    Aliko Dangote, the Africa’s richest man has advised singer Oluwatosin Ajibade, known as Mr Eazi, and his wife, Temi Otedola, to keep their marriage private.

    Dangote gave the advice during the couple’s wedding ceremony held recently in Iceland, where he served as chairman of the event.

    Speaking at the reception, Dangote said he cancelled several engagements to attend because Temi is very special to the family. He added that it was his first time visiting Iceland.

    He praised Mr Eazi for his calm and humble nature, describing him as a rare combination of musician and businessman. According to him, the singer has successfully established businesses across 18 African countries.

    Dangote also commended Temi, saying she is independent, tough and determined, despite coming from a wealthy background. He noted that her entrepreneurial spirit will help her in marriage.

    On his advice to the couple, he said, “Keep your matters private, don’t allow outsiders into your home.”

    Dangote further joked that he would host a big party to celebrate the couple’s first child, either in London, Miami or even back in Iceland.

    He described the wedding as the “greatest of the year” and thanked Femi Otedola for putting the ceremony together.

    Nigerian Billionaire, Femi Otedola, has revealed that he bought two mansions on the same street in Dubai for his daughter’s wedding.

    Otedola during his speech at the reception in Iceland on August 8 celebrating Temi, and Tosin Ajibade (Mr Eazi) said he acquired the properties just to make his daugter happy.

    The wedding has been the talk of town since some pictures were released.

    He said: “There is this guy that has been showing me properties in Dubai for the last 15 years, I never bought. I am not exaggerating at least 70 properties and I never bought. So I now called up the guy because we were in Dubai for sightseeing, let us see what is in the market.”

    “We saw this beautiful house where we had the engagement and Temi said to me ‘Papa, you know I can have my engagement ceremony in this house, why don’t you buy it?’. She does not talk much but when she does, it is deep. So I got home and slept over it, I was saying so I am going to spend all this money on this house?

    “Something now struck me that common Femi, money you spend is not yours. Life is for the living. I called up the agent and was like I will buy the house, so I bought it.

    “Eight months ago, on the same street the agent called me that there was another house they just completed and asked if I wanted to look at it, I said why not?” he said.

    “So I went there, I looked at it, it was a beautiful house but I have a house of course. Temi then came to visit me and I was like Temi there is this house let us go and look at it together. Temi then said ‘Papa you know, this house would be nice for our after party?’. I was like you are very unserious. Anyways to make her happy, I bought it on the same street. So we had the after party there.”

    Nigerian singer Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi, and actress cum actress Temi Otedola, daughter of billionaire businessman, Femi Otedola, have tied the knot in a private ceremony in Iceland.

    Comedian and skitmaker Broda Shaggi shared clips on his Instagram page showing him with Mr Eazi and Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, in Iceland.

    Although the exact date of the wedding remains unknown, clips from the intimate ceremony have surfaced online, giving fans a glimpse into the special day.

    The wedding took place at the iconic Hallgrímskirkja Church in Reykjavik, which was beautifully adorned with flowers and closed to the public to maintain the couple’s desired level of privacy.

    Only close family members and friends were in attendance to witness the union. Online videos captured Temi’s mother, Nana Otedola, and her famous sister, DJ Cuppy, leaving the church in breathtaking outfits.

    Recall, Mr Eazi had engaged Temi Otedola on Sunday, April 10, 2022, and she accepted, citing a deep sense of peace and connection with him. The couple had expressed their desire for a private wedding with only family members in attendance, with no more than ten people.

    Famous singer and serial entrepreneur Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, aka Mr Eazi, has debunked the rumours circulating that Afrobeats star Tekno collapsed on stage.

    TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports that a viral video showing an unidentified man alleged to be the ‘Pana‘ crooner being held by security operatives in a bid to revive him after he collapsed on while performing on stage in South Africa sparked speculations on Tuesday.

    The video, which has caused a lot of  speculation, got the attention of Mr. Eazi, who, took to his X.com account, to immediately debunked the rumours stating that Tekno is currently in Malaba, Equatorial Guinea, and not South Africa, as the rumour suggests.

    He wrote, “Lmao Tekno wey dey Malabo.”

    Checks on Tekno’s Instagram, shows the singer posted videos from his performance in Malabo on Monday with the caption, “Thank you Malabo.”

    It would be recalled that  Tekno and Mr. Eazi recently formed a strategic alliance after the former’s Cartel Music label and the latter’s music company, emPawa Africa, struck a joint venture with Tekno as an investor and a partner.

