unusually white face, stirring the speculation that she may be bleaching her skin.

    The video which features the actress sitting on a bench outdoors, introducing a dating game show to her online fans was originally uploaded on her Instagram handle on May 3.

    She captioned the video, “My SINGLE BESTIES, where are you?? @seduction_island has brought an update for us oooooh (although I am not still sure I can qualify as marriage material) but I digress….

    However, Netizens were more concerned and focus with her looks than what she was saying.

    Baring his mind on the video, an Instagram user named King Khalil wrote, “Omooor bbl and bleaching…this girl old age go bad gan.”

    Imafidon Genevieve wrote, “Who do Moyo like this? Bleaching nor good o.”

    Another netizen Jennifer Onuoha wondered, “Is her face not too white?”

     Msfisheer wrote; “Not trying to sound like a troll but some of y’all need to know when to stop bleaching your skin before you vanish out of the surface of Earth.”

    This isn’t the first time Moyo has been fingered in bleaching speculations. In 2016, the sexy actress debunked similar claims, insisting she had a secret to glowing skin. “P.S am totally brown skinned, I just really glow like a lot… Hence when light touches me I eeem shimmer,” she wrote at the time.

    In a bid to correct the misconceptions, Lawal stated that she likes marriage but she’s running away from raising kids.

    “Marriage is beautiful and challenging. I grew up with both my parents. Single mothers should be awarded. Is it easy? What I am really running from is raising kids. Let’s be guided,” the actress said.

    Speaking further, she said, “Raising kids is hard. Anyone doing it is a superhero and deserves to be awarded every day.”

    Lawal then said that she’s terrified of raising kids because she has seen her friends do it and she’s impressed by their strength.

    “Loyalty is easy for some of us. It’s raising the kids that terrifies us. I see my friends do it and I am in awe of their strength because I just want to watch cartoons and eat,” the actress said.

    Moyo Lawal, Nollywood actress, has reacted to claims on social media that she offers sex for money.

    The actress took to her Instagram page to share a video monologue where she described herself as “well-behaved”.

    The curvy actress also said that she has had years where she abstained from sex completely.

    “About this matter, I wanted to keep quiet because I’m not a fighter and neither do I know how to insult. However, I made way too many sacrifices and said no to too many things. Even people who dated me are on this app,” she said.

    “They know how I’m when it comes to sex matters. The last thing you can try to use and drag me down is sex.

    “I can beat my chest anywhere. When it comes to being decent, I’m top-10. Whatever I’ve done, I have never been as bad as a regular girl. I’m not a saint neither am I married. So I have the liberty to do anything I want.”

    In the caption of the video, she added: “Let us stick to the truth. I can beat my chest anywhere that I have been better behaved. I have had years where I abstained completely you think with that kind of self-control, I still won’t have sense than most regular girls and even some married women?”

    Her revelation has however triggered mixed reactions on social media.

Then one time, my mum even bought phones for the business center my God!! Honestly, I just thought these people were stealing my childhood. I had no idea, they were just preparing me for a future that didn’t require me having to survive on just a certain skill or depending on anyone,” said Lawal.

    While Lilian received a bill of N790, 321 for her office, Moyo said she received a bill of almost N500, 000.

    Esoro wrote: “I don’t understand, am I running a factory?Or is this for the year.I don’t understand.Una dey mad ni?”

    In the same vein, Moyo Lawal stated that her NEPA bill has disoriented her .

    “My NEPA bill has just disoriented me .Estimated bill of almost 500k.When I don’t have factory in my house.Na to tell them to come cut the light remain abi.I am just weak”, she lamented.

     

    Earlier in 2021, The Nigerian government approved an increase in electricity tariff payable by electricity consumers in Nigeria.

    The Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, NERC, approved over 50 per cent hike in electricity tariff payable by customers of the 11 Distribution Companies, DisCos.

    A Multi Year Tariff Order (MYTO) signed by the new Chairman of NERC, Sanusi Garba, on December 30, 2020, showed that the new tariff increase took effect on January 1, 2021.

    The new increment is coming barely two months after the implementation of the controversial hike proposed last year.
