Viral video: APC national chairman did not strip naked – Aide

Malam Nata’ala Mohammed, Personal Assistant on New Media to the National Chairman of APC, Sen. Abdullahi Adamu, has debunked insinuations making round that the viral video of a man stripped naked at Lafia Emir’s palace was suspected to be Adamu.

In a telephone interview on Saturday in Keffi, Mohammed, said those making such allegations were not honest to themselves and were mischievous in character, adding, ”they are only seeking relevance.”

”A viral video of a man that was stripped naked on Thursday, Dec. 8 at the Emir of Lafia’s palace, which was also insinuated and suspected to be the APC National Chairman is false.

”It was the mere imagination of mischievous people who are unfamiliar with the physical looks of Sen.  Abdullahi Adamu.

”This unfortunate misplacement of the true physical look of the person of Adamu, is not in anyway to be linked to him,” Mohammed said.

Also, a pro-democracy group, A .A Sule Progressives Forum, has vehemently condemned the dastardly act that occurred to their Grand Patron, Alhaji Abubakar Giza, who holds the traditional title of Ciroman Giza.

The State Coordinator of the forum, Mr Jonathan Samuel described the incidence as barbaric and unbecoming.

He stated that Giza was an elder statesman and an APC stalwart who has been a very strong pillar of support to the government of Nasarawa State.

According to Samuel, Giza is a peace loving man, urging, ”the evil act done to him by some unscrupulous elements should not be played down.

”The perpetrators of such dastardly act should be identified and brought to book to serve as a deterrent to others.”

He emphasized the need for all and sundry to be security conscious at all times, saying, ”these bad eggs are lurking everywhere.”

Samuel also urged the security agencies to intensify efforts in apprehending the culprits.

Late Edo youth wandered into military checkpoint naked – Army

The Nigerian Army has denied brutalizing one Christian Ehima to death in Edo as claimed by the deceased’s mother.

The Director, Army Public Relations, Brig. Gen Onyema Nwachukwu, in a statement on Sunday and made available to journalists in Benin, described as misleading the report on social media alleging that troops tortured one Ehima to death in Igbake, Edo State.

The statement read, “While we sympathise with the family of late Christian over this unfortunate incident, it is instructive to put the records in proper perspective, contrary to the misgivings peddled on the social media.

“Incontrovertible evidence indicates that Christian Ehima wandered into a military check point at Wire -Ake in Edo State on the December 10, 2021, without his clothes on, and was halted by soldiers on duty.”

Nwachukwu said upon questioning, the deceased could not say anything meaningful on where he was coming from or heading, adding that his behaviour was rather weird and indicative of one who was under some sort of influence.

He added, “The Guard Commander, who observed his abnormal behaviour, immediately requested for his phone in an effort to contact any of his relations, friends or associates.

“Shortly afterwards, a call came through to his phone and the caller identified herself as his mother and a police officer and was invited to pick up her son, who was still very agitated and unstable.

“When she was briefed about her son’s observed abnormal behaviour, she attributed it to influence of alcohol but the soldiers maintained that whatever was responsible for Christian’s behaviour at that time was way beyond alcohol.”

Nwachukwu explained that on sighting his mother, his behaviour aggravated while some passers-by were thereafter mobilised to help her take him to the hospital.

“The incident was recorded both on video and audio, showing the behaviour of Christian Ehima and his mother commending the soldiers for their kind intervention.

“The evidence, including audio recordings of the police officer and her son, are there for all to peruse,” he said.

He expressed surprise that the incident has been falsely reported in the social media without recourse to the reality of what transpired during the incident

He called on the public to disregard what he described as misguided information and an attempt to bring the Army to disrepute.

Recall that there had been report on social media in which Christian’s mother, Ehima Mercy, alleged that her son died as a result of torture in the hands of soldiers.

My mum caught me naked with a girl at 18 – Denrele

Popular media personality, Denrele Edun has recounted how his mother once caught him having sex with a girl at age 18.

The 39-year-old recalled the experience on Thursday via Instagram ahead of his 40th birthday set for June 13.

“I was 18. When it comes to my list of worst sex nightmares, my mum was walking in on me probably tops the list! I was dating one of the hottest girls in my hood (Ebute Metta) then, but my Mum was unimpressed!” he said.

“She couldn’t stand the sight of the girl, I didn’t give a f**k! I was 18 and damn well was gonna enjoy adolescence. One fateful Tuesday after so much strategic planning, I arranged for this chic to meet me up at the house.