    The daughter of billionaire Femi Otedola, Temi Otedola, on Friday celebrated her fiancé Oluwatosin Oluwole Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi, who clocked a year older.

    Temi via a post on her Instagram page, shared a picture of herself and Mr Eazi dressed in white outfits.

    The actress wore a wine-coloured gele, while Mr Eazi sported a wine traditional cap with white stripes.

    She captioned the post, “Celebrating you today + everyday!!! Happy birthday to my forever person. My soon to be oko (husband).”

    The 28-years-old also shared more photos of them on her Instagram story, professing her love for him while stating how he had changed her life.

    “My entire life changed when I met you!! over the last 8 years you’ve inspired me, supported me and continually shown that you are the kindest soul I’ve ever come across. I’m so excited to spend the rest of your birthdays right by your side,” she wrote.

    Temi and Mr Eazi got engaged in April 2022.

    In a May interview with Beat FM that same year, Temi revealed her reasons for accepting his marriage proposal.

    She expressed the unique sense of peace she feels when with Mr Eazi, describing it as a feeling she can’t experience with anyone else.

    “It’s not something about him. It is just a feeling; a sense of peace I can’t feel with anyone else. It is a feeling like one has found one’s best friend and soulmate. I don’t know how to describe it. It is just like home,” she said.

    Nigerian singer and record producer, Augustine Okechukwu, popularly known as Tekno, has partnered with emPawa Africa, the brainchild of musical impresario, Mr Eazi, to pave way for African music evolution.

    Mr Eazi announced his company’s new feat via a statement on X, formerly Twitter, on Wednesday.

    According to Mr Eazi, the collaboration will see Tekno’s Cartel Music releasing some exciting new music via emPawa Africa.

    “This phase will see them partnering with African artistes at different stages of their careers, who want to maintain financial and creative freedom.

    “Also, they can move from talent for hire to equity participation. It’s a first-of-its-kind deal for afrobeats.

    “This game-changing collaboration will see Tekno’s cartel music releasing some exciting new music via emPawa Africa.

    “In addition, Tekno plans to invest as a shareholder in emPawa Africa during the company’s next capital call round,” he said.

    He said that emPawa Africa had been at the forefront of discovering and nurturing emerging talent across the African continent; building a launch pad for artistes to shine on the global stage.

    “We have worked with artistes such as Joeboy, Major League DJz, Fave, King Promise, Minz and DJ Neptune, among others.”

    On the partnership, Tekno added: “This alliance with emPawa will provide an avenue to be a game-changer for the African music industry and a beacon of opportunity for artistes.”

     

    Mr Eazi launched emPawa Africa, a talent incubation initiative, to nurture and support up-and-coming artistes in Africa, in 2018.

    Tekno joins Grammy-winning music producer, Michaël Brun, among those who have invested in emPawa.

    Teckno’s new single will be released on Friday, May 24.

    Popular Nigerian singer, Mr Eazi has revealed his engagement with Temi Otedola has further encouraged him to communicate more.

    He disclosed this on Wednesday night at the listening party of his new album “The Evil Genius”, held at Windsor Gallery, Victoria Island, Lagos.

    “Be it in platonic or romantic relationship, you’d see it’s all about making sacrifices, compromises is what living is all about. Before now, I usually don’t communicate well with Temi.

    “I’d just stop talking, but there was this day she flipped it and I almost lost it, it made me understand how she felt.

    ”So, now I understand why it’s important to communicate be it with one’s partner or just friends,” he said.

    Mr Eazi, said that ‘Evil Genius’ was the first track he recorded with with the famous Soweto Gospel Choir.

    Nigerian singer, songwriter, and record executive, Oluwatosin  Ajibade, popularly known as MR Eazi, has described his new album, titled, “The Evil Genius”, as a body of work and encompassment of his journey in life in recent times.

    Mr Eazi said this on Wednesday night at the listening party of the new album, held at Windsor Gallery, Victoria Island, Lagos.

    The 16-track album, a fusion of music and art has also been showcased in Accra and London.

    According to him, the album is a seamless blend of visual art and musical creativity.

    “To begin with, this album was made for me; the different seasons of life; baring my heart out, no holding back. When your personal story can inspire you, it’s liberating.

    “The first track of the album, Oluwa Jor ( God please). Going to the ICU to check on my mum everyday got me thinking about life, from my pondering I realised life is all about sacrifices.

    “About five tracks of this album was about my relationship, one of the track was Lack of Communication, which you’d agree with me is the number one danger sign in any type of relationship,” he said.

    He added that the album made him understand that life is about making sacrifices and being intentional.
