Immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator Dr Ifeanyi Okowa on Friday said the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, (DESOPADEC) got a total of N208 billion in the eight years of his administration. Speaking on the “Morning Show” on Arise Television, the immediate past State Commissioner for Information