“6:30 pm sharp! My dad and younger sisters would have gone to choir practice, My grandma and evil cousins were at Bible study and my Mum would have gone to her MFM prayer warrior service.

“Baby girl & I were going to do the ‘deed’ after weeks of endless ‘Petting’, ‘making out’ & ‘groping genitalia’! Long story cut short, we were going at ‘it’ in the dimly lit living room when my mum walked in on us.

“’As we jumped off each other. Me scrambling to wear my pants & my babe covering her full breasts to my mum’s glaring disapproval & disgust. So this is what you’ve been coming to do in this house”, my mum said calmly at her.”

Shedding light on how he reacted, Denrele said he replied his mum’s query by asking her why she wasn’t in church as planned.

“I stood tall & faced her. I was 18. I could talk back. She came to greet me. ‘Why aren’t you in church?’, I retorted. My Mum muttered something in her Indian dialect & left. I knew trouble was brewing but HIAN!” he continued.

“Baby girl, on the other hand, was shaking so bad. Saw her off to the junction & she went home. Fast forward to a few months after; I had planned a massive party in d area with another friend of mine (Late Abass, RIP).”

Speaking further, the award winning entertainer also narrated a similar incident wherein his mum publicly embarrassed him.

“It was my 1st year in UNILAG. Turnout was mad! Peeps photocopied the IVs. We were feeling fly! Halfway into the rave, mum walked in. I sensed something was amiss but was caught rocking babes on the dance floor,” he added.

“My Mum took the Microphone from the DJ & faced d crowd. Omo, She finished me that night! She spoke about my bedwetting back in the day, my lazy antics. In short, she opened my yansh, de-rep me finish.

“I was so embarrassed. Her parting shot, ‘you have 5 mins to finish whatever nonsense you’re doing here and come wash the dirty dishes u left at d backyard!’. Im laughing now but Mehn, it wasn’t funny then!”

I might go naked in my next video-Tiwa Savage declares

Popular singer, Tiwa Savage has said that she might have to go naked in her next musical video shoot in order to beat the praises her last project received.
The vocalist speaking to BBC on what to expect from her forthcoming album entitled ‘Celia’, said: “I might just have to go butt naked in my next video, because I don’t know what else I’m going to have to do to top that one!,” Tiwa Savage said.
“And, just to put it out there, this was done in Nigeria. All the cast is Nigerian, the director, the AP, everybody is Nigerian.
“I love the fact that I could present this to the label and say this was done in Africa by Africans, this is what we can do. Imagine when you invest in us even more, you would get amazing work.”

Speaking on what fans are to look out for as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to stop showbiz releases, Tiwa said she might end up shooting her next video at home using her iPhone.
“We’re going through this pandemic, so the idea was I want to let them know that I’m still a boss, that I’m still beautiful, that I’m still African,” she explained.
“People have been really really creative with it which is amazing. The album is a whole mix of the emotions an African woman goes through: love, aspiration, being bossy, being sexy, being vulnerable.
“All of that is what I think the modern African woman is, and that’s what I wanted to portray. It’s really touched my heart to see that people are having a hard time during this. I mean we’re blessed to be at home, we have light, we can pile up food for months if we want to.
“But there’s some people who can’t, people who only have money for today or food for today. So this pandemic has really opened my heart to the real situation of where the world is right now.”

  • Police arrest pastor, seven women for praying naked during service

Police arrest pastor, seven women for praying naked during service

A group of worshipers, all said to be women, have been arrested by police in an unregistered church during what was said to be called a prayer session.
According to sources, the arrest took place at a private owned apartment in Rukiga, northern Uganda.
Aside from the pastor, all the worshipers who were women, were naked during the worship hours.
The apartment was said to have belonged to the pastor, Adah Kahababo, who led the full gospel ministration.
The police were tipped off by the husbands of these women who were angry that for almost a week their wives have been praying with Kahabab.
The District Commissioner, Emmy Ngabirano was surprised and wanted to know why those women have to be naked before they could pray with ‘Adah Kahababo’.
“We respect the freedom of worship but people must follow the existing laws of operating a church and one of the requirements is to have it registered. The arrested people were holding an illegal assembly in someone’s house, which they claimed to be their church where they have been praying while naked. As the security team, we shall not allow such unlawful activities as they may lead to a cult like that of Joseph Kibwetere where hundreds of people were burnt to death in a church in Kanungu District in March 2000”.
